Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. You are the heroes this country deserves.

I receivedan excellent care from very friendly and warm staffs from cardiology department.all doctors nurses and hospital staffs are so supportive. From start to end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, warmth and kindness of every person I met. I highly recommend this hospital.

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. The doctor is specific, nice, patient with the patient and, above all, an expert in his profession. the nurses are very caring and always helpful (special thanks to Mrs. Kasia and Mrs. Weronika. Sorry, tragedy. My daughter had a car accident on Thursday, she didn't go to the doctor because she said she felt fine, on Friday my chest started hurting and she felt worse, we went to the emergency room but they sent me to the family doctor even though it was Friday evening and the family doctor would be able to see me only on Monday. There are no words for all this.

Orthopedic Department. I have just visited this department and I am very positively surprised. The nurses were nice and friendly, always with a smile on their faces, I felt like I was in a private clinic. The doctors were also reliable and took care of the patient and explained everything thoroughly. I was shocked that a hospital under the National Health Fund could function this way. I recommend

Palliative ward ... as it was 17 years ago, so it is today ... nurses with no care, despite the fact that people lying there press the button they have .... The head physician, despite questions about the course of treatment, gives evasive answers .... the person has a large dose of oxygen to she could breathe normally .... The head physician said that the dose of oxygen should be reduced .... after 4 hours no one checked anything about the patient .... when we arrived after 4 hours the person we came to and took care of was suffocating because she had no oxygen .... THE DYING ROOM is the Pleszew hospital after 24 hours DEATH ... Totally zero when it comes to care in this department.

TOTAL BOTTOM IN THE MATTER OF SERVICE. Appointment for x-ray of the esophagus with contrast in October. Due to the patient's long commute, i.e. 400 km, I called to confirm the day before the examination and there was a surprise: the lady claimed that we were not on the list. I'm sick of mockery and daylight robbery!!! I do not recommend

I have been a patient for many years, but the scale of bitterness has become overwhelming... lack of organization, lack of respect for the patient's time, telephone registration - I don't know if it even exists? There is no way to call, and when it is possible, the only information is that there are no places available.

I give it 5 because unfortunately I can't give it 10. I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska! A doctor by vocation and, above all, a human being! Thank you very much. ❤

I have undergone septoplasty. I was taken care of from the very beginning and had virtually no stress during the surgery thanks to the approach of the doctors and nurses. I remember particularly well the nurse on night duty who looked after me after the surgery. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience. If I were to come back for any treatment, it would definitely be here.

I made an appointment for 3 p.m. I was there 20 minutes early. When I got off work... it turned out that there were two more people in front of me. The doctor came before 3 p.m. and asked the person first in line. Around 3:40 p.m. the gentleman was still sitting in the office, and I had to go to work... I was scheduled for another visit to this specialist in two months. I will add that my previous visit was canceled and postponed to December 5.

I used it as part of my insurance package, but I will not choose this facility again. Visit to an orthopedist. Lumbar pain. I'm not a specialist and I chose the type of visit to a specialist suggested by the mobile application in the interview. The visit lasted maybe 5 minutes, the doctor quoted "he won't do any cutting" and criticized me for going to him and things like that I'm supposed to start with a primary care doctor. Well, no words. P.S. Referral to X-ray. Alr. I won't report to this facility with the results.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly. If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

It's been 2 weeks since my spine surgery at St. Hospital. Wojciech in Poznań. I was operated on by Dr. Piotr Winkler, neurosurgeon. It is really very good, the back pain is gone. I am very grateful to the doctor and the entire hospital staff for the excellent care. I recommend👍
