Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. Also, my post-surgery treatment went without any complications and I was happy with that. Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

Update: The administration returned the money for the prosthesis. Thank you) I had a crown installed here in August. The installation was surprisingly painful, and the prosthesis itself was too high, so that the remaining teeth did not fit together despite significant filing, which is already a bad sign. A week later, she returned with complaints of a strong putrid odor from the tooth and inflamed gums, which did not go away even after professional cleaning by a doctor. Oleg Nikolaevich, without even sending me for an x-ray, prescribed a mouthwash, laughed and sent me home. I had to go to another clinic and it turned out that there was a GAP between the crown and the tooth, where bacteria bloomed and pus collected. The symptoms went away as soon as it was removed. I have had no problems or discomfort with a new crown from another doctor for a year now. I can understand why complications arose; the tooth was not easy. But I still don’t understand why all the complaints were ignored, although they pointed to poor quality work. The arrogance and unwillingness of the doctor to correct his mistakes is simply amazing. It’s worth mentioning separately how my appointment was canceled without warning, which I found out about when I arrived at the clinic, and how my prosthesis during fitting was confused with someone else’s because they didn’t even sign them.

Great experience with every dental procedure! Very decent prices, qualified professionals and comfortable interior. I always come back here.

I categorically do not recommend this clinic for several reasons: lack of professionalism, ethics and deontology - zero, poor knowledge in the field (the name of the doctor is not specific). The child was left untreated and with a psychological trauma after the following ordeal: Examination, the child is crying, the attempt to give anesthesia (with inappropriate doses and in the wrong place) - obviously the child is crying They tried to clean it - the child couldn't resist the pain, the hysterical doctor says: I think it's a bigger problem and we can't do anything! Pay for the anesthesia! Goodbye! At the next clinic, the doctor solved the problem! He contradicted the unprofessional approach from Clasic Dent! Be careful !
