ALL THESE 5 star reviews are fake they offer to give you money off of products if you leave a 5 star review please do not listen they do not care about you at ALLLLLLL. absolutely worst three years of my life I was supposed to get my braces removed a year ago after paying seven THOUSAND dollars out of my own pocket. when I first started treatment there was a doctor who actually cared about his patients and would actually get work done on my teeth. this doctor left to open his own place which left them doctor less for months. he was then finally replaced by an extremely rude doctor who talks bad about the patients behind there backs and she was also gone for months. my teeth were finally closing the gaps because the first doctor had me on rubber bands but she told me to stop using them and stopped giving me them which resulted in my gaps opening back up and they haven’t been doing anything not cutting the wires when I ask not replacing the wire literally only changing my band colors and that’s all. so now that it’s the end of the year stupid doctor finally wants to care about my teeth and says I need six more months of treatment and to be put on bands again however I have to pay $600 more on top of my $7k which is all out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WORST DENTIST/ ORTHODONTIST EVERRRRR they do not care about your health. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THERE WAS NO DOCTOR FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $600 MORE OUT OF POCKET please do yourself the favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD also they didn’t numb me properly when removing teeth that did not need to be removed then the nurse was very rude and yelling at me because I was in pain and crying. they are literally the worst place ever do not bring your children here do not go here yourself I promise you can find anywhere else will be better. also I went in for a broken bracket and they placed it on to be held up higher than the rest of my teeth and now my tooth will not go back down and I am at risk of chipping it please please please go anywhere else, IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK IM READY TO JUST SUE BECAUSE THEYVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME

This place is a joke! I’ve had them for over a year due to braces (wish I would of read the reviews first) ortho called me to reschedule me due to the orthodontist being out 2 months straight! I kid you not! I called letting them know my wire was poking can I get it fixed (the orthodontist doesn’t place wires anyways) so I don’t see why an assistant couldn’t do it or I couldn’t go to another location to fix the wire! I had to wait a month to get a poking wire fixed! Anyways, today I had an appointment for the dental side that I’ve tried booking a few times but every time I schedule an appointment I get a call that I need to come early or another day! I try to schedule my appointments around my work schedule because I work just like they do! I explain each time I tried making an appointment the times & days I’m available do they have anything available those times! So I finally got one that fits my schedule today the scheduler told me arrive early to fill out paperwork on the phone! Lol so I arrived 10:30 check in for my 11 o clock appointment front desk tells me scan the QR code & sit down so I finish feeling out the information & wait mind you it wasn’t busy at all 4 patients in the lobby finally after an hour of waiting I got up and went to cancel my appointment the lady ask for my info I give it to her she says new patients I said no I’ve been in your system over a year she’s like I have nothing pulling up I give her my birthday she repeats the wrong birthday back I said no and state my birthday again! She says oh they had you understand the wrong birthday. Um ok that shows me they don’t pay attention to the check ins for at least over a year & they clearly don’t look at the insurance card or id they take a copy of on first visit lol anyways she says so you wanna reschedule your visit for when you have an ortho appointment I said oh no I just called a1 dental & they can see me she said oh we don’t transfer braces I said I wasn’t speaking of ortho I’m speaking in regards to general dental! She looked at me dumb founded! By the way none of the employees look professional or happy to be there everyone looked mad & no one was friendly ! I’ll never return to general & I’ll finish my braces off & never look back!

My appointment was at 11:30 and I was completed by 2. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my daughter. Everything was professional and clean. The waiting room was pleasant as well. Staff looked great. One problem though. I had abscess and didn't know what it was. I'm sure the orthodontist knew. No antibiotics were prescribed. After my tooth was filled, I still had pain to end all pain. I prayed and God gave me the solution. To leave me in this condition without care instructions or antibiotics, is just cruel.

Aspen dental was great with my husband today he had a toothache so bad he needed to leave work. I told him that they take walk-ins he went and he was seen immediately within 40 minutes they extracted his tooth and he was on his way.They were so nice and quick to tend to his needs.We would definitely refer our family and friends here.

Do not go here. I had to cancel my appointments because my grandmother passed away and I had to travel. Somehow that turned into a $300 bill. My suspicion is that they submitted it to my insurance company wrong problem is when there was an issue with the insurance, they took the money from a credit amount that was supposed to be for future work reallocated those funds without my permission never told me that there was an issue with my insurance and now, if I don’t pay them blood money, it’s going to ruin my credit in collections so if you value your health, finances and your time, find a better dentist

I went in for a braces consultation and everything was great! The ladies at the front desk were helpful with any questions I had at check in, and I was seen by the dental assistant Nijah, who explained the entire process to me from start to finish. Dr.V came in and went over things into further detail, making sure that any questions I did have, were answered. This office is amazing!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction that took two hours. I should’ve known that my tooth extraction was going to be painful due to the woman in the next room screaming when she was having her tooth pulled. To add insult to injury I asked for a stronger medication that ibuprofen and they said ibuprofen was all they prescribed. Mind you paying out of pocket it was $357 when I was originally told over the phone widow tooth extractions are $125. I would avoid this place and definitely wouldn’t recommend going. I’m still in tremendous pain. I have a home not only where the extraction was but also around the inside of my jaw there’s a huge hole that was halfway sewn up.

I gave 2 stars for the effort. The dental assistant was very kind, however the dentist/dr lacked patience and empathy. I took my 5 year old daughter there for a filling, which turned into a disaster. I am still saddened that my daughter had to experience what she went through. Also services seemed rushed. I paid $130 cash, for exam and cleaning and the hygienist was moving as fast as Speedy Gonzales. I won't be returning.

The best dental clinic, not only in Durrës but in whole Albania! The staff are professionals and they provide high quality service. The place is clean and everything is made up to high standards. They have very reasonable prices so I would definitely recommend! I had an amazing experience with them and I’ll surely visit again and become a loyal client of theirs.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Had a great experience, staff was kind and endearing. The dentist was very careful and considerate also, 10/10 would recommend.

In order to successfully conduct a gum graft/transplant, I first needed braces for a year. The entire process was so incredibly smooth and easy. Azam took the time to explain everything and was always open to my concerns. She also did not rush the process, but instead took the time to maximize the probability that the surgery (at Aqua Dental in Uppsala) would be a success - which it was. Jenny took great care of me during my many visits. If you are thinking about braces, Aqua Dental at Vasagatan is the place to be!

Last Thursday doctor Mir extracted my wisdom tooth. This was the first tooth that I needed to remove and I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious. Doctor Mir and surgical nurse took a great care of me. They were calling me down, explaining all steps of the procedure and making sure I do not feel any pain. Doctor switched on even a radio with some music to make this experience better. All in all I give them both 5 stars out of 5.

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to! All treatments I’ve done (both dental and fillers) were the best quality and painless. Overall a great experience and the staff has always been very kind and caring.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the clinic. There was no nurse assisting the orthodontist. I was not provided with protective eyewear and the dentists worked also in the reception. They failed to fix my small problem and charged 2400 SEK for a simple job - fixing loose retainer. Unprofessional and does not listen to the customer.

I had a crown done and it was just like going to the dentist in the USA. English is spoken and I was taken care of very well. The office will help you find accommodation, and help you with transportation. The office has the latest technology and is located in an upmarket area of the city.

How I liked his style of work: precision of movements, high speed, such a feeling of concentrated energy, and at the same time excellent quality! I went to this place because a local friend had recommended it to me, but it seems they became a lot worse than they used to be. All recent reviews are negative, but only proves it’s not just me. Last time I went there it was ok, but the doctor was desperately trying to upsell. Then I tried to get an appointment because my filling fell out and got told that I need to have a cleaning first. I was trying to explain that it hurts and I can’t eat and that it’s very urgent, but they were saying that the doctor doesn’t accept patients that didn’t do the cleaning. What???!! Even after I told them I did my cleaning two weeks ago at another place, they were still insisting I need to do it at their place. That’s ridiculous. I ended up going to another place and won’t go here ever again. Not recommend!

It's only been a week, but so far the work seems very good. The implant went smoothly, and I healed fast. The stitches were out in 5 days. The bridge fits perfectly. Everyone was very nice! I live in Florida, so it's a trip, but I will be back a few more times, as I need more dental work. Medellin is a very interesting place.

Five stars is not enough !!!! First off lemme start by saying that the employees at ORALIMAGEN are beyond fantastic and well qualified for their respected titles and jobs. I had an appointment to go to a dentist orthodontist on Friday, April 14th, 2023 In another site right? (Not affiliated with oralimagen) so now that dentist is closed and the staff never reached out to me to notify me, Mind you I’m coming from America 🙄🙄, So now I’m scrambling for another site to fill in for my dentist appointment right? I go to google and I look up dentist offices near me and BAM👊🏽💥💥ORALIMAGEN pops up, I press the link asap call the toll free number speak with a representative and share my traumatic experience of another dentist letting me down the representative takes my info and says sir I’ll have someone contact you within a half an hour ( she lied because someone called me back not 5 not 6 but 7 minutes later ) man was I impressed and ecstatic and happy . Ok so Boom now I got my appointment set for 330pm the same day right? I get there and I’m greeted by Carol , she was soooo professional and courteous, and kind ,and caring ,and her smile was immaculate , lord I was like I want that same smile you have this what I came out here for .She smiles and says ok fantastic now I’m all booked and signed in and waiting in the waiting area I get greeted by another employee , she offers me water (which I ain’t used to being asked that or catered to as a patient )and I say yes please thank you 🙏🏽 A couple minutes go by and I am greeted by the one and only DR. Paula Peláez, her warm greeting made me feel like Christmas time when I got the Nintendo I always asked for lol might of gave my age there. So she’s there with me in the chair explaining what session I’m doing I chose to go with the permanent whitening session with laser and take home kit. The whole session took about an hour tops. When I was done I was soooo happy I couldn’t stop smiling and grinning from ear to ear. I had to do two sessions so I went again on the 17th of April and after that I’ll have my take home kit to do myself. I would call it a rip off. I came to the practice at Kohlmarkt based on a recommendation, as my office is quite close. For a treatment that cost me around €300 from two previous doctors, Dr. Golestani initially €1,800. When I objected, he said, "Well, you can negotiate with us, I'll get you €350 out of it." However, I later saw that he was asking for €350 per jaw, so €700 in total. I then stopped my treatment, but was then charged €370 for a laboratory fee and for an unnecessary x-ray. Even if my additional insurance would have covered some of it, purely on principle it would be a real impudence and I can't think of any other word than attempted rip-off. If I hadn't had the treatment carried out several times in the past, I might have paid for it without knowing the reference costs. Very cheeky. In addition, the practice is old-fashioned and quite run down. The assistant took notes on a clipboard with paper; everything seemed hectic, chaotic and very unstructured. If it's so expensive, the practice should at least be commensurate with it. Otherwise, I can't think of any reason why the costs there should be so much higher than in other elective practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances.

You leave this practice with a beautiful smile:-) Dr. Golestani performed the delicate work of repairing the gums on my front teeth and also made some aesthetic corrections that I had previously been denied. You also receive all the necessary care and support with all questions and checks. All this at a reasonable price in the beautiful practice in the old town of Vienna.

Dr. Golestani is a super sensitive, friendly and funny doctor. I have rarely felt so comfortable during a visit to the doctor. Together with his team of assistants, he creates a special feel-good atmosphere. I feel in good hands here. Thanks!

Best place to get your teeth cleaning and teeth whitening done. The procedure was smooth. The beyond polus teeth whitening system from U.S.A was amazing with absolutely no sensitivity.
