Terrible service. After paying a lot of money for consultations and analyses, complete ignoring of clients and complete disorder begins. You can't find the person responsible, they send you from one person to another until the working day is over and they just turn off the lights and send you home.

This hospital is horrible. I came as customer because my knee was broken. Nurses do the jobs like the amateurs. No medicine no operation the first week. Doctors in the orthopedic unfriendly and not very helpful. Hospital look like the have no employees. No communication at all and no expertise. Never again

Absolutely horrible hospital. They did a wrong surgery despite telling them over two months what my problem is, but nobody cared and made an unnecessary surgery in removing parts which were actually healthy and I have now a disabled feet. Nobody cares, can't even reach the doctor in the orthopedy, because according them the controll time of 10 days is over. Since when you measure your check time for a surgery thats your own responsibility and own mistake only 10 days. Be aware, the hospital and their management is dangerous for your health. Stay away.

I did my operation in May 2023 the result was bad. operation done by non unprofessional doctor,nurses they don't speak English, don't respect their patients, hotel accommodation also was very bad 1 star review. Never disappointed in this place. Maybe not the biggest hospital in Antalya but surely they do their job with enthusiasm.

The hospital is a scam for non turk people. Even you have Turkish ID. They will ask you for your passport so they can overcharge you stay away from them. I was with my Turkish wife. And we have insurance everything but again of some reason like always they cannot find any information even we have used them for years. And the asked for passport even we have the Turkish number. Just to start your overcharge so stay away from them if you're not Turk. I was lucky I have my wife with me in that case here.

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

We went to Liv hospital for general check up and prostatectomy, the staff is professional, hospital is clean and well equipped. Highly recommended

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

My son was treated here for a fractured arm. Dr Burstev did an incredible job both with the surgery and immaculately neat stitches, as with the care and attention given during follow-up appointments. Nurses and other staff also showed great attention and we really couldn't ask for more. Grateful.

Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. All doctors are very attentive. By the way, prices for many services are lower than in other clinics. I recommend!
