My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Highly recommend visiting for any dental needs while in KL!

ALL THESE 5 star reviews are fake they offer to give you money off of products if you leave a 5 star review please do not listen they do not care about you at ALLLLLLL. absolutely worst three years of my life I was supposed to get my braces removed a year ago after paying seven THOUSAND dollars out of my own pocket. when I first started treatment there was a doctor who actually cared about his patients and would actually get work done on my teeth. this doctor left to open his own place which left them doctor less for months. he was then finally replaced by an extremely rude doctor who talks bad about the patients behind there backs and she was also gone for months. my teeth were finally closing the gaps because the first doctor had me on rubber bands but she told me to stop using them and stopped giving me them which resulted in my gaps opening back up and they haven’t been doing anything not cutting the wires when I ask not replacing the wire literally only changing my band colors and that’s all. so now that it’s the end of the year stupid doctor finally wants to care about my teeth and says I need six more months of treatment and to be put on bands again however I have to pay $600 more on top of my $7k which is all out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WORST DENTIST/ ORTHODONTIST EVERRRRR they do not care about your health. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THERE WAS NO DOCTOR FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $600 MORE OUT OF POCKET please do yourself the favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD also they didn’t numb me properly when removing teeth that did not need to be removed then the nurse was very rude and yelling at me because I was in pain and crying. they are literally the worst place ever do not bring your children here do not go here yourself I promise you can find anywhere else will be better. also I went in for a broken bracket and they placed it on to be held up higher than the rest of my teeth and now my tooth will not go back down and I am at risk of chipping it please please please go anywhere else, IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK IM READY TO JUST SUE BECAUSE THEYVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME

This place is a joke! I’ve had them for over a year due to braces (wish I would of read the reviews first) ortho called me to reschedule me due to the orthodontist being out 2 months straight! I kid you not! I called letting them know my wire was poking can I get it fixed (the orthodontist doesn’t place wires anyways) so I don’t see why an assistant couldn’t do it or I couldn’t go to another location to fix the wire! I had to wait a month to get a poking wire fixed! Anyways, today I had an appointment for the dental side that I’ve tried booking a few times but every time I schedule an appointment I get a call that I need to come early or another day! I try to schedule my appointments around my work schedule because I work just like they do! I explain each time I tried making an appointment the times & days I’m available do they have anything available those times! So I finally got one that fits my schedule today the scheduler told me arrive early to fill out paperwork on the phone! Lol so I arrived 10:30 check in for my 11 o clock appointment front desk tells me scan the QR code & sit down so I finish feeling out the information & wait mind you it wasn’t busy at all 4 patients in the lobby finally after an hour of waiting I got up and went to cancel my appointment the lady ask for my info I give it to her she says new patients I said no I’ve been in your system over a year she’s like I have nothing pulling up I give her my birthday she repeats the wrong birthday back I said no and state my birthday again! She says oh they had you understand the wrong birthday. Um ok that shows me they don’t pay attention to the check ins for at least over a year & they clearly don’t look at the insurance card or id they take a copy of on first visit lol anyways she says so you wanna reschedule your visit for when you have an ortho appointment I said oh no I just called a1 dental & they can see me she said oh we don’t transfer braces I said I wasn’t speaking of ortho I’m speaking in regards to general dental! She looked at me dumb founded! By the way none of the employees look professional or happy to be there everyone looked mad & no one was friendly ! I’ll never return to general & I’ll finish my braces off & never look back!

My appointment was at 11:30 and I was completed by 2. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my daughter. Everything was professional and clean. The waiting room was pleasant as well. Staff looked great. One problem though. I had abscess and didn't know what it was. I'm sure the orthodontist knew. No antibiotics were prescribed. After my tooth was filled, I still had pain to end all pain. I prayed and God gave me the solution. To leave me in this condition without care instructions or antibiotics, is just cruel.

Having had treatment with implants I have no hesitation on recommending this dental clinic for the dental care and professionalism I encountered during my stay and advise anyone thinking of having treatment to visit city dental clinic in Tirana absolutely fantastic.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!

In order to successfully conduct a gum graft/transplant, I first needed braces for a year. The entire process was so incredibly smooth and easy. Azam took the time to explain everything and was always open to my concerns. She also did not rush the process, but instead took the time to maximize the probability that the surgery (at Aqua Dental in Uppsala) would be a success - which it was. Jenny took great care of me during my many visits. If you are thinking about braces, Aqua Dental at Vasagatan is the place to be!

Last Thursday doctor Mir extracted my wisdom tooth. This was the first tooth that I needed to remove and I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious. Doctor Mir and surgical nurse took a great care of me. They were calling me down, explaining all steps of the procedure and making sure I do not feel any pain. Doctor switched on even a radio with some music to make this experience better. All in all I give them both 5 stars out of 5.

Isabelle is the best dentist I've met. She was mindful of my fears and struggles, very patient and kind. I wish I couldve encountered Aqua Dental & Isabelle earlier on, a big chunk of trauma would be avoided. Thank you!

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! All treatments I’ve done (both dental and fillers) were the best quality and painless. Overall a great experience and the staff has always been very kind and caring.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the clinic. There was no nurse assisting the orthodontist. I was not provided with protective eyewear and the dentists worked also in the reception. They failed to fix my small problem and charged 2400 SEK for a simple job - fixing loose retainer. Unprofessional and does not listen to the customer.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dental clinic. The procedures were painfully slow, and their lack of proficiency left me exasperated. Despite waiting anxiously for over two months, the shocking news came that they couldn't operate on my case, despite the initial insistence by the doctor to take my case in. In June, I visited for a wisdom tooth check, and they offered a deal for checking and cleaning at around 689. However, the cleaning felt inadequate, barelycleaning the 4 front lower teeth. The process dragged on with various x-rays, ( many smaller and one panaromic) and again on a different day a 3D scan, only for them to later say they couldn't procced. I felt scammed, having paid over 4000 with no solution. And felt like my time was being wasted, having to visit the clinic times and times again. ( despite the above it is worth mentioning the staff were nice on my visit and that is the only good part of my experience) Next Transferring my X-rays to another clinic turned into a maddening ordeal. After at least 8 frustrating calls, the reception claimed not to know how to transfer the X-ray. They never showed concern for my case, even during rejection. (one call the reception claim it cannot be transferred - another she claimed it cannot be sent to me… among other unproffesional answers) before figuring out it can be sent to my post address! Today, discovering an error in sending my information to the new clinic pushed my frustration to its peak. When I called about the process, the receptionist callously said, "There's nothing you can do about it, bye," abruptly hanging up. It's not just bad customer care; it's a deeply disappointing situation. I plan to review this experience, after I am completely done.

disgusting. Pulpitis was treated, it was very expensive and the filling fell off in a month. We called the clinic and it turned out that there was no guarantee. For such a huge price, I now have fragments of a tooth in my mouth. I do not recommend!!

I was booked on a free 15 min consultation for a chipped tooth. But when consultation was over I was told I had to pay 656kr. I was advised of this after the consultation was over. Luckily I was carrying money on me!! Didn't like the dentist's attitude at all. He felt the need to tell me I had a lot of dental work as if I didn't know it whilst I just wanted advise about one single tooth not my whole mouth but he felt the need to point it out. It wasn't a good experience...very unpleasant. The clinic is dealing with my review by lying and this is extremely unprofessional. Responding to the clinics reply. THE DENTIST DID NOT ADVICE ME OF COST UNTIL MY CONSULTATION WAS OVER. I was only told by him that the clinic booked me onto the wrong consultation...he asked me where I was registered and that was it. No advice on cost.

Guatemala City is very accessible from the US, and the area is a fantastic vacation destination. I love my new bite and grind!

Dr. Antillon went out of his way to ensure I had an appointment as quickly as possible and x-rayed the teeth I had concerns about. In my case, it turned they did not need treatment, but he assured me that his team would be available should something arise. I call that excellent customer service!

I had two problematic teeth removed, one in a post-Covid state with acute neurosis. I needed special attention and tact, speed and the absence of any triggers that could provoke a panic attack. Everything went quickly, without pain or complications. Half an hour and my problem is solved. A doctor worth his weight in gold! I recommend!

I don’t recommend this dentistry, we didn’t like it. When she arrived, she explained that the child had a toothache all night, that we did NOT need a CONSULTATION (which cost 4,000 tenge), but we needed a doctor who would treat him (she provided a panoramic image, said the last time what painkiller was used). But in the end they paid for the consultation, because... on Sunday there is no doctor who treats periodontitis (you need to make an appointment with him in advance), the doctor who examined us does not treat this. Although she warned us in advance that we needed to treat the tooth. I realized that you shouldn’t go to this dentist office on weekends or in general for emergencies, because on weekends there are just consultants there and they simply charge money for an unnecessary consultation.

We express our gratitude to the doctors who helped us. Since our diagnosis is not simple, we had to treat our teeth urgently. We came to the clinic on the recommendation of our attending physician. Service, service, quality are all at the highest level. We treated 8 teeth in three hours. Without tears and without fear. This is exactly what I wanted, less stress for my daughter. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist because of bad childhood memories. But I needed help for a long time, and I decided. The doctors were very understanding and gentle. They carried out all the necessary procedures with care, explaining what they do at each stage. I also liked the cleanliness of the office and the modern equipment. All in all, the experience was much better than I expected. Thank you for your professionalism!

Positives: -I would recommend this clinic if you're sure you need treatment and have a fear of dentists. They are calm, prepare you for every step, and ensure you're comfortable. -The dentist I saw gave me some useful advice on flossing and said that I could email with questions any time. Negatives: -Overtreatment seems to be commonplace and I suspect that each member of staff gets a cut of the company's profits. Different members of staff here recommended removing 1, 2 and all 4 wisdom teeth. Other dentists that I have visited before and after have not recommended removing any. The tooth I had removed was 'impacted'. Kristian is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. He is disrespectful and always pushes me to handle the pain during extremely painful procedures while he’s putting back the crowns of my implants that constantly falling out. I paid over 50k for having my crowns falling out every 2 months. Do not recommend to anyone.

It's only been a week, but so far the work seems very good. The implant went smoothly, and I healed fast. The stitches were out in 5 days. The bridge fits perfectly. Everyone was very nice! I live in Florida, so it's a trip, but I will be back a few more times, as I need more dental work. Medellin is a very interesting place.

I had an appointment to go to a dentist orthodontist on Friday, April 14th, 2023 In another site right? (Not affiliated with oralimagen) so now that dentist is closed and the staff never reached out to me to notify me, Mind you I’m coming from America 🙄🙄, So now I’m scrambling for another site to fill in for my dentist appointment right? I go to google and I look up dentist offices near me and BAM👊🏽💥💥ORALIMAGEN pops up, I press the link asap call the toll free number speak with a representative and share my traumatic experience of another dentist letting me down the representative takes my info and says sir I’ll have someone contact you within a half an hour ( she lied because someone called me back not 5 not 6 but 7 minutes later ) man was I impressed and ecstatic and happy . Ok so Boom now I got my appointment set for 330pm the same day right? I get there and I’m greeted by Carol , she was soooo professional and courteous, and kind ,and caring ,and her smile was immaculate , lord I was like I want that same smile you have this what I came out here for .She smiles and says ok fantastic now I’m all booked and signed in and waiting in the waiting area I get greeted by another employee , she offers me water (which I ain’t used to being asked that or catered to as a patient )and I say yes please thank you 🙏🏽 A couple minutes go by and I am greeted by the one and only DR. Paula Peláez, her warm greeting made me feel like Christmas time when I got the Nintendo I always asked for lol might of gave my age there. So she’s there with me in the chair explaining what session I’m doing I chose to go with the permanent whitening session with laser and take home kit. The whole session took about an hour tops. When I was done I was soooo happy I couldn’t stop smiling and grinning from ear to ear. I had to do two sessions so I went again on the 17th of April and after that I’ll have my take home kit to do myself. I had the pleasure of coming to the Dentim Clinic under the care of Dr. Barbara Sekuła-Kamińska. The doctor is a very warm and calm person, she patiently answered all my questions. My teeth were in rather poor condition, so I didn't think it would be possible to keep them and create a beautiful smile out of them, which the doctor undoubtedly managed to do! I received several treatment offers, and I chose the option that was relatively bearable for my wallet and turned out to be quite functional. Before we started putting crowns on my teeth, I had to undergo treatment by the wonderful doctor Aleksander Gajos. He broke the spell of root canal treatment for me, which until then had only been associated with pain and endless visits. The rest of the missing teeth were replaced with dentures, because unfortunately the implants were not affordable for me. I am very satisfied with the entire treatment, I rate it five stars!
