Consultant comes late ,you paying a huge amount of money and they don’t respect your time, no apology or any information.I’ve felt like I’m at nhs hospital, also the older woman who’s there receptionists was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Not recommending, definitely we will choose a different hospital, even if we have to travel far. Stay away of you can !!!

I had my surgery at this hospital a week ago, and I had a great experience; from the pre-op assessment, the nurse was fantastic and kind. On the day of the surgery, everything started on time; the room was impeccable, and the staff was kind and attentive. They made me feel safe at every minute, and after my dressings changed, I also received the best care possible from the nurses. I felt so good overall; I got the best surgeon, Mr. Floyd, and this hospital experience at every stage was excellent! Thank you!

A fantastic hospital! I had ACL surgery -all my appointments were on time and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Post surgery I have done physio with Gladys Ojugo who has been exceptional. Gladys is always very thorough, and her physio plan for me has been absolutely excellent! Thank you

I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this.
In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient.
In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible.
Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt.
Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately.
I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything.
At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late!
In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!

Dr Elisa facco took time to listen to me after I had bad dental experience and made a plan with me which dr munslow carried out. Dr munslow showed me what a true professional dentist is and reassured me all the way through procedures.
The Harley street clinic put my faith back in dentistry as my previous dentist left my mouth in such bad shape and made me depressed.
I can’t thank Harley street clinic enough for transforming my mouth I can now look at myself I’m the mirror without cringing.

Absolutely obsessed with my new smile. 10/10. I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice.
My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on.
Dr Glaister was amazing. Most patient doctor I've ever met in my life, extremely knowledgable and committed to give me exactly what I wanted: a natural smile. He knows everything and everyone and works with THE BEST ceramists in the world, literally highest levels of cosmetic dentistry. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I'm usually never fully satisfied (had my nose done twice, same as my hair and the list goes on lol) but this time... I wouldn't change anything. The translucency, the texture, the size, the length, everything is EXACTLY how I wanted it and this is thanks to great communication and his unwavering commitment to delivering the most natural-looking veneers. Thank you!!! I am in heaven!
Big shoutout also to Adam and Bea for their help, dream team!!!

One of the very best experiences I have ever had (at the Sudbury Eye Clinic, Brent Community Ophthalmology Service) even when compared to private facilities. The reception and nurse staff are second to none. Starting with a 2 day reminder for the appontment to booking the follow-up. Very clear with the process and triaging, initial checks, etc.. My appointment with the surgeon and her explanations and support were brilliant. Excellent all around. Thank you!!!! Wish all engagements through the NHS were similar.

Yes,certainly. My surgery took place on 17/10/23. I was treated inhumanly on the day of admission. I am a diabetic patient. From the time of admission till the time of operation I was not offered any food. It was almost 3-4 hours without food. I was shivering. once I come back from the OT my husband went outside to buy food for me. Only then I had some food before my release from the hospital.
I had an follow up appointment on 28/11/23 with Miss Madi which I have attended.
She didn't look into my eye with care.
She was in a hurry to finish my appointment. It was less than 2 minute. She was busy with her mobile phone. If I knew this earlier I wouldn't come long way for this appointment as I have waited long after the surgery for this follow up appointment.
I will definitely not recommend anyone to be seen by this Consultant.

The catering was also great and very friendly and they catered to my specific dietary requirements.
I'd definitely recommend blackheath hospital and their friendly experienced staff.

My time spent at the hospital was pleasant enough until the shift change for night nurses happened. One nurse on night duties showed no empathy, wanted to rush my discharge from the ward / hospital from the moment her shift started. I understand that I was a day case but nether the less a little more care should have been given especially due to the fact my blood pressure dropped very low. No concern shown, just that she had to discharge me. Felt very rushed. Was told multiple times that I had to pass urine so that she could discharge me. In the end I forced myself to go and ended being discharged at 23:45.

During my stay at the Lister Hospital, I received excellent care all round, from the warm welcome at the reception, the ward, the theatres and the Recovery department. Everyone was very skilled and inspired confidence. The feeling of kindness and total commitment to patients was much felt. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was shocked that 2 days after my op I had a call from your “business” department about my bill which the insurer is covering. The member of staff told me there was a problem (not what it was) and to contact my insurer immediately. This is terrible service - firstly I was in a lot of pain and sleeping when you called (why not wait a few days a week - shouldn’t patient care not payment that is hardly late be a priority?), secondly there was no explanation and I’m sure this is something that could have been resolved between hospital and the insurer, thirdly why not email with the detail rather than calling the patient 2 days post op, fourthly why put the owness on patient to contact an insurer - surely could have asked them to contact / explain to me? No pro activity (bound to be an admin error somewhere) - just here’s a problem , you sort it and I don’t care that you’ve been in hospital recently. Unbelievable - possibly the worst customer experience I have had and I certainly don’t treat my clients (who aren’t sick) like that. Some business sense and customer centric behaviour desperately required. Clinical and nursing staff great but what a way to conduct yourselves professionally.

I had to be admitted to this hospital for 5 nights. I can’t complain about the staff. However for 3 nights the radiator in the room didn’t work and to make matters worse the radiator made a very loud noise and was vibrating. For 72 hours I didn’t get any sleep but this didn’t matter to the senior management as it was my sleep that was getting ruined for 3 nights whilst they slept peacefully- pretty selfish for an industry that specialises in taking care of the sick and venerable . Sad fact is this was not an NHS admission but private where by the health circle made over £6000 of profit. Despite being ill and coming for medical care and recovery the inundated facilities at Bishops wood hospital will make you realise that even the hospital in Gaza have better facilities than this hospital. The blame lies with the CEO of Blue Circle as he charges top premiums to patients but provided private rooms whereby basic amenities like radiators don’t work and with such nuisance noise throughout the night that no one gave two hoots about a care where they are charging me over £6000. Sadly no shame, as if this was a hotel the management would have had to offer accommodation for 3 nights as recompense to a room that was not fit for a patient. I have formally wrote to Blue Circle CEO and expect a full refund to these 3 days that have been formally reported to the hospital director who sadly has not offered any compensation but on the contrary and in a shameful way are trying to charge me for medication. Sadly as a patient not have I only endured an unfit room for a patient, but getting ripped off in this abhorrent manner. If Circle health had ensured that the room was maintained for a patient in line with hospital protocols then we would not be at this juncture. The ceo and hospital director will earn hundreds and thousands of pounds at the demise of a patient that had his sleep ruined for 3 nights without any heating!! Abhorrent and disgusting behaviour by Circle health group. I expect a full apology and full refund for these 3 nights . The noise and malfunction and the radiator was reported to the director at the hospital as I still have a recording. Its is unfortunately that when it come to taking money they are like hawk and taking your credit card details making sure the that Blue Circle does not loose even a penny, and yet that took full advantage of a patient because they didn’t invest in maintenance and I had to pay the price literally with money and my health. Unless compensation is forthcoming l will have no option but to ask my solicitor to start proceedings.

We’ve been harassed by GOSH representatives on numerous occasions now. They knocked our door THREE times in a single day. Once at midday when no-one was home, the second just 10 minutes after I arrived home from work (obviously stalking me), and the third at 8:30pm!! I’ve previously expressed my disinterest on donating to the charity, yet they continue to return to our property. If a property could be put on a sort of TPS these guys would be in some serious trouble. After speaking to neighbours, they had nothing good to say either (we have a community Facebook Group), some even said that the representatives were extremely rude and overly personal - one lady even had to leave her house because she didn’t feel safe! Times are hard enough and people certainly aren’t going to donate money to a charity that is being represented by such rude individuals. We’ve offered to give them some spare change as a donation but they insist on bank details. You can jog on if you think I’m going to be giving my bank details to some stranger at my doorstep. I’ll happily donate to charity but it will be on my own terms - not with harassment and peer pressure at my door. I wrote this review after GOSH decided to ignore my email of complaint. We’ve now opted to purchase a ‘no cold callers’ plaque to prevent them from visiting in future. If they choose not to comply and continue to harass us, I will be taking this further; perhaps even deciding as a community to set up a ‘no cold calling zone’ with the Local Authority if need be.

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing! Thank you and the entire clinc!!

I have had such a good experience from the clinic and everyone involved. Dr Abeer Shehadeh has done a great job on my teeth (removal of mercury fillings; other stuff) and was also really good at discussing with me what she intended to do. Also the nurses and receptionist looked after me excellently. Thanks to you all.

I recently had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Jitesh Patel, and I just had to share my experience. Dr. Patel displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise. He immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure in detail and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. Throughout the procedure, he continually checked in with me, making sure I was comfortable and addressing any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend him for any dental or oral surgery needs.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

I was very happy with the service provided. I find this to be a very good hospital for gastrointestinal operations. I was also given a very nice room covered by private medical insurance. Very friendly and caring staff, a fantastic view, great medical service, very clean and good amenities. I give it a 8.7/10 and would recommend.

I had an appointment with Dr Rodney Foale. As I travel to London his team gave me an appointment time to take this into account. My cardiologist, Dr Foale, is a brilliant consultant of the old school where he has time to discuss wellbeing and general health beyond specific cardiac issues. This puts one at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My name is Minal and I was hospitalised at UCLH from 21st October 2023 until 28th October 2023 with a nasty infection. I was put on sepsis protocol and I was eventually diagnosed with abscesses. The care and treatment I received from the time I arrived at A&E until I was discharged was exceptional.
I was in such a bad state that I cannot remember all the names of the staff who looked after me, but I have to mention the nurse in A&E majors, Davinia Sabatier Guijarro, as she took care of me with a lot of kindness and compassion. She was brilliant!
Eventually, I was admitted to medical ward only briefly and then gynaecology ward. Nurse Reena from the medical ward was very kind, although I was only there for a very short time. Some of the nurses on gynaecology ward who looked after me were Nurse Erlou, Nurse Sidikat, Nurse Jordine, Nurse Kauser, Nurse Olu, Nurse Nishma, Nurse Bushirah, Nurse Antonio, HCA Maureen, Ward physio Bethany and many other nurses and healthcare assistants to whom I am very grateful to for the care and support they gave me whilst I was on that ward.
The Gynaecology team led by Dr Naaila Aslam were fantastic and I feel that I am here and alive today because of them. My local hospital had sent me away with Trimethoprim and a wrong diagnosis just the previous day. Had I not gone to UCLH that Saturday evening, I wouldn't have made it, as my CRP was 400 and I was septic. Thank you to Dr Aslam and her team including Dr De Braud, Dr Tatiana, Dr Neha, Dr Julie, Dr Omar, Dr Hannah, Dr Alison and everyone in that team. They saved my life.
When I had my procedure to drain the abscess, the nurses were so supportive including nurse Kit and nurse Emma. There were other nurses in that room too, but I don't recall all the names. All were wonderful. I would not have got through that procedure without their words of support and encouragement, in particular Nurse Kit and Nurse Emma.
I hope the above mentioned staff and anyone who looked after me reads this review. I am forever grateful to them.

I attended the endoscopy unit with my daughter. She explained to the staff that she had previously had a bad experience at another hospital. The staff were absolutely wonderful and looked after my daughter so well. They were attentive, kind and caring. I was able to stay with her until she went under and the care my daughter received was faultless. My daughter was put at ease which resulted in a successful outcome from the procedure. This has to be one of the best experiences we have had of the NHS as a family. Thank you so much.

I had and continue to receive a wonderful service. The surgeon Paul T explained the results, the next steps. His PA is prompt in responding to questions. The surgeon, PA and nursing staff are flexible, put me at ease. Never felt rushed. The facilities are what you would expect from an independent health provider. I cannot find fault with the staff as you walk off the street and the facilities.
