Alpha Bio implant in 5 Dentistry clinics in Romania

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far, and comparing it to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared; they also participate in international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars, and the doctors, Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga, have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution, and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in the Primaverii area of Bucharest, and unfortunately, it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colors are warm and they combine naturally, and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

I went and saw doctor Adrian Negrila. I had a small esthetic filling that had fallen off. It took less than 5 minutes to put in a new one with no drilling necessary since there was no cavity. The cost was 400 lei which seems a bit expensive but that's not what upset me. He told me I needed a teeth cleaning which I agreed to. I've never had a teeth cleaning done that fast or painfully. I've also never had my gums bleed as much and hurt so bad after a teeth cleaning. There was too much force used and not enough care to protect and avoid my gums. Used a little mirror when I got home and there's cuts in my gums and not all dirty stains removed.

This review reflects the orthodontic department represented, in my interactions, by Dr. Georgiana Stanescu, the rest of Velvet Dent staff is on point and should not be linked to this. My experience with Velvet Dent was at its core targeting orthodontic treatment for impacted canines - braces, exposure, bracketing and descent. After quite several interactions and planned actions Dr. Stanescu gave me a disturbing sense of unprofessionalism, forgetting the course of action one session over the next, being late at appointments (20-30 mins) even though i booked at opening hours, mentioning conflicting and disjointed solutions and last but not least, failing to solve my problem. All of this was mentioned to the staff, confronted and properly explained, yet, however unfortunate, it did not improve the course of action, forcing me to switch to another Dental Clinic. In short, i was not bothered by the impossibility of fixing my problem, the truly disappointing part came from how this was treated, the wasted time, failure of execution and the saddening reality of a not caring doctor. Hopefully, this will be addressed, Thank you

I came to the Clinic after a few botched fillings by my previous doctor, and a couple of other issues we've discovered along the way. All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism and service provided by Paris Dental, but most of all, by Dr Csilla Varga. She guided me through each procedure with kindness and patience, answering all my questions and restoring my trust in denists in general. Having had her as my dentist has shown me what a difference it makes to have a professional (who is also passionate about their job) take care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Doctors are friendly , patient in explaining the treatment . Staff is super receptive and good in communication. Timely support and transparent in prices too.

Superb clinic. I had veneers, crowns and whitening done and the final result was beyond my expectations. Extremely natural ! Dr. Zeed listened to each of my requests and needs, and was very patient. He made an excellent work ! The same goes for Dr. Iuliana who provided excellent care with patience. Very important point: I had no pain, no potential infection, no bleeding. Everything is perfect! Hygiene measures are all applied and the clinic and the tools used are extremely clean. I highly recommend this dental clinic. I am very satisfied. Today was my first time at a Danish dentist and I was positively surprised! Due to an accident I brok 4 teeth, I got an appointment already on the next day and Rasmus took good care of me. It was no problem to get my treatment in English. I was informed about every step they are planning to do, and I got an additional x-ray from my jaw because it was hurting after my fall. I am very happy with the quick but precise and perfect solution. When a tooth was polished Rasmus did it carefully step by step, until I was satisfied with the smoothness. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and will come back in the future.

The best dentist in Copenhagen! I was surfing the internet, trying to find a dentist in Copenhagen, where the staff speak english, and I found this dentist and I am so glad thad I did

I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Dr Moreno has been my dentist for some years now and I consider here a top professional and attentive person. I appreciate her attention to detail and special care as I have special needs regarding my gums. I highly recommend her and consider her a reference in Luxembourg!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

Good day everyone, today I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Pidghirnea Ruslan, everything went smoothly without pain and quickly 😊, I didn’t even notice how quickly it all went, thank you very much! I recommend it to everyone who is at least somehow afraid and cannot tune in 😉

I visited this clinic more than once: in six months I managed to get cleaning, dental treatment, and prosthetics done; and not only for yourself, but also for your family. I advise you to do it conscientiously. I found them completely by accident - I was looking for an orthodontist.
