I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality. Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied. Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly. If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM. Thank you Sara for your care and my love to all the nurses who have cared for me, they have all been very sweet to me!

I recently had reconstructive surgery at KCM Clinic, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Sara’s incredible care and support. Her proficiency in English, a rarity in a primarily Polish-speaking environment, immediately put me at ease. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

Everything about my experience at Mt Alvernia Hospital was first class. All the nursing staff were brilliant - very professional, caring and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless.

I want to share my experience at Mount Alvernia hospital. I have been cared for by sister Daniela who has been truly first class in every aspect of my care. She is caring and knowledgeable and took very good care of my wound. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Overall a 1st class performance in my opinion, thank you so much.

Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

I had the great fortune to have surgery and a 2 night stay at The Chiltern Hospital as an NHS patient. The whole experience was exceptional, I could not have asked for more. Service was amazing start through finish. Staff took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable throughout. My nurse Ram, surgeon Mr McElroy, physio Kate, antithesis Dr Bakhshi and all the other staff I interacted with on the floor were extremely patient, friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Claire was excellent and most attentive. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are lovely (albeit a bit noisy road side but I was a day patient so didn’t matter). Theatre nurses were so kind. Ms Rajeswari saw me before, immediately after and before I went home and was most reassuring. Anaesthetist K O’Connor kept me chatting while putting me under so I never had any stress or tension. It was overall an amazing experience and makes me grateful for my private medical. Thank you all. Down to the sandwich and tea. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly and got a phone call 9am next day to ensure I was ok. Thank you.

I was so impressed with my care at Princess Margaret. Every single member of staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. Right from the receptionist on my way in, then the porter who showed me to my room, the lady who took my lunch order and then of course all of the HCA’s, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners etc. Miss Predolac was a star as always and my anaesthetist was also great at putting me at ease from the get go. Unfortunately I’m rubbish with names but I would like to do a special mention of the breast nurse - she was absolutely fantastic and tipped my experience over the excellence edge. Thanks so much.

From the moment Isle of Wight NHS transferred my care to The Hampshire Clinic, the level of communication and care was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way with extra care and thought about the length of my stay and the need to travel to and from the Island to Basingstoke. When there was an unavoidable delay in my operation, the whole team ensured that it was rescheduled and happened within 12 hours of the original time. When I responded badly to the anaesthetic, the night team were kind and patient, keeping me hydrated and comfortable until I could tolerate fluids. I received outstanding care and feel fortunate that the NHS referred me after being by in their waiting list for so long. It has made me seriously question the benefits of private hospital care and should I need treatment again in the future, is a route I would definitely explore. The staff , nurses and receptionist are all amazing and super friendly . My consultant DR George Goumalatsos is just fantastic . I have had a previous surgery with him in 2019 and I honestly feel I couldn't have asked for a better doctor . I know my road isn't closed just yet as awaiting on some rest result , but he has reassured that we will do another surgery once he has my test results back and help me feel like a brand new woman and free me from this horrible disease. Living in the Paris region, in March 2023 I performed a colonoscopy at the Clinique Ste Marie (Cergy) revealing the existence of a non-cancerous polyp in the rectum. In April 2023, I contacted Doctor Mourregot at the ICM for a second opinion. The ICM then diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer. Everything is accelerating! Chemotherapy treatment (3 months) accompanied by chemoradiotherapy (1 month) are implemented. To date, I would like to share my experience with anyone who has questions about the care provided by the ICM. I was very well cared for, very well surrounded by a team of competent, professional, thoughtful, attentive and above all attentive doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. I responded very well to the treatments offered. I have complete confidence in this healthcare facility. Follow-up and surgery in the context of cancer. Serious and respectful institute. The oncologists, dct fabro and dct quesada, referred me to the surgeon, prof. Colombo, a human professional and very attentive. Intensive care department with little care, same kindness once in the surgery department, apart from the head of department who should be avoided, and who could benefit from training in empathy. Despite this, I remain satisfied and grateful to the institute which has my full confidence.

I was followed by the ICM. I have never seen anywhere else the interest they show in their patient. Everything is coordinated planned. The staff is extremely empathetic, kind and attentive.

I lived most of my life suffering from pain and discomfort that kept getting worse. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 month ago and underwent a surgery with Dr Gul Rana. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, the entire process was smooth. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The surgical procedure was success, I walked out with a set date for laparoscopic surgery. I was referred by a friend to see one of your specialists, but I'm experiencing difficulties with the booking system. The staff handling the process lacks in customer service and marketing skills. Instead of retaining customers, they seem to be pushing them away. I suggest implementing more engaging scheduling options to keep patients interested.

They just prescribed medicines and I couldn’t control my sugar level at all. I wanted to give a try at the Canadian Hospital and I went there in August. When I visited Dr Sarah Alam Endocrinologist my Hba1c level was at 9.9 and yesterday after the test it was down at 6. Such a vast improvement. Dr Sarah’s aim was to control my sugar level. She is so skilled at what she does. I had a lot of health complications when I went to her and now I feel a lot better in every aspect. I never thought I could get better, but she put me on the right medications and gave me the proper treatment. She is keen to know about everything that affects the patient, and treats even the slightest problem they have. Also, she respects your phone calls and messages and replies timely. She calls personally to check up on you. I had the best experience with her, I recommend her to all diabetics who are with uncontrolled sugar levels and others who need to visit an endocrinologist. She’s the best in Dubai. She’s a remarkable doctor and a professional I can trust.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Signature Advanced Specialty Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The doctors displayed a high level of expertise and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, putting me at ease. The hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology were impressive. I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital.

AVOID THEIR ER. They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for. Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat?! Come on! Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My relative was confined in this hospital for four days. In those four days, her doctor only visited her twice but charged us P8,000 as PF. Nurses only came in when called--via phone because the nurse call button was cut. We were monitoring our patient's fever ourselves. I've reviewed the bill and there were questionable charges as well like gloves, tape etc. It's not as if the nurses finished all of those supplies but we were charged for the whole amount nonetheless. This would have been okay if the excess supplies were given to the patient upon discharge. ER charges were unreasonable as well. There were only three patients when we came in yet the whole process of admitting the patient took 2 hours, meanwhile incurring more and more charges in the ER. But the worst part of the experience was requiring the patient to have a companion for the purpose of having someone actually take care of the patient. Doesn't that negate the purpose of going to the hospital? You go to a hospital to get medical treatment and care. But it seemed like we were only there for the convenience of having labs done and having IV fluids--which to be honest can be done at home--because the actual care of the patient came from the companion. In effect, companions need to miss work to take care of the patient. For as long as the patient is confined, they miss the opportunity to earn money--which they need in the first place to be able to pay for the high hospital bill. It's an oppressive system. This set-up would have been forgivable if companions had a comfortable bed if they are required to be with the patient 24/7. But no, they are only given a plastic chair. And even if we get the private room, a companion is still required. People go to private hospitals for better service, but it seems like the only difference between DLSMC and a public hospital is that this hospital has aircon. What a waste of hard-earned money.

Went to see a doctor who claimed he had been trained at Johns Hopkins. His degrees were completely fake. Unreal. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

The medical team are very good from the Doctors to the supporting staff I was there for surgery and it all went well. They nurses makes you feel saved and in good hands the hospital environment very clean and well trained staffs and toilets so clean. The worst hospital with inhumane and brutal doctors. A word to doctors there "You may remember one day when you are dying what you did to your patients" if you are heartless and you dealing with patients lives just for business, then you are cheapest kind of inhumane and dogs are much valuable. My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I received wrong information numerous times prior to my pre op and operation and found myself making daily calls to resolve the matter. I made a complaint to the PA to the Surgeon and still nothing improved. Even on the day of my pre assessment I didn't have all the right information - wrong time and no address. When in hospital the majority of the staff were good however the communication between the nurses was not good and it was clear, as they messages regarding my requests were not been answered. Each nurse told different story for medication and recovery and it took one Healthcare assistant (Marty) to come in and get things under control and a proper plan in place. I only had one night approved by the insurance company and I ended up needing 2 nights due to not feeling well after the surgery. The staff were too focused on getting me out to make space for another patient that I was furious and stressed. I assured the staff that I was happy to pay the extra night and so was my insurance company. I was spoken to by at least 5 staff members to try and move me out when clearly I didn't have the confidence to leave the hospital because of my condition. We normally use another private hospital in London and I can assure that from now on we won't be using Circle Health Group again. The communication overall was not acceptable, the staff on the ward show they are overworked and tired and in turn pass this onto the patients. They are more focused on treating each patient as a business and not as a patient. Overall I was not happy with my experience and going forward will not use your business again.

I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the ward twice to check in on me and answer any questions I had. I was admitted to Dudley ward and every single one of the nursing team that were on the ward were fantastic, they looked after me and are so kind and caring. I would love to thank each of them individually as I feel they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend my surgeon and the hospital to anyone who asked me where I had it done.

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

Ward staff excellent. Although, I encountered one nurse’s (bedside manner) somewhat curt. Nursing assistant professional, very thorough, helpful & kind. Thank you to all staff & team with my care.

She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

I am very grateful to the staff for providing an immaculate service, and going above and beyond in making me feel as welcome as I could be. Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. And give this hospital advice tho change him racisim rules for the people.
