Temporary filling in 5 Dentistry clinics in Netherlands

When all other orthodontists in Amsterdam don't repair metal braces falling off teeth outside their clinic, Lassus gladly booked an appointment the same day evening. Perfect service

Bad customer care - lack of empathy and rudeness towards a new possible patient I couldn’t get an appointment for an emergency simply because it was a temporary crown from another dentist. I was told that anything initiated by another dentist is not something they want to interfere with. They would not even listen to the details - they just redirected me to another practice (Dental 365). I also wanted other new dental services from Lassus Keizersgracht but they wouldn’t even listen. If you absolutely want to be their patient, I assume the best way is to book an intake without providing too many details upfront. After you have registered this way, they might want to accept you as their patient.

Had to repost this review because for some reason, I cannot see it from their reviews anymore. Ok so, I saw this super fancy and credible looking clinic while I was walking towards home so I decided to register and move my dental services here. It was amidst the lockdown when I made an appointment and was really a challenge to make one. I booked 2 services - cleaning and filling. When I arrived, I was expecting to get the services I booked which is pretty normal however, my expectations turned into a nightmare. First, the dentist did only the upper part of my teeth. To be honest, I felt that she was trying to prolong the process so she could in the end tell me that she can only clean the upper part, but who does this kind of service? Number 1: We are in the period where booking an appointment is so difficult and Number 2: I have to go out with only the upper part of my teeth cleaned? Unbelievable. Second was the most traumatizing experience. Instead of getting fillings, the 2 dentists consumed my whole time just by taking pictures of my teeth, gums and even a portrait shot of me using atleast 3 different types of camera (By the way, I found out from a Dutch friend that this is a trick to get you charged big time but little did I know that you can always say no to this. Usually they will not ask and, you’ll think that this will just take 5mins but not, so be careful.) Had to book another appointment for the rest of the services (which of course will be in 2-3months). After the “photoshoot scam”, they were advising me to me to do certain services they offer which will then cost me almost 3000 euros. In the end, I walked away feeling so shocked about the whole experience with just my upper teeth cleaned. Wait, and there’s more… they are charging me an extra cost for the consulting time which I did not ask in the very beginning. How is this normal?"

DISORGANIZED. I made an appointment with Dental Hagens for a dental cleaning, knowing that my insurance covered 100% of this dental cleaning. During the consultation, the dentist decided to do an X-ray. The consultation ended and no one told me that I should pay an amount for the X-ray examination. Months later, I received a letter with a legal charge. So I questioned the Clinic to understand why they never sent me a letter before or even an email… The Clinic acknowledged that it never sent letters, however, that the outsourced company would have sent me two emails with confirmation of reading, claiming that I read the emails. I asked them to send me these read receipts as I'm pretty sure I haven't read them and they obviously don't have this confirmation. And now I have to pay 6 times more than the original amount.

Best doctor and the best team who are always ready to give you an appointment and always on time(no waiting and no delays). Very rare to find such perfect dentist and clinic in Netherlands.

Very nice place, English-friendly, they are always open to making an emergency appointment. The doctors are also always polite and are ready to answer your questions. Whenever I needed a scan, they did it instantly right there. Everything is very fast and clear!

Their fantastic team makes you feel very comfortable and at ease even for very unpleasant procedures. I had a wisdom tooth removal and the whole procedure took less than 30 min and was done so well I barely noticed the discomfort. Dr. Blijdorp is very approachable and friendly, which helped a lot with the stress of the procedure. Their practice is very conveniently located and looks beautiful. Its not my first visit and Im always impressed with their professionalism. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for highly qualified specialists.

First time in my entire existance I had a dentist who didnt hurt me. Ana Mar Amor Winkelmolen was super gentle, Im really pleased I wont have to stress out for my next visit.

Great dentist. Since I have moved to Amsterdam, I required emergency treatment and this practice managed to provide me a appointment on a few hours notice. Very friendly and I would recommend.

The dental hygienist was extremely gentle, she explained every step and was checking on me regularly. It was the most wonderful experience as my last cleaning at a different practice was pure torture. I am extremely thankful because now I can come back without any fear !

This practice remains a nice friendly comfortable place of professional women (and some men) doing excellent work. So glad I found them and left my other snobby guy who always made me feel bad. Thank you all.

Initially, it helped quite well, the result was fine. Dentist was a bit strange and several languages ​​were spoken, but that was manageable. However, there were discussions among themselves during treatment in another language about this treatment, a bit strange. After a few months I got an infection under the bridge and have... previously had 5 root canal treatments in my own hometown (Dental is 270 km further). It turned out that it often happens that if a new bridge (which was mine) will be installed later inflammation occurs. But Dental doesn't care, I should have come for the treatment, they say afterwards I received an answer that I could have it treated here.... A lot of costs were incurred that Dental did not take into account. Only part of it is insured. So bridge and extra costs have become 3 times more expensive. No, I certainly do not recommend Dental.

Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. I recommend this dental place and will definitely come back ! Mange tak ❣️

Do not recommend, there are better options such as Demajo (it is pricey though), Savina etc.

Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.
