Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. I am completely outraged and frustrated with the service provided by Hospital São Camilo at the Ipiranga Unit in recent months. I had the misfortune of needing to go to the hospital a few times in a short period of time, and every time I went I had a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on the day before yesterday, which was the last straw, and my cup of patience overflowed. The day before yesterday (11/21) I went to the hospital at 11:05 pm, with a severe migraine, nausea and weakness. When I went through the triage, they didn't even check my temperature, my blood pressure was high (14/9) and as the nurse said “it must be nothing, it could be because of your pain”. So far I agree, it could be because of the pain or my pain could be because of the pressure. I received a GREEN bracelet! Taking into account that the hospital follows the Manchester protocol, because of my absurd pain (those who have migraines know what I'm talking about) and because of my high blood pressure, I shouldn't have to wait for care for 2 hours (which is what says the Manchester protocol for the color GREEN). But they gave me this bracelet, and several people passed in front of me, it took more than 2 hours to wait to speak to the doctor, that's why I showed my indignation at the delay, because if I had remained quiet I would have waited another 2 hours. And the reception says that other people passed in front of me because they were other doctors, or it was orthopedics, or a general surgeon or Covid. And they also reiterated “you already and next time, the doctor was collecting the returns” IN other words, more people passed in front of me who were being discharged from the hospital, and yet were already medicated. Therefore, I was forgotten at reception with the pain they call N°10! And everyone knows that the more irritated a person gets, the worse the pain and the worse the pressure. So seeing my despair, where I was almost fainting from the pain, the receptionist asked me to go to the triage to re-evaluate my condition. Arriving at the screening, the blessed one looks at my face and says “Well?” I explain that the reception asked to reevaluate me and he responds “How? The reception?" I said “yes, the reception, the girl who is there at the tables”, and he replied “Really the reception?” I said yes!" and I pointed to the person, then he looked like he wasn't happy and checked my blood pressure again, it was still 14/9! After that I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was called, the receptionist was already desperate too, calling the hospital and informing them that I was feeling ill. Everyone passed by me, and did NOTHING! I was called to the doctor's room at 1:11 am, they made me wait more than 2 hours for an appointment, which according to the Manchester protocol should have been attended to with an ORANGE bracelet, and within 10 minutes. I can and I feel entitled to say that it was a failure to provide help, as my clinical condition was delicate, and the screening data and my face did not deny this, quite the contrary, they affirmed it. In a hospital like São Camilo, where I have been treated since I was 7 years old, when it still had the pediatrics area, you have left a LOT to be desired. You are a PRIVATE hospital, in case you forgot, if you are “short of professionals” hire more professionals. FOLLOW the protocol that YOU yourselves say you follow. Why a person almost fainting from pain, WITH ALL SURE IN THE WORLD, is not a green bracelet. And if it's too much to follow a WORLDWIDE protocol, STOP using and deceiving the people who will be served. Don't give me speeches about “we were without doctors”, “the four doctors who were attending were from other areas”, “your high blood pressure must be nothing”, “can I give you medicine X?”, “they are taking care of cases more serious than yours”, “the doctors were just going through the returns” because I'm TIRED of your lame excuses. I prefer you to take the time you would spend responding to me and review your services and professionals, why I felt neglected and in a hospital that for me was an example.

Great place for medical emergency

Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

In the offices of Patio Olmos, they scheduled me to be attended to by the guard and they NEVER called, at reception they informed me that the doctor who was going to attend to me LEFT!!! HE NEVER CALLED ME!!! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT. They take care of me at the guard and they don't have items to clean a wound!!!! Terrible attention!!! Physiological solution and gauze...they have nothing.

Came here as an international student. Best and most thorough care I have ever received for an acute condition that I regularly get admitted for. Nurses are very friendly. Clean facility. If i get sick in Córdoba again I'll go here!

I would strongly advice foreign tourists against this hospital. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was immediately contacted by the International Patient Service. They're supposed to make your life easier but are actually an excuse to overcharge you without ever helping when needed. I've ended up paying over 500 USD to see a doctor and get some exams done, probably double of what I'd pay in Germany. They're very blunt about it and wrote to me they apply different tarifs to foreigners. We've all got a travel insurance, and I'm totally ok with a bit of a mark-up, but here I feel like a cow that's being milked to the very last drop.

Saved my life (twice). Had I been anywhere else I would be 6 foot under. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped me and medical records in particular Ms Gee who was highly competent. Very professional staff working efficiently and compassionately under enormous pressure due to a chronically underfunded hospital system. Many of the negative reviews reveal narrow minded attitudes and highly unrealistic expectations of a stressed public health system. We are lucky to have such a hospital in Canberra, which last I was aware is actually the second busiest trauma hospital in the nation- accepting patients not only from Canberra but transfers from regional areas and Sydney.

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

Hernia operation. I had a hernia for years. It started to be worst so i decided to go for operation. Waiting time to get operated was 4 months. Not great. Not great ... I read somewhere it is result of cutting staff. Experience with the doctors was however great. I was operated by a young Female doctor M B (thanks again you are great and talented) I stayed altogether 3 days in hospital (one day before operation and 2 days after ) they removed 2 hernias, one lomparoscopy and one net stitching. The nurses were great and helpers too. I would have liked being helped to the door for exit process. I walked out with spinning head. Very very very bad experience was front desk administrative nurse. miss J. She either hate people or her job. Who knows maybe both. Her approach and the words used were conflictual and distasteful even if i was nice. Pain was very manageable 3/10

I went to this hospital several months ago to run some tests. Upon trying to reschedule an appointment for a checkup, I was told that they do not accept foreigners, despite the fact I have Czech residency, and was referred elsewhere. The level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling; it appears the staff at this hospital has forgotten the fall of communism was over 30 years ago.

My relative is dying of cancer without treatment. She is either admitted to the clinic or sent home without starting treatment due to bureaucratic delays. A person counts every day, but apparently this is not as important as a new piece of paper, right?

Above all praise, specialists of the highest class, service personnel deserve the highest marks. There is order and goodwill in everything.

A real life saver!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Have been coming here for one year plus for various reasons but I absolutely dread it every time since I would end up waiting for over an hour just to meet my doctor for 5 minutes and then the payment would take over an hour after that. Recently it has gotten so much worse. Doctor asked me to do an MRI for my ankle and they told me to be there an hour early. In the end, I had to wait for over an hour just to be transported to the MRI center. The person at the registration counter at the MRI center was really rude and gave me judgemental looks too. I was then asked to make a follow up appointment to review the MRI scan with my doctor. I tried to make an appointment online through their system but didn't get a response from them then they suddenly called me on the day itself and asked "are you coming for your appointment right now?" when I wasn't notified that my appointment is confirmed so I couldn't make it. I tried making an appointment online again, but didn't get a response through email or call. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone, the call got disconnected.

Was given appointment at 4pm but waited till 8pm. When ask, nurse give a very stupid excuse 'first come first basis'. If first come first basic then WHY GIVE TIME AND ASK NOT TO BE LATE???? This is ridiculous! So call private hospital but system sucks!!!! Is worse than government hospital. So many bad reviews with regards to waiting time, nurse rude and yet no improvement. Respond to review was 'cut and paste'. The management, please look into it seriously!

I m very disappointed with the system of client appointment at this hospital. Totally waste of time! 3 times was here, and all times I spent 2 -3 hrs!!! Where doctor see me only for 3-5 min. So much time takes to register, then to wait the appointment (initially the appointment was fixed, but always have to wait). And then to wait to pay for appointment. Second time the doctor was very rude when I asked him about my problem. Then he says “why I have to repeat so many times to you to understand..”. I was really trying to understand that I need that surgery he was suggesting me.

Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.
