I visited this clinic more than once: in six months I managed to get cleaning, dental treatment, and prosthetics done; and not only for yourself, but also for your family. I advise you to do it conscientiously. I found them completely by accident - I was looking for an orthodontist.

Update: The administration returned the money for the prosthesis. Thank you) I had a crown installed here in August. The installation was surprisingly painful, and the prosthesis itself was too high, so that the remaining teeth did not fit together despite significant filing, which is already a bad sign. A week later, she returned with complaints of a strong putrid odor from the tooth and inflamed gums, which did not go away even after professional cleaning by a doctor. Oleg Nikolaevich, without even sending me for an x-ray, prescribed a mouthwash, laughed and sent me home. I had to go to another clinic and it turned out that there was a GAP between the crown and the tooth, where bacteria bloomed and pus collected. The symptoms went away as soon as it was removed. I have had no problems or discomfort with a new crown from another doctor for a year now. I can understand why complications arose; the tooth was not easy. But I still don’t understand why all the complaints were ignored, although they pointed to poor quality work. The arrogance and unwillingness of the doctor to correct his mistakes is simply amazing. It’s worth mentioning separately how my appointment was canceled without warning, which I found out about when I arrived at the clinic, and how my prosthesis during fitting was confused with someone else’s because they didn’t even sign them.

I categorically do not recommend this clinic for several reasons: lack of professionalism, ethics and deontology - zero, poor knowledge in the field (the name of the doctor is not specific). The child was left untreated and with a psychological trauma after the following ordeal: Examination, the child is crying, the attempt to give anesthesia (with inappropriate doses and in the wrong place) - obviously the child is crying They tried to clean it - the child couldn't resist the pain, the hysterical doctor says: I think it's a bigger problem and we can't do anything! Pay for the anesthesia! Goodbye! At the next clinic, the doctor solved the problem! He contradicted the unprofessional approach from Clasic Dent! Be careful !

We had a very pleasant encounter with this hospital this summer. My father in law was hospitalized here for over a week and the staff and the hospital crew its absolutely amazing.You get answers at every single question you ask. Compare with other " so called emergency room" this one is a life saver. Yes its quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There is no attitude when you ask something and you get to be treated like a human, plus you get the treatment that you indeed need, not just random medications so they make sales. Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.
