Great experience and hospitality. Great food too. Updated: Patient should've been told for the service not compulsory and not even covered by the insurance. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

I wasn't going to write a review (I'm so over all this), but I feel compelled to after reading a review that was extremely similar to what I experienced here for COVID-19 treatment. I tested COVID-positive on January 3rd and started Paxlovid. I saw my neighborhood doctor on January 4th. I am vaccinated (and boosted) but am at high risk with asthma. I was given steroids and breathing medicine. I was instructed to go to the hospital if I got worse. I got worse. The following evening, my oxygen dropped below 80. Scared, I called an ambulance and requested to be taken to this hospital as it was supposed to be the best. They took my oxygen in the ambulance and immediately gave me oxygen. I was on oxygen the whole time in the ambulance. I was taken off oxygen when I arrived as my saturation reached the high 90s. I requested the antiviral remdesivir. The doctor refused to give me the medicine. I explained how my condition worsened despite days on Paxlovid, steroid injections, oral steroids, bronchodilators, and rescue inhalers. He could not have cared less. I requested to leave as the doctor was not going to treat me (he charged me, though). The doctor told me there were other ID specialists. I requested to speak to one of them, and the doctor left. While waiting, someone else came in and said there were no other ID specialists there, so I paid and left. It should be noted my saturation had fallen to 92% by that time. I struggled at home with symptoms for the next few days. I continued testing positive after completing Paxlovid. My condition worsened, and I returned to the neighboring doctor about a week after leaving the hospital. Still symptomatic and COVID-positive, he examined me and found pneumonia. My labs were also abnormal, showing evidence I had developed blood clots due to COVID-19. He prescribed medicine for pneumonia and clots (which worked). All this could have been prevented. Trying to get my medical records from this hospital afterwords (for insurance) was like pulling teeth. It took forever to get my records, and when I finally did, I was shocked. The doctor noted that I said things I never did. My signature was forged on the documents. Worst hospital experience ever. Very expensive and received no treatment. The administration is a nightmare as well. Avoid it if possible.

We have been living In 3 different countries for the past 9 years, never experienced anything as bad. We have a a top insurance but they “suddenly” only excepts credit card payment. Stayed for additional 5 hours because they did not let’s leave. No one speaks English except the doctors. However, doctors are very competent and reason for not one but two stars.

Absurdly (like, for real) expensive for a very mediocre level of service. I went to the urgency center, and i found it very useless that on every stage (reception, triage, first and second doctor) they asked me the same questions. The doctor took more than half an hour to arrive. The receptionist has misinformed me and I did a very expensive (since I’m traveling abroad) call which wasn’t necessary at that moment. Also, several times there were several people coming in at a time, also unnecessary, certainly didn’t create a feeling of comfort. The room in which I was attended was small and the door was never closed.

Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs.

A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby. I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

The staff is very good and take care of all details , the room is clean and always there is a follow up all over the day . Catering staff is very nice and provide on time and well -prepared meals that fulfill patient expectations.

It is a expensive hospital, but it is worthy. My 1 year old baby was diagnosed with testiculo tumor, he needed to be operated ASAP. Now he is 100% out of danger. Thanks God and the doctors. Never felt more comfortable in a hospital.

I have been a patient at Vivian Pellas for over 9 years in that time I have had 4 surgeries and my wife had her hip replacement done there. My past experiences have been good up until a little over a year ago. Went in for what I thought was hemorrhoid surgery. According to all my papper work which I still have but instead I received a sphincterotomy and no hemorrhoid present at the time. Be carefull there! Still having ongoing problems as a result

It's a very rubbish hospital. A group of children are waiting to see a doctor. Only one doctor sees a child for 20-30 minutes, and he is said to be an expert. If you don’t have good medical skills, you have to make up your time. It takes at least 3 hours from registration to seeing the doctor. I think it's funny. The attitude of the two Indian nurses was particularly bad. They were very impatient when asking her questions. I think this hospital needs to be managed well.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

We turned to cardiologist Tselikova - she helped as if she were a relative - sympathetically, attentively, professionally at all stages. I operated on my mother at Hadassah in Skolkovo. All at the highest level! They diagnosed me in one day, scheduled surgery the next day, and discharged the next day. Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side.
