Today we visited the allergy department with our child. I really liked the service. The doctor spoke very nicely with my child. The inspection was good. We did an allergy test. Everything is fine and I'm very happy😊

My husband received wonderful care at A&E and intensive care after experiencing a heart attack on holiday last October 2022. Speedy treatment and attentive nursing while in CHU for two weeks prior to repatriation to the UK. Could not have had better treatment. A huge thank you to the doctors and staff who looked after him. We are very grateful.

My brother Christopher had the most excellent care in accident and emergency for a pulmonary embolism. I know he is very grateful to the drs and nurses that night. They were kind caring and amazingly speedy to diagnose and find a medication. Compared to the normal experience in the U.K. the French system that night was incredible and they also called him back for a check up in a week, again with an amazing dr so sympathetic, that would be two to three months in the U.K. The staff treated him with dignity and compassion. I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

There's a good people and there's a very bad people, but the hospital has to make a Training courses for workers to deal with patients and should be attention to patients' complaints. I wonder how a kind docteur like Dr Ilenko Anna has a secretary like that🤷🏻‍♀️ her secretary is a very tough person😬 Violent, aggressive👽 and attacker😡 She does not respect the patients😡 and believes that they are her slaves😈 and that she works for free not for money, and that she works in her own institution or in her home.

Unfortunately, the hospital has become bad. It has become for trainee doctors, not for excellent doctors in the past. I am talking about an experience in 2014 on a treatment trip, and the patient was treated with the best treatment and the best treatment. Now we returned to the same hospital. Unfortunately, it became clear to me that it had become a place for trainee doctors who endangered patients' lives and dealt with worse than bad, and this is a problem Unfortunately, a large international hospital disappointed a lot

Do you think that it’s fair to make a patient wait in the hall from 9am to 4pm to enter his room that was already reserved 21 days before in order to proceed with his chemotherapy!!!!This is not acceptable!! The patient is already ill, plus they are making him wait for more than 6 hours on a chair in the hall!!! So unprofessional and missorganized!!!!!

This is a research hospital that serves thousands of women every year. I have been seen by a doctor within two days from my mammography and with what seems to be a fixed delay of three weeks between cosnultation-operation-reconsultation I am now on my way for radiotherapy. It is unbelievable that you get this level of expertise for free, in the states you would have to pay a fortune. The doctors are understandably buzy and will not spend too much time with you, however, there is psycologists, nurses, sophrology classes and all sorts of stuff that you have access to. It is a world class centre and we are all very lucky to have access to it in times of need.

My partner is in the hospital, he is French. I have come from Scotland to be with him. Is there any reasonable priced accommodation near the hospital. Thank you

Extremely negative experience, after having traveled more than 100km and 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment scheduled for December 4 at 1:20 p.m., for possible breast cancer, I learned on the spot that it had been brought forward to 9 a.m. without being informed . Despite the advance of almost 30 minutes for each patient, the two doctors present categorically refused, without even coming or apologizing to carry out the planned examinations. Probably a golf course or a houndstooth hunt planned for 4 p.m.??!!!. No consideration or humanity on their part. So I stay with my anxieties and my doubts until a possible another appointment.

Hospitalized for 5 days for an operation, everyone was charming, caring, very caring. Thank you all

A large hospital dating from the 70s, partly renovated, with many specialties and relatively correct care but very uncertain depending on the services as in many public assistance hospitals in general... We can therefore go there from heaven to hell, often with adorable and caring teams in intensive care or intensive care units and other totally overwhelmed teams with little regard for their patients because they are understaffed in many others services...

On the 3rd floor Orthopedic department: Caregivers, nurse, friendly staff overall 👍 Arthrodesis + laminectomy operation Dr Solène Prost service teacher Tropiano All the pain went well and was well treated. 5 days hospital Return home for 4 weeks to recover peacefully. Then start of physiotherapy rehabilitation.

I was taken to the Urgences here by ambulance and I have never had such an awful experience. The nurse who was looking after me was completely cold and uncaring despite the fact I has a blocked intestine and was not only I’m agony but kept blacking and vomiting. At one point when he saw me vomiting he said “don’t you think you are exaggerating a bit”! It took 6 hours before I had a scan and in that time I was left alone and given no blanket despite being soaked in sweat from the pain. When I finally went upstairs to the operating theatre, the experience was much better. I know this hospital has some great doctors and the surgeon who operated on me did an amazing job. My criticism is uniquely directed at the a&e “urgences” here which is just not good enough. All the staff were uncaring and cold and I felt scared and abandoned which is not what one should feel in hospital. Sorry, but a little more humanity would mean less stress to patients!

People on whom medicine would have given up a few years ago, or even a few kilometers away, have a very reasonnable chance here. The hospital is second to none in interventionnal cardiology and some of the procedures in which they specialize can only be performed in a handful of hospitals around the world. They are the only hospital in France which can perform pulmonary endarterectomy. I know these facts first-hand, for having had relatives and close people being successfully attended there for life threatening conditions.
