Namely, doctor Irina Arkadyevna Puchkova, Lyudmila Leontyevna Kaplich and all the medical staff. Ya, Gorbachevskaya M.E. 06/27/2023 I had surgery to replace my lens. All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

Modern Medical Center in Belarus, Minsk

I had minimally invasive surgery and stayed 4 days. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and helpful, the hospital and patient rooms were quiet, clean, and smelled fresh. I usually have a hard time sleeping in an unfamiliar place, but the hospital bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable and the nurses gave me something at night so I actually ended up getting the best sleep in years. Evening rounds came in at 10:30 PM and morning was 7:50 AM so my roommate and I got our 8-9 hours sleep and went home rested. Big thank you to all doctors and nurses at Albertinen Krankenhaus.

Came to Notaufnahme with racing heart, palpitations and chest pains with breathing issues. I wasnt sure whether it was serious enough considering how full the hospital was and i felt embarrassed to go. Nevertheless, i was treated warmly and respectfully during my long and expected wait (its an emergency room people, chances are someone is going to be sicker and more needing of help than you!) . The staff were under pressure with so many sick people and i was happy to wait. They found me room to stay overnight as the Cardiac Unit was full, and still i was treated respectfully and with dignity. I too am a foreigner, with questionable German skills but i try and found no racism as other have said. Im now in the cardiac ward and grateful that im being cared for. Still! Thankyou to lovely Notaufnahme Doctor, the Cardiac team, the nurses at 2A and also now up in 6B. Everyone has a sense of humour and are so friendly! I recommend this hospital 100% you are in good hands! Chill!

We can tell Dr. Highly recommend Geibel and his birth team! We felt totally taken care of and extremely looked after. Apparently they still exist, competent doctors with empathy who listen and take their time.

A family member spent a month in different wards of this hospital this year due to cancer. Internal and external communication resembles a catastrophe: • Some doctors hardly speak German • No uniform diagnosis, every doctor told something different • Lack of emphatic behavior in the doctor-patient conversation, pure transmission of medical information • Important PET examination in external facilities had to be postponed because sobriety was forgotten The nursing staff and the senior doctor in rehabilitation, Mr. Krasniqi, who was the only one who tried to build a bond with the patient and respond to feelings, worries and needs, remain positive in memories

Super friendly, patient and competent! Did a great job of sewing my severed finger back on. Despite the painful occasion, the short stay was very pleasant given the circumstances. Thank you!

I went to the emergency to remove stitches , the assigned person to do this left two stitches in side my finger and now I have an infection. Very simple thing was not done properly, imagin what they will do with more complex medical operations!

I have delivered my baby last week, c section, generally, the service was really good, nurses and doctors were helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was the nursery section, they were trying to push for formula feeding although we told them we wanted to breast feed the baby. They should help mothers with the breast feeding instead of just choosing the easy way for them.

Regardless of the prices I left the hospital in pain because the doctor didn’t show up (the resident doctor) public relations called I asked for the doctor then the nurse as well promised to call a doctor so I waited for more than an hour and no one showed up… also the insurance office are not professional at all they sent the request to the wrong address so I had to call the insurance my self internationally and follow up with them asking for approvals. Advice: 1- make sure to verify with the insurance while at the admin & insurance and make sure they send the paperwork to the correct address. 2- ask the administrator and the doctor before you get in the room and make sure they promise to provide you with the decent service and won’t let you alone in pain for a long time. 3- If you find a better option better hospital then just go for it. I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. Long story short 🙂: I had a couple of surgeries on both hip joints when I was one year old. Everything went well at that time, living with the thought that the problem was solved forever, enjoying the outdoor activities I wanted to do. But I was wrong. The day when I started feeling pain in my right hip joint which has also reflected on my walking mobility was the life challenge I didn't ask for. It was not the way I was imaging my life further, pills were not helping a lot, the only way out was the surgery (hip replacement). As I am not Slovak, at first it was hard for me to decide where to do it, here or go home, you know so many things to take into consideration including the care after surgery especially if you do not have any family member beside you. I did search on net and found this clinic which took my attention as potential one based on all the info and patient testimonials I read. Fortunately, the orthopedist MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD who did all my examinations advised me that this is the clinic where he is performing the surgeries. And actually this was the decisive piece for my dilemma. Today, after 15 days from the successful surgery I am happy that I feel the difference and for this nice feeling I would like sincerely to thank MUDr. Jozef Vojtaššák, PhD for his professional and caring approach, for all his support, advises and answers to my million questions, to all nurses and physiotherapists from the Clinica Orthopedica and Spine Clinic for their unconditional care, patience, friendly approach and kindness who made my two weeks stay in the clinic like home.Looking back now, it was maybe fast but definitely right decision to make, not regretting at all, thankful and grateful to the whole medical team who has for sure overachieved my expectations. My wife had a serious knee injury, surgery seemed to be inescapable, but the doctor made the utmost to avoid it, excellent diagnostic, took time to look into it and decision taken to go the conservative way. I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this. In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient. In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt. Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately. I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything. At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late! In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!

Waiting time was about 1.5 hours It was already borderline. I urgently sought an orthopedist because of a herniated disc. Unfortunately, the reality is this. Several people rejected me on the phone. I asked for an appointment by email. After about a week the answer came. You can come on November 23rd. After a few days, a lady called me and gave me an appointment to see the gentleman on November 17th due to the pain Kubosh. This doctor did everything right for me. He chose the right therapy for me. He took his time and explained every step. I am very satisfied with this clinic.

Badly organized. After waiting four months for an appointment for a stress fracture in the foot, it was postponed again two days beforehand. There was an alternative appointment at short notice, but I had to cancel it after waiting two hours. It was not possible to say how long I would have to stay in the waiting room and I had to go back to work. If it's already so long to find an appointment, I unfortunately don't understand why the waiting time on site is still so long. Conclusion: The clinic only seems suitable for people with an exceptional amount of time. It may be easier for private patients.

In March of this year, my wife received an artificial hip joint at the joint clinic. She was very well informed in advance by Professor Konstantinidis. She spent a total of 4 days in the clinic... Room top...food great.... Nursing staff very accommodating! The physiotherapist is great! Today she is fully mobile again and has no restrictions. This clinic can be recommended 100 percent.

Dentist Dr Riikka Vahtera and her team are very nice, kind and professional. The clinic’s facilities and instruments are top notch - the most advanced I’ve seen in Finland, Canada and the UK. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to the dentist. For one filling I payed 300 euro! I know that the dentist work is expensive in Finland but that’s absurd! (One simple cavity filling!!! And it was not even a very great job done) Besides that, I payed 150 at the cash counter and then I received one more letter in which I was requested to pay 150 more because they forgot to add the doctor fee!

Nobody answers the phone (I was on hold for 45 minutes). When someone answered, they were unwelcoming/rude. The doctor was not available for a week she said. The doctor Marcin Panek does not know how to use a computer, he could not view/open my x-ray CD. He does not know how to type on a keyboard (takes very long time to type with two fingers). before even looking at my x-ray(because it would not open on his computer) he said I needed surgery(!?!). He recommended two hospitals/doctors for surgery, but after looking them up I saw bad/low reviews for these places. I got two more opinions at other orthopedic offices and they said surgery was not necessary. He only has 3 reviews on znanylekarz.pl... they do not do surgeries here anymore. EFFI was good when DR Łukasz Budziazek worked there, but he no longer is there. They have changed the name of EFFI to "New medical+"

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a report that was suppose to take ten days, I called to confirm when and they said one more day and now they push me straight to voicemail. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional. Then the doctor told me I immediately needed surgery and a metal plate put in my neck! I went for two other opinions and both others disagreed fully. These people are not good and knife crazy. Scary stuff. STAY AWAY.

[EDIT] After contact with the manager of the facility, who was very helpful and understanding, she arranged for an earlier appointment and apologized for the situation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would give a minus rating if I could. First appointment they forgot to book it in the system and I drove there 40 min for nothing, no apology or anything, just normal for them.. Second time I arrived right on schedule just to be told I couldn’t go in as i HAD to be there 20 min earlier while their message confirming my appointment only requested to be 20 min earlier more in a suggestive manner. Lovely place..

I went in for my first surgery a few days ago and everyone at the surgical centre was great. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in. I was extremely anxious and they did everything they could to make me comfortable, and followed up the next day. Thank you to the whole team that worked with me! And an extra thanks to the nurse who held my hand when I was scared 💜

Great staff, everyone was so nice! After a terrible experience 10 years previous at a surgical centre downtown on Burrard, I was expecting the same terrible treatment. Instead, I was so pleasantly surprised! The anesthesiologist, Demitri, gave me a local anesthetic before putting the intravenous needle into the back of my hand which I very much appreciated! All the nurses were kind to me. From start to finish, everyone was so great and treated me well.

Only ten days from diagnosis to surgery to repair my Inguinal Hernia. Dr. Scudamore and his team were amazing. The entire process with False Creek was a pleasant experience largely due to Dr. Scudamore’s ability to listen and understand my concerns, recovery objectives and how I wanted the surgery performed. Open surgery, no mesh, used my own fascia to repair the tear and he also took the time to tie off vessels rather then cauterization. Minimal tissue damage! Can’t say enough good things!

Very good hospital, awesome and experienced specialists! Doctors, nurses, physio therapists, people from administration - everyone very kind and friendly. Food is also very tasty 😋

I went for pain therapy/diagnosis. The final report differs from what was experienced. It lists therapies that I did not receive. After 16 days of stay, my treating doctor changed. I was taken in by an understanding doctor who also recognized the success of my own therapy. Another doctor wrote the final report, which is essential for my future medical career. The report praises the in-house therapy and downplays my personal successes against my illnesses. Now it's clear to me why you only get the report when you leave, i.e. at the door. Painkillers such as ibuprofen, which only numb the pain for a short time, are preferred here. I felt that the pain therapy was standardized. Individual deviations were not wanted. It was difficult or impossible to get used to multiple illnesses and alternative therapies here! The therapists were great. And it's pretty there too. However, there was a lack of opportunities to provide appropriate self-therapy in rooms and equipment (including outdoors). Ordering food was a disaster.

First the positive: The food is great, the kitchen team does a great job. For my birthday I received a birthday card from the kitchen team and a small, lovingly prepared fruit bowl. Thanks again for that. Ms. Noak, my physiotherapist in charge, is great, she explains the connections in a way that you can understand. She is sensitive and radiates calm. The nurses on ward 7 are trying very hard, but you can also sense some dissatisfaction, which I can understand. Now about my treatment. I am very disappointed about this, I would have liked more diagnostics, not just a gait analysis. My request for an MRI examination of the cervical and lumbar spine was rejected with the words: “We don’t see any need for that.” The CDs I had with me were already 2-3 years old, but were sufficient for the doctors who were responsible for me. The therapies I had were good to very good, but they mostly took place in the morning, so that you were knocked out by lunchtime. Sometimes you had to eat your breakfast within minutes. Stan had a lot on his agenda in the afternoon, but it was either watching videos about breathing therapy, which the group had already done in the morning, or using two devices in the hallway. So I went back home with tips and some rest, but with just as much pain as at the beginning. I think I was just unlucky with my doctors.

Really good service: appointment on time, explanation of the diagnostic, good intervention process. Personnel are knowing well their job. Perhaps the pharmacy service need to be improved a little bit because waited some time to catch up my medicine.

Best place for the caring and treatment Today I had done a surgery with Dr Tamar and Dr Nabeel. As a staff of Harley Street I understood how my colleagues treat a patient, they treated me well, it doesn't mean I am the staff, they are treating everyone like this. Some of their providers are really good and you can get in pretty quickly. The back thing is everything else. They told me to expect test results in 2-3 days. I called a week later. No results. They called me back later that day with the results and seemed agitated, "Well the doctor had to read them first mam." Well don't tell me 2 to 3 days then. The second incident they called me and said I needed to take x-rays or I couldn't proceed with services. I had two upcoming appointments. I asked them to cancel those appointments because I was unable to get in for an x-ray in the next two weeks. They called me the day before my appointment to remind me to come in. I told them it was canceled and gave them the date. Oh will call you back. No one ever called me back. I called them that same evening and again someone will call you back. No one called me back. I called the very next morning and no one picked up the phone. They called me back later that evening and said we noticed that you called today. I explain the situation and the man said the appointments had never been canceled as requested but they would cancel them now. He also told me I could come in for my x-rays at any time. I decided to go the next day. When I got there the next day, they were confused about why I was there and said there was no order for an x-ray. The doctor that I had seen was not there and they were trying to get someone to write the order. I waited for 30 minutes and I told them I would just leave and call back. They had forgotten. As I was driving away, they called me and told me to come back and take the x-ray. I'm going to finish this particular service. But after that I will not be getting any additional medical treatment here.

Parking is a nightmare. Trying to get a consistent and convenient physical therapy appointment is a challenge. The current street and intersection construction makes it difficult and time consuming just to get to your appointment. My Orthopedic doctor is great.

This review is for the Emergency Centre. How efficient, respectful and helpful they were. I visited the centre on Sunday afternoon - it was busy- but people were "processed" quickly. My Polish is poor but thankfully the wonderful young woman on Reception spoke impeccable English and helped me check in. Dr Tomasz Szymanski who inspected my injury also spoke excellent English, explained everything clearly and examined me thoroughly. I was asked to wear a face mask- I refused as I have an exemption - they respected this without question. The emergency part of this Centre I would recommend. The main Orthopaedic part - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I was accompanying a patient from overseas, the initial consultation was done on line with test results having been sent to the consultant electronically, the hospital has a co ordinator for patients from over seas. All additional blood tests, x-xrays, ecgs, &an mri were done on the first day all results were supplied for the patient on a CD, prior to the face-to-face consultation with the specialist to confirm the required surgery, this was done 2 days later. The cost with flights food and hotel was less than the same surgery would have been private in England.

Very Satisfied , i came here just today to see the ob-gyne doctor and hes a good doctor he explained to me everything about my case,and hes a good doctor. Also this hospital is good and the nurse here is good also . Anyway i came from Philippine

I went for my pre admission on Tuesday and received excellent service from Sister Cleo Hendricks and Admin supervisor Kirwin. I went to Busamed in Strand last year in July and they need to learn about quality service from these two individuals! Well done and many thanks!

Worst experience ever I have ever had at a hospital with admin staff. I went into labour a month before my due date. While in active labour the hospital kept on pulling my husband out of the room for payment!!! Our first child, 12 midnight on a Saturday, early labour, stressing so much about our child and all these people care about is money. Wanted full payment 12 midnight while I was in labour. Pathetic service from admin staff. I mean God forbid they waited until Monday morning. As if I had control over the whole experience. Such a pity, nurses and doctors are amazing. But the hospital admin staff has zero tact or empathy. Cherry on the cake, when it came time to be discharged and make final payment for my baby who had to stay an extra few days, the finance lady was on lunch and we were told....oh its ok...you can pay LATER!!! Will 100% without a doubt never in my life go back there again.

The medical level is high but they refuse to help even if there's an emergency but you weren't having appointment. Some doctors are below that level, so beware who treats you.

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I wish you very best if you are planning to go for a surgery at this hospital and I am sure whichever path you choose either funded through NHS or though Private Health Insurance Provider you will be treated very well - saying that as I had the opportunity to see and experience both pathways and levels of treatments. ❤️👍

I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. I went here to ask for Lazer skin care surgery for moderate to medium severe unknown facial scarring… I paid $6,000 for 1500 Needles to be punctured into my skin with some sort of medicine that must have just been sterile water… it actually looks ten times worse than it did before I started; had I not mentioned I had an inheritance; I might not have been sent to a random room…. They might have actually given me the first possible treatment too work for my skin, instead they figured I’d go back for the rest of the 14 other rooms of mechanical devices they had to offer for skin care. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR LAZER TREATMENT… when I arrived she just grabbed this huge machine with a needle device (PUHHHWOOOPHTSHHHHHUUUUHHHGHAHGHAGHA) it was a retarded puncture device with a huge needle going in and out of your cheeks and such, completely missing my nose which was half of my worry to begin with. I’m thinking of sueing concidering that treatment isn’t even listed on their website!!! I’m very upset.
