I had top notch care with Dr. Alonso. He listened to my concerns and included me in the treatment plan. I found him to be not only expertly gifted, but genuinely a nice guy. I would without a doubt recommend him to any one needing dental care. Simply an awesome experience.

Top Dentist anywhere. It's hard to praise Dr. Alonso enough. Im positive there is nothing he can't do. Here is the straight scoop for Americans. Speaks amazing English so communication is simple. His website is set up so that if you follow and do what it says then you will be surprised at how easy everything is. The quoted cost was actually higher than the actual cost of my treatment. My cost in the U.S. and at a quality dental office would have been in the range of 25-30k. Yes.. no joke!! My cost was around 9k. In the U.S. the dental procedures, and they were NUMEROUS would have taken literally a year and im being conservative here. My time spent was 5 days in the office with a return visit in the future for the finished implants. Virtually painless....and the assistant was actually a Dentist as well and she was Fantastic. State of the art equipment....seriously my Dentist in Miami does not have this. I could go on and on and would be glad to assist anyone with their decision. I dont want to post my telephone info but Dr. Alonso is free to give it out at his discretion. Or email address. If you have never traveled to the Dominican Republic and are apprehensive...well don't be. I was picked up at the airport by a transportion gentleman that works for the office. Spoke English which was great because my Espanol is horrible. He drove me to an imaging center a few blocks away and back and to my hotel that was convenient to the office. Of course back to the airport when I left. The dental office will assist you with pretty much everything so no worries there. Santo Domingo is safe. Just use your head and stay in good areas like the dental office. Very nice area with a great place across the street to eat (or soup and a latte)..In my case. I can't wait to go back and finalize everything then do some hiking up north in the Jungle!!! Dr. Alonso is first-class, a dental artist and is doing a lot of people a whole lot of good. I work in the medical field and was hesitant to travel outside of the US for this treatment. I did my research and would see Dr. Alonso again tomorrow if I could. My experience was nothing short of spectacular and the results- WOW- I am complimented on my smile every single day, which means the world to me….a girl who never smiled because I was insecure that my teeth did not show. Dr Jonathan Collado is the best and most recommended dentist in Santo Domingo. His high level of professionalism and experience makes him a top dentist . His staff is amazing and welcoming. Rosana is amazing, very sweet, and professional . I’ve had veneers done and couldn’t be happier ! Also had my family’s dental procedures and braces done at this clinic .. They have it all here. I can not stress how bad this clinic is. I did 3 years of braces when I was young, 0 to little communication, vocalization & care about the patients wants and needs from the dentist. My teeth got ruined: got a gap between my teeth, the dentist pinched them back to place the 3 times it happened, and insisted I couldn’t get an internal retainer, this caused surrounding teeth to move; result is I have bunny teeth that are not aligned. My teeth are also slightly swayed to the left, they don’t go down straight from my gums. The dentist doesn’t care about the aesthetic. Cold responses to inquiries, concerns, and emails. And I payed 4.500$. I still struggle with my teeth to this day. And I have to undergo another round of treatments to fix my teeth. I probably will never be able to get nice teeth and fix everything, only what’s possible. Forget about this clinic and go to AUBMC.

This is by war the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. After being a loyal customer of Dr. basho back when I was 10, I expected a better treatment and a unique experience. Since Dr. Bacho doesn’t treat adults, I was told that Dr. Bassel doughan is the one who’s responsible for all adults. So, I took an appointment with him and I wish i never did. After arriving to my appointment on time, I had to wait for 35 mins and then I was surprised to see another doctor who did my checkup. She was his assistant. Im sorry, but I signed up for Dr bassel, not his assistant. He only showed up at the very end of the checkup for about 5 mins and introduced himself. What a showoff!! He didn’t even bother asking me about my problem! Even his assistant did an x-ray to see if I have any dental cavities, and then she told me that I had 5 dental cavities on my left side, I was devastated! Only when I thought that things that cant get any worse, on my way to the gate, they followed me to the door and charged me 50 dollars for the x-ray images. What the hell? I mean, the doctor didn’t even bother looking at these x-ray images to tell me what my problem is, he blindly relied on his so-called “assistant” who i believe misdiagnosed me. A few days after that, I visited another dental clinic, they did panoramic x-ray images and it turns out that I had only one dental cavity on the left side!!! Wow, Dr. bassel doughan and his assistant and this whole stupid clinic should be shut down!! All they aim for is stealing people’s money and misdiagnosing them!

I have known Dr. Riad Basho from more than 20 years when he had a private clinic in Bristol and I can sincerely vow that he is the best dentist for kids and this is not coming only from my feedback but also from the feedback of every mum I recommended Dr. Basho to her. Besides being professional he is also a friendly and courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

The whole care team is really friendly. At the same visit, Kati, Teo and Petteri took care of me. Everyone was reliable, professional and kind. I really felt that I could trust them, even if I was nervous. You could have almost fallen asleep during the tartar removal, the feeling was so peaceful in Kat's capable hands. Teo gave a clear assessment and suggested a professional solution, and he understood my situation very well in the tensions related to the removal of wisdom teeth. The removal of two wisdom teeth, one of which required surgery, did not hurt or stress me at all, as Petteri told me where to go the whole time, and together with Kati took care of my well-being. I will definitely come again! I felt really good. Special thanks for the aftercare of the removal operation. The nurses called the next day and asked how the healing started, and if there were any questions or if there were any pains or problems. It didn't hurt to remove the stitches either. The pits healed quite well, despite the severe hook roots. Edit 02/2023: Make-up boy at reception again at Hampaasi clinic. At the weekend, to my horror, I discovered that my back lower molar was chipped, a good piece came off. One of my worst fears is that a tooth will crack! I got an appointment for Monday morning from the website, this time for Johanna's treatment. Although there was no pain in the chipped tooth, the procedure was performed under anesthesia, so that pain would not come as a horrible surprise during the operation. I got a really good place to replace the chipped one, it doesn't feel strange in the mouth at all, and now 21 hours later I hardly remember the whole thing. What a great team at these clinics!

Teo and Petteri and their nurses are very professional and friendly. I had two implants put in there and numerous other procedures. I had a couple of damages, but Teo repaired them with his first-class expertise. I highly recommend.

I'm afraid of going to the dentist. The first time in my life that the procedure didn't hurt, even anesthesia. Both the doctor himself, Luis Hernández, and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I was able to take a breather between procedures and was told the whole time what would be done next. If you are traveling and have ever wondered about getting dentistry done in Mexico this is the place to go. I went during my vacation and the resort was very close. I messaged back and forth a few times to let them know what I wanted and to schedule timing. They were always responsive and set up shuttle pick up and drop off during my stay which was included for FREE. The staff were all lovely (especially Dra. Martha and her assistants Danna and Ivonne). The facilities were clean and I also spoke with return customers who had visited multiple times for years while on vacation to get various procedures done. The pricing was incredible compared to the US. They also have an ocean view! I recommend taking any x-rays or documentation if you had previous exams so they can review.

I’m so glad I decided to go to Cancun to get my teeth worked on! Ive always had spacing issues on my top 6 teeth. The reviews are just as amazing the people that worked there. I made the right choice in choosing them. From contacting them through the what’s app to the drivers (to/from appointment and airport), receptionists, and dentists! Everyone was so sweet and kind. Had root canal and crown done! The entire team is super efficient, courteous, caring from start to finish! From front desk team ( Ana, Frida and Mohin)coordinating appointments and transportations to patient care : Dr. Gomez and Dr. Valeria were well versed and gentle on treating my root canal. Dr. gris is a perfectionist making sure the crown has both function and esthetic. Dental assistants Ellse and Luis are skillful and attentive . Patient comfort is their top priority which iam thankful for! Their facility is top notch, all high tech equipments imaginable ! In house lab is a plus! Last but not least, drivers take you from and to their dental office… please remember to tip your driver(s) and lastly , a thank you to the staff members is never outdated! Oh did I mention you get to enjoy the beautiful Cancun too!

Not sure what got them a five star but this place totally ripped me off. I had to have a replacement for my upper denture. Pricing had cheapest 450 and the premium for 795.00 well I paid 1200 for the cheapest straight plain resin with completely flat teeth. They offset my front two teeth to the right of my face They re did it again and the old one not alligned fits my mouth perfect and the new one falls out and gives me a lisp which I was told would not be replaced. They gave me huge teeth compared to the one before so I had to go into work with obviously all new teeth that were totally different than the ones I first got back with. If they would have only just made it right, I would not be complaining . I had a set of temporary uppers that looked ten times as real as their so called premium dentures and I can't see how their implants would look any better or not last any amount of time. Find someone who doesn't use the cheapest materials on the market.

Dr. Mexico definitely help me get my smile back at a reasonable price and no pain at all. I've visited them 4 times coming all the way from North Carolina. I was nervous but they insured me the process was not going to be difficult and it wasn't. They picked me up from the border once I crossed over. Ib plan to make another visit next year for a check up. I've made Dr. Mexico my professional dentistry. I'll pay to travel to visit them anytime.

Very pleased with the entire experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they provide detailed info for how to arrive (I walked across the border instead of drove, so I really appreciated this). I felt very comfortable in the office itself and while getting worked on. The work turned out so nicely too! I've been back three times so far and have no complaints for any of the visits. They also clearly and concisely explained the bill to me; I was a little concerned about getting overwhelmed since my dental work was spread out over all three visits, but it turned out fine. I would feel comfortable recommending the office to my friends and family and will definitely be back for future visits myself.

Absolutely a great experience from start to finish. Technology is better than my dentist in the states and the cost was about a third. And the staffing was exceptional. I highly recommend this dentist! My journey for better teeth started last year. Implants for the top row and veneers on the bottom row. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process and went back for my 1st check up (scans) a few weeks ago Oct 23. Again even for the short visit I felt like a valued customer (I paid nothing to them for this visit) and was listened to any problems I had (broke my teeth guard, so they worked on "the bite" more and printed more guards). The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

ALL THESE 5 star reviews are fake they offer to give you money off of products if you leave a 5 star review please do not listen they do not care about you at ALLLLLLL. absolutely worst three years of my life I was supposed to get my braces removed a year ago after paying seven THOUSAND dollars out of my own pocket. when I first started treatment there was a doctor who actually cared about his patients and would actually get work done on my teeth. this doctor left to open his own place which left them doctor less for months. he was then finally replaced by an extremely rude doctor who talks bad about the patients behind there backs and she was also gone for months. my teeth were finally closing the gaps because the first doctor had me on rubber bands but she told me to stop using them and stopped giving me them which resulted in my gaps opening back up and they haven’t been doing anything not cutting the wires when I ask not replacing the wire literally only changing my band colors and that’s all. so now that it’s the end of the year stupid doctor finally wants to care about my teeth and says I need six more months of treatment and to be put on bands again however I have to pay $600 more on top of my $7k which is all out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WORST DENTIST/ ORTHODONTIST EVERRRRR they do not care about your health. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THERE WAS NO DOCTOR FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $600 MORE OUT OF POCKET please do yourself the favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD also they didn’t numb me properly when removing teeth that did not need to be removed then the nurse was very rude and yelling at me because I was in pain and crying. they are literally the worst place ever do not bring your children here do not go here yourself I promise you can find anywhere else will be better. also I went in for a broken bracket and they placed it on to be held up higher than the rest of my teeth and now my tooth will not go back down and I am at risk of chipping it please please please go anywhere else, IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK IM READY TO JUST SUE BECAUSE THEYVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME

This place is a joke! I’ve had them for over a year due to braces (wish I would of read the reviews first) ortho called me to reschedule me due to the orthodontist being out 2 months straight! I kid you not! I called letting them know my wire was poking can I get it fixed (the orthodontist doesn’t place wires anyways) so I don’t see why an assistant couldn’t do it or I couldn’t go to another location to fix the wire! I had to wait a month to get a poking wire fixed! Anyways, today I had an appointment for the dental side that I’ve tried booking a few times but every time I schedule an appointment I get a call that I need to come early or another day! I try to schedule my appointments around my work schedule because I work just like they do! I explain each time I tried making an appointment the times & days I’m available do they have anything available those times! So I finally got one that fits my schedule today the scheduler told me arrive early to fill out paperwork on the phone! Lol so I arrived 10:30 check in for my 11 o clock appointment front desk tells me scan the QR code & sit down so I finish feeling out the information & wait mind you it wasn’t busy at all 4 patients in the lobby finally after an hour of waiting I got up and went to cancel my appointment the lady ask for my info I give it to her she says new patients I said no I’ve been in your system over a year she’s like I have nothing pulling up I give her my birthday she repeats the wrong birthday back I said no and state my birthday again! She says oh they had you understand the wrong birthday. Um ok that shows me they don’t pay attention to the check ins for at least over a year & they clearly don’t look at the insurance card or id they take a copy of on first visit lol anyways she says so you wanna reschedule your visit for when you have an ortho appointment I said oh no I just called a1 dental & they can see me she said oh we don’t transfer braces I said I wasn’t speaking of ortho I’m speaking in regards to general dental! She looked at me dumb founded! By the way none of the employees look professional or happy to be there everyone looked mad & no one was friendly ! I’ll never return to general & I’ll finish my braces off & never look back!

My appointment was at 11:30 and I was completed by 2. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my daughter. Everything was professional and clean. The waiting room was pleasant as well. Staff looked great. One problem though. I had abscess and didn't know what it was. I'm sure the orthodontist knew. No antibiotics were prescribed. After my tooth was filled, I still had pain to end all pain. I prayed and God gave me the solution. To leave me in this condition without care instructions or antibiotics, is just cruel.

Thanks to Dr Alan Antillon and his team for placing my three implants. Dr Alan is truly an expert with finesse to his work. From the airport to the chair, and the best for local accommodations. Guatemala City is very accessible from the US, and the area is a fantastic vacation destination. I love my new bite and grind!

Dr. Antillon went out of his way to ensure I had an appointment as quickly as possible and x-rayed the teeth I had concerns about. In my case, it turned they did not need treatment, but he assured me that his team would be available should something arise. I call that excellent customer service!
