Dr.Jyoti Bahra is a great dentist that understood my needs from the time i stepped into her clinic as she was honest with alot of compassion and took time to explain what needs to be done and indeed provides valuable advice. She is always warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed. My gratitude for Dr. Jyoti Bahra and her staff goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!! Thanks to her, i now have the perfect smile.

Had a cracked tooth on the side of my cavity filling and they were able to fix it the same day! Obviously, it was bothersome day one because of the drilling and fill, but the next day I felt nothing and it's great to have a tooth I can use again! Highly recommend!!

Booked a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Moreno. Usually professional cleaning takes approx 45min which is also what was confirmed on the phone. The cleaning took 5 mins, during which I was basically showered with cleaning solution and walked out with white toothpasty stains all over my face, hair, trousers etc. - the dentist sent me to the bathroom to clean up, it was that bad!! Never had I ever had such a messy and unprofessional experience. Was charged extra for “polish” which I didn’t request and wasn’t informed of and don’t believe my teeth were professionally cleaned anyway. Overall I’d stay away from this clinic, not recommended!

Booked an appointment for a teeth whitening…just to be told after I arrived that they don’t have the product anymore. Such a disrespect for the patients that take some time to come.

I categorically do not recommend this clinic for several reasons: lack of professionalism, ethics and deontology - zero, poor knowledge in the field (the name of the doctor is not specific). The child was left untreated and with a psychological trauma after the following ordeal: Examination, the child is crying, the attempt to give anesthesia (with inappropriate doses and in the wrong place) - obviously the child is crying They tried to clean it - the child couldn't resist the pain, the hysterical doctor says: I think it's a bigger problem and we can't do anything! Pay for the anesthesia! Goodbye! At the next clinic, the doctor solved the problem! He contradicted the unprofessional approach from Clasic Dent! Be careful !

I had the BEST experience at the Hummingbird clinic and Dr. Behrooz will be my forever dentist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to fix all of my issues. I am beyond grateful that I found this place. The dental hygienists, the front desk receptionist and of course Dr. Behrooz were so so friendly that I forgot I was at the dentist because I was so comfortable the entire time, even during my fillings! The BEST experience ever! Dr. Taghizadeh is truly a professional and an artist! I had multiple fillings done which I’m absolutely satisfied. But above that, I had two wisdom teeth extracted at the same time. It literally took less than five minutes and I DID NOT FEEL A THING!!! I was still getting myself comfortable in the chair and he said done! I was SHOCKED! I would’ve given him six stars if I could :)

Had an appointment on 06.09.23 at 15:00, waited for 55 minutes then left, front desk with no one to tell I’m leaving, they ask for a lot of money (150+250 euro) for short term cancellations but they have no respect for your time.

Despite Termin, had to wait 1:30 min to see the doctor. Name is Andrey Bolger, please double check again. I am real customer who paid real money.

I am rewriting this review because I have been THREATENED and BLACKMAILED by post by this clinic because of my honest review. Please be aware this clinic is the worst clinic in Berlin, and a total scam. If you look attentive you can see that most of the good reviews are made by fake profiles which mean they pay for good reviews and BLACKMAIL honest ones. I am suffering for more than 5 months because of a bad treatment made if this clinic. They opened and treated the wrong teeth, they don't give me any xrays of what they have done. My new dentist found prohibited material inside my teeth and I'm going for a tomography this week to see exactly what they did inside the root of my teeth that don't stop hurting. They made the worst root treatment possible, didn't give me any antibiotics or painkillers the whole month of treatment and could not finish it. PLUS, they wanted to take my teeth out which is a complete absurd. I am waiting for the new results of exams to take action against this "clinic" if you can call it that. BE AWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! New status: December 2017. I’m going through a surgery right now because of the horrible treatment received on this clinic. Edit 2023: I am still being blackmailed by this clinic and had to prove to google after they put a lawyer after me that I was a client and they faked my teeth was bad and needed to be removed for thousands of euros. It’s insane how they pay this reviews and blackmail real ones. Do never go to this clinic if you care for your mouth.

They bothered me for how many months while my wisdom tooth was swollen and it hurt, they thought it was another tooth and I really struggled, since I told them it's not that tooth, they suddenly told me that I have to go to a jaw surgeon while they bothered me for 2 months with pain without telling me they say in simple words that they themselves cannot undertake me. A multi-dental practice without a maxillofacial surgeon seems strange to me, but even more strange that while they were monitoring the wisdom tooth for 2 months and telling me that I should have it removed, they suddenly wanted a maxillofacial surgeon. Plus they made me take a strong antibiotic 3 days before the surgery and I went there and they didn't even do it for me. Dentist for simple things.

I visited the Aristotle Polydentistry to check my oral condition with quite a bit of anxiety, I admit. After the inspection we launched the work that needed to be done. The clear prices, the existence of all specialties, the organization and excellent service reduced my anxiety quite a bit, but what drove it away completely was that I felt safe from the dental procedures. A few days ago I had an extraction of a damaged banker and it didn't hurt at all and I didn't see any blood. After three days they called me to ask how I was doing. I highly recommend it!

Soooooonnnn Initially the negative reviews are at least ridiculous! I was thinking about whether I will visit it and finally I did, luckily I didn't take what was written seriously! I don't think anyone should who is at least a sober person and doesn't believe that the nephelim will get into him with the x-ray!!!!!!!!!! Excellent doctors, kind people and at the reception, a very nice space with the latest technology, everything, they do the X-ray there, you don't run to diagnostics from here and there, perfect and easy parking! As a person who used to fear dentists I tell you in all honesty do not go anywhere else!!!! You will waste time and money! Visit it and you will remember me, I have no profit from people other than a proper job done on my teeth, I recommend it to everyone

I went in to get my second teeth cleaning at the Frankfurt location. I had Nesli clean my teeth and she was absolutely amazing! She explained everything to me, was very kind, thorough, and professional. My teeth look amazing! And she was happy to say things in English since my German is not great. I will go back to see her every time!!!!

I had a great experience with Frau Esra! I went there yesterday to get my teeth cleaned. She was gentle and highly professional. Excellent cleaning done!

I've been to AllDent 4 times. They are usually good, so I continue to go. The last time, the dentist and their assistant listened to rap music on the radio during my oral surgery. I needed a fragment of a tooth replaced (it was previously broken in an accident, and fixed at AllDent). The young dentist moved hastily and very quickly even with the syringe for initial anesthesia. They talked the entire time in German about superficial topics like how she is bored, how University is boring for the dentist, and made fun of their old coworker, and how they want to party in Amsterdam because a rapper is there - thinking I could not understand German. The assistant sprayed water on my face and acted like it was weird that I tried wiping it away. The repair on my tooth was crooked - and when I pointed this out to the young dentist, he protested that "That is how your teeth are." He was hasty and needs to slow down if this is going to be his career. They laughed so long, and hard, that the tools they were holding were beginning to move around visibly and I had to stop everything and tell them to please use more concentration and be careful. My family has a long history of working in the medical industry, as well as myself, and these behaviors were very unusual for AllDent. Other than these 2 individuals, this is a great place and I would recommend it.

Every body should avoid this place! Unacceptable low level of the dentists! Ugly job and not clean at all, i stayed 3 days in hospital with a strong antibiotic treatment after last meeting because my mouse was infected. They even didn't want to apologize. Run away from them, this is the best advise i can give you.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.

Excellent service from the reception to the dentist and nurse. English speaking team. Coming from a health sector myself, I'm very impressed with the professionalism (with clear explanation of the cost and treatment) and friendliness of the entire team. I had a severe tooth ache for a few days during my first trip to Japan. I managed to get part of a root canal treatment from Dr Ryuichi Shiroshita and his team. My family and I are really grateful. The clinic is easily accessible, well equipped and clean. I highly recommend this clinic to the locals and visitors!

Reviewing this place as a regular patient, I've been receiving care for almost a year now. They are very rigorous with dental care and perhaps it has been even better than in my home country in Germany. With health insurance, the cost of medical care here has been very affordable. Staff can speak English and some of the dentists too. For my regular sessions basic Japanese has been sufficient.
