I was impatiently waiting for the doctor’s report, so I called the customer service on the phone. She was mean and promised me that she would send the results to my email, but she did not. After a long wait, I called again. She was speaking in a provocative manner. I think it's a good way to deal with tired patients

Totally okay treatment and good food.

Safe and relaxing environment. Very friendly and helpful nurses/doctors/all staff who are there for you whenever you need them.

Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. Shockingly bad experience. The basics are missing. Postscript 31.8.23: It was particularly unfortunate that even the relevant customer feedback was not handled properly and honestly towards the customer, but the course of events and the facts were distorted. The real quality of operations can be seen in the professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints and reminders. The service promises on the Heart Center's website are empty.

As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

The doctor did not listen to my wishes at all, so the procedure will not be done at their place. The doctor in question is certainly a good teacher, but meeting a client is so much more than "talking and loving your own voice". My problem has been going on for a few years now, and I still haven't found a person who isn't insecure and "afraid of complications during anesthesia".

I have received good care there.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. Its so far away it should be moved to kalasatama or sörnäinen for people who live in east helsinki gakes 1,3h to get there its a waste of time

I probably never had a bad experience with dentists in Helsinki (I had tens of appointments over the years in different clinics). And this is the first time I am writing a review. This time I simply wanted to. Earlier today I had the nicest treatment experience. Dentists, Janica and Anna-Karoliina, were very kind, attentive, and the service was just the top notch. Thank you! Five stars out of five from me. Highly recommend.

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.
