I had and continue to receive a wonderful service. The surgeon Paul T explained the results, the next steps. His PA is prompt in responding to questions. The surgeon, PA and nursing staff are flexible, put me at ease. Never felt rushed. The facilities are what you would expect from an independent health provider. I cannot find fault with the staff as you walk off the street and the facilities.

Excellent hospital with great teamwork and service. I had knee arthroscopic meniscectomy surgery to fix my torn meniscus. Superb surgeon and anaesthetist. The hospital staff was excellent; they were friendly, helpful, and constantly available when needed. The food they served was excellent. A big thank you to Mr. Marston and his team, the anaesthetist, nurses, physiotherapist, and everyone that supported me during my stay. Thank you very much for looking after me! God Bless.

Lovely reception staff, lovely nurses and wonderfully professional consultant. Had to wait many hours for surgery without food or water but that sometimes cannot be helped, as surgery times vary so much patient to patient. Very clean with a nice waiting area too for relatives. Would recommend this hospital.

Recently went in as a day case for a diagnostic procedure. From start to finish they made my time there almost enjoyable!!! The reception team, nurses , theatre staff and the Consultant were all brilliant. Communication was second to none and the teams we are all straightforward and uncomplicated. A credit to Fairfield Independent Hospital.

Absolutely shambles of a place can't run outpatient clinics on time .. Seems there time is more important than yours BE AWARE... It like there doing you a favour by operating clinics on a weekend ..!!! Unhelpful staff AVIOD ...

I am completely disgusted at how they view their patients. It seems as though the medical staff only show the care that comes with their job when you are employed or local to the surrounding area. If you are simply an independent carer for your autistic child then they will cast you aside, simply sending you somewhere else without even asking about your condition or symptoms. They truly know how to make you feel like a burden, as if you shouldn't have even stepped foot on the premises and I truly believe they are aware of this. I am a widowed Catholic mother of three with no support, visual issues and am single handedly guiding and aiding my autistic child through life. I come here for extrema pain in my back and they simply send me away after an uncaring talk. The medical staff and those incharge can easily solve this problem by climbing down from their ivory tower and acknowledging that we are all humans and are all entitled to the care we so rightly deserve. Absolutely foul.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

Fantastic experience on two seperate occasions. I saw the Dermatologists and had bloods taken. Professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend their service.

Posting on behalf of my unwell partner, Helen. I had an email on 21st September cancelling her appointment in the ‘long covid clinic’ (she doesn’t have long covid…) and assuring a deposit refund in due course. It’s now two weeks later and no sign of the refund, which is not an inconsiderable amount of money. Very concerned about why they can’t seem to access our money (and other peoples by the look of it) to return it to us. We also thought it very bad practice that the cancellation email was a ‘no reply’ address and they don’t appear to have another email address. I have contacted them via their website contact form but of course have received no reply. I will now be contacting Citizens Advice regarding how to progress with this issue. In Conclusion: BEWARE.

This clinic is appalling. The only good thing about this clinic was the doctor who I saw who has now left - speaks volumes! My appointment was cancelled weeks ago and I STILL haven’t received a refund. I never received a copy of the doctor’s letter and neither did my local GP surgery which is partly what I paid for in my initial fee.

I had there fundraisers opening my door and when i confronted him, he said oh i thought you wont be able to hear me. Since when did they have the right to open my house door? eastlondon area. Please advise your staff not to open peoples porch doors or any door if they dont answer the door.

Will you please remind your door to door salespeople whom I guess are students operating in Ripley Derbyshire that it is against Charity Commission regulations to pressurise people into signing up to donating. They have been targeting elderly people twice in two days now. By using high pressure tactics like this you are tarnishing the good works this Hospital does.

We’ve been harassed by GOSH representatives on numerous occasions now. They knocked our door THREE times in a single day. Once at midday when no-one was home, the second just 10 minutes after I arrived home from work (obviously stalking me), and the third at 8:30pm!! I’ve previously expressed my disinterest on donating to the charity, yet they continue to return to our property. If a property could be put on a sort of TPS these guys would be in some serious trouble. After speaking to neighbours, they had nothing good to say either (we have a community Facebook Group), some even said that the representatives were extremely rude and overly personal - one lady even had to leave her house because she didn’t feel safe! Times are hard enough and people certainly aren’t going to donate money to a charity that is being represented by such rude individuals. We’ve offered to give them some spare change as a donation but they insist on bank details. You can jog on if you think I’m going to be giving my bank details to some stranger at my doorstep. I’ll happily donate to charity but it will be on my own terms - not with harassment and peer pressure at my door. I wrote this review after GOSH decided to ignore my email of complaint. We’ve now opted to purchase a ‘no cold callers’ plaque to prevent them from visiting in future. If they choose not to comply and continue to harass us, I will be taking this further; perhaps even deciding as a community to set up a ‘no cold calling zone’ with the Local Authority if need be.

My name is Minal and I was hospitalised at UCLH from 21st October 2023 until 28th October 2023 with a nasty infection. I was put on sepsis protocol and I was eventually diagnosed with abscesses. The care and treatment I received from the time I arrived at A&E until I was discharged was exceptional. I was in such a bad state that I cannot remember all the names of the staff who looked after me, but I have to mention the nurse in A&E majors, Davinia Sabater Guijarro, as she took care of me with a lot of kindness and compassion. She was brilliant! Eventually, I was admitted to medical ward only briefly and then gynaecology ward. Nurse Reena from the medical ward was very kind, although I was only there for a very short time. Some of the nurses on gynaecology ward who looked after me were Nurse Erlou, Nurse Sidikat, Nurse Jordine, Nurse Kawser, Nurse Olu, Nurse Nishma, Nurse Bushirah, Nurse Antonio, HCA Maureen, Ward physio Bethany and many other nurses and healthcare assistants to whom I am very grateful to for the care and support they gave me whilst I was on that ward. The Gynaecology team led by Dr Naaila Aslam were fantastic and I feel that I am here and alive today because of them. My local hospital had sent me away with Trimethoprim and a wrong diagnosis just the previous day. Had I not gone to UCLH that Saturday evening, I wouldn't have made it, as my CRP was 400 and I was septic. Thank you to Dr Aslam and her team including Dr De Braud, Dr Tatiana, Dr Neha, Dr Julie, Dr Omar, Dr Hannah, Dr Alison and everyone in that team. They saved my life! When I had my procedure to drain the abscess, the nurses were so supportive including nurse Kit and nurse Emma. There were other nurses in that room too, but I don't recall all the names. All were wonderful. I would not have got through that procedure without their words of support and encouragement, in particular Nurse Kit and Nurse Emma. I hope the above mentioned staff and anyone who looked after me reads this review. I am forever grateful to them. UPDATE (5th December 2023): I spent a further two nights at UCH when the infection returned. Lots of wonderful nurses and healthcare assistants in A&E majors and same day emergency care (thank you Dr Maria Marouli and Nurse Jennifer). Another positive experience on gynae ward. Nurses Warda, Queen, Alena and Clare were all very kind, attentive and extremely competent.

There were so many patients in the A&E, i suffered with severe pain with kidney stone sym on Wednesday night 08/12/2023,staffs are well trained and doctors and nurses are very helpful. I had my CT scan and blood test results with in two hours. specially thanks to Dr. Bolloju and Dr. Galica, they are such nice doctors showed their professionalism, kindness, caring and excellent management skills.

Amazing service was feeling really unwell seen unbelievably quickly. The doctors and nurses were great very sympathetic and understanding. I attended the emergency day care Dr Johnny and dr harder also his staff were great provided a really immaculate service. The hospital is clean and well kept thank you all

No one expects to get injured and have surgery however this happens to a lot of us. I'm very grateful for the fantastic treatment, care and attentive guidance from pre to post opp over a span of 12 months. The staff are excellent and took extra care of me, special thanks to Mr Mellor, Omyini and all their teams for turning what has been a physical trauma into a strength. Highly recommended.

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

My sister had a major op on Monday and the care and love shown to her was exemplary, from everyone from her surgeon Mr Nakade and his team, to the nurses, receptionists, catering staff and domestics. They were amazing with her and with our family. Can not thank them enough. The room was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone ❤️

Katie and Sam were fantastic with our 3 year old. So friendly, calm and chatty. Kept our boy occupied and feeling comfortable the whole time. They even had a little Xmas tree full of treats, ready for him to pick one at the end of the appointment. He was also very pleased with his bravery certificate! Thanks!

I was treated superbly from start to finish. Mr Singh explained everything clearly one last time & also checked up on me after the procedure. Cat was extremely attentive & very friendly whilst maintaining a very high degree of professionalism through the night & then Kayleigh took over providing a similarly excellent level of care that morning. Thank you very much to all involved in my shoulder replacement 😊. You all helped make a worrying time much easier.

I had a hip replacement on 5.12.23. Mr Campion filled me with confidence and I felt in safe hands before during and after the procedure. I can highly recommend this man. My nurses Steph and in particular Julie were so kind and friendly, nothing was too much and they made me feel safe and looked after. My physio Greg was amazingly supportive and has given me confidence in my ability to do the exercises. Thank you to all.

I have only praise for the team today in the Radiology department. They were fantastic and so attentive of my concerns and fears, they kept me informed about the procedure informing me in advance of what to expect. The swift process from booking to having the MRI made things all the better thank you team, you were great. 👏🌟

My procedure, carried out by Mr Aldrich, went very well with no complications and no pain at all to date! The nurses were all cheerful, lovely and very kind. If you have to have an operation, Three Shires is the place to go! Thank you everyone, very much indeed.

Had total hip replacement surgery yesterday under Mr Rhodri Williams and Team. The care I have received has been amazing. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what would be happening which really helped me process and deal with post op recovery. Absolutely amazing hospital and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble

I was treated amazingly by everyone that I met from the healthcare assistant to the consultant. The consultant was amazing and reassured me all the way through my surgery and the theatre nurse was amazing too as she held my hand and reassured me too as I have claustrophobia and had to have my face covered and it was so reassuring having her there talking to me throughout the operation. I can not thank the staff enough and would definitely 100% recommend the hospital to anyone in a position to be able to pay for treatment

My experience at Werndale Hospital was fantastic. Having never been to a private hospital before it has truly opened my eyes with regards to how nicely I was treated. All the staff were friendly, polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to the whole team for making me feel at ease before, during and after my operation. I will highly recommend.

I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I received wrong information numerous times prior to my pre op and operation and found myself making daily calls to resolve the matter. I made a complaint to the PA to the Surgeon and still nothing improved. Even on the day of my pre assessment I didn't have all the right information - wrong time and no address. When in hospital the majority of the staff were good however the communication between the nurses was not good and it was clear, as they messages regarding my requests were not been answered. Each nurse told different story for medication and recovery and it took one Healthcare assistant (Marty) to come in and get things under control and a proper plan in place. I only had one night approved by the insurance company and I ended up needing 2 nights due to not feeling well after the surgery. The staff were too focused on getting me out to make space for another patient that I was furious and stressed. I assured the staff that I was happy to pay the extra night and so was my insurance company. I was spoken to by at least 5 staff members to try and move me out when clearly I didn't have the confidence to leave the hospital because of my condition. We normally use another private hospital in London and I can assure that from now on we won't be using Circle Health Group again. The communication overall was not acceptable, the staff on the ward show they are overworked and tired and in turn pass this onto the patients. They are more focused on treating each patient as a business and not as a patient. Overall I was not happy with my experience and going forward will not use your business again.

I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the ward twice to check in on me and answer any questions I had. I was admitted to Dudley ward and every single one of the nursing team that were on the ward were fantastic, they looked after me and are so kind and caring. I would love to thank each of them individually as I feel they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend my surgeon and the hospital to anyone who asked me where I had it done.

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

Following on from my left elbow replacement I had all of my post operation physio carried out by Hannah at the Sloane Hospital in Beckenham. Hannah was very attentive, understanding of my limitations, listened carefully, managed and monitored my progress and was very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone else who is considering using a physio. Wendy Dobson

Everything about my day surgery was absolutely perfect from the moment I arrived until the moment I went home. In addition to being very skilled and professional, every member of the Sloane Hospital team were kind and caring. I never thought I would feel 100% relaxed on the day of an operation. I would highly recommend day surgery at Sloane Hospital to anyone who needs it.

Alison, Becky and Anne were amazing and made me feel comfortable. My anaesthetist and his assistants made me feel extremely calm going in to my surgery too. Andrew J Prior did a great job it couldn’t have gone better. Very grateful!

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

I will most certainly consider signing up to private health care following this experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered, and I was provided with top care at all levels, from receptionist, to health care assistants, to nurses, to the doctors. A real credit to health care. Even when I was struggling post-op, I was never felt to be a burden.

As I Am A Very Anxious Person I was Very Worried Going To Have My Cataract Done But Everyone Was So Lovely It Put Me At Ease. I Cant Thank Them Enough. All of the staff were very courteous, attentive, well presented, and exceptionally friendly. At all times I was made fully aware of what was going on in preparation for my operation. The whole experience was 5 star. I was very pleased to receive a follow up call following my discharge from the hospital.

From the moment I arrived to the discharge staff were caring, warm, attentive and supportive. Very professional and I felt like they wanted me to have the best experience they could provide. From Professor London right through to the gentleman who provided my food, everyone did an awesome job.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

Sadly our experience with Parkside so far has not been a positive one. My son's day surgery was cancelled 3 days before he was due to be admitted, with different staff giving different reasons. Not only are we disappointed at this, but we're also out of pocket due to the cancellation. A new surgery date is yet to be confirmed - again different staff have stated different things. Hopefully, if/when his surgery takes place I'll be able to change this to a more positive review.

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Parkside from every department each staff member I came across was friendly, approachable and I was treated with 5* service. Miss Burton, Mr Elkington and my anaesthetist Dr Justin Woods were so very professional, approachable and all had fantastic bedside manner. I am so pleased with the outcome from my surgery and more so the care I received during my stay it was above and beyond what I could have expected and would highly recommend my consultants and Parkside to future patients considering surgery.
