This hospital stinks like smelly feet and doctors does even not have medicine certificate, better to give birth at home!

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

In 2 days, they managed to turn a normal person into a wreck ... 1st class hyenism towards old people ... ICU department - doctor and staff serving on the night of 14.9. on 15.9 in cooperation with the internal department.

Disaster, they put me in a non-smoking room with pneumonia, someone stole my expensive medicine and they dragged me around the hospital even though everything hurts and I can't even walk, I had to walk over 700m and no one helped me even to wrap my arms around me. I had and continue to receive a wonderful service. The surgeon Paul T explained the results, the next steps. His PA is prompt in responding to questions. The surgeon, PA and nursing staff are flexible, put me at ease. Never felt rushed. The facilities are what you would expect from an independent health provider. Lovely reception staff, lovely nurses and wonderfully professional consultant. Had to wait many hours for surgery without food or water but that sometimes cannot be helped, as surgery times vary so much patient to patient. Very clean with a nice waiting area too for relatives. Would recommend this hospital.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. The long wait before taking the exam was compensated by the joy of seeing the nurse again who, of all people, made my week after giving birth wonderful. I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply….. I feel as private hospital and the end we paid so much money and I have no word to say such a bad organization…….

Unprofessional, paid 150 NIS for a 5 minute meeting where absolutely nothing was established, Dr. Nir Hoss seemed disengaged and just looking to finish the appointment, secretary proceeded to call me after I had finished my appointment and tell me I left without paying beacause she forgot to print the receipt. Completely rude and incompetent stuff , I went once to emergency , as I am first time pregnant and I had huge bleeding in the start of my pregnancy , the women on the desk she saw how terrified I am but kept saying me it’s better to wait and go to see your doctor (my doctor was closed that day ) then with really rude attitude she finally accept as . PS: the emergency was totally empty only one women was there waiting Today I called again to take appointment for giving birth (they remind me that I should not give birth here ) the first guy who picked my call he just transferred the call without saying any word , no hallo even , the second women since the start of my call she kept saying in German I cannot understand I cannot understand! And I just said hello , my name is hana nothing else ( in German ) I said sorry my German is not so good and I repeated my sentence and she said again I cannot understand call again and just cut my call !! Ok I am not a native German speaker and maybe I have accent but that’s totally normal and I know that I am talking correct German at least make some effort and talk correct to people !!! Have some manners !!

The staff at the primary care clinic was so friendly and professional, but once I got to the oncology department the staff were bigoted unprofessional and abusive.

My wife had a very strong headache. With "very strong headache" I mean - she couldn't talk, walk normaly. At the reception she answered a lot of questions. We were by family doctor. She had already the referral slip for MRI. They took blood and gave her something that had a little helped. They denied to make the MRI because of missing plausible Reason. They didn't check even the blood pressure. All my wife saw in this Emergency was only indifference and loss of care. How we must be sure that we will live a long healthy life, when the persons who are paid for that don't take reasonable steps to prevent a Death? Shame on german Health System. I recommend to search for another Emergency Point in the City. At Uniklinikum you have a very big chance to die. And they will say - "we didn't know" or another stupid argument. This happened on 28.10.2022. We came at 17:00 and left at 22:00. Besides - they found nothing.

Reception and communication is terrible, I had to wait for an emergency for more than 2.5 hours because the reception clerk forgot to register me, TWO TIMES.
