Very poor customer service, I called asking about lab tests, before I could finish I was put on hold and transferred where nobody answered. I have then called 6 times but no one answered. You should better.

Horrible experience. They dont treat Emergency patients as emergency at all. No matter how bad your health is, you will have to wait for the "ticket" system and the fact that there is only 1 nursing station for emergency patients, before you go to the actual doctor does not help at all. We faced 2 doctors after about 1 hour of waiting in the emergency. The doctor was vague and rude, did not help at all and even after doctor checkup, even getting a saline drip you have to keep reminding the nurses about it. Not to mention every step you have to go back to the reception to pay some amount. Can they not just total the amount and let us pay at the end? So very inconvenient. Definitely never going back. Also to mention the Pakistani doctor Majed, or Wajed, was horrible. Did not give any opinion to the patient and kept going "yes i see" the whole time. Horrible doctor. should be ashamed

I have never felt respected and treated better as I was in this hospital as a patient.

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. Waiting time for the insurance is very long, response from doctor to insurance is too slow, very poor management, you have to wait very long time to get response from the team, I experienced this at Diabetic centre. Similarly experience I faced in the past while my daughter was admitted in August as she is type 1 diabetic, hospital Insurance team is not responsive, they need to update their system fast, as I my insurance send me screen shot on approvals time, still nurses make us wait as they are waiting for response from in-house insurance team. I would like to address CEO of the Hospital, please do something to bring the same quality as it was before as this was one of the best hospital & now in my eyes it is worst with poor service, poor management

The first patient contact at reception, Jasmin - amazingly welcoming & courteous…the sweet smile says it all. Regina, the nurse on duty - very supportive and helpful. Extremely prompt & quick in doing her tasks. Indeed, one of the best, truly a ‘Center of Excellence’ in AHD - Diabetes Clinic 👍👍👍

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

My time as an inpatient at Ross Hall went smoothly & I was made to feel comfortable & felt that everything was explained clearly & staff ensured that I was never in need. However, the discharge process could be a little more streamlined, but other than that I was impressed with the service I recieved.

I can honestly say I was delighted with the whole experience. I have never had an operation before and was totally at ease from the minute I walked through the door. The staff at Ross Hall are nothing short of excellent, my consultant was amazing, the porters, reception staff, and especially the nurses, who went over and above for me, were just great. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ross Hall time and time again.

I received day surgery here for an issue after 2 years and wish it was only sooner if I had only known about them then. For it being a hospital of course there helping all these individuals through their personal medical journeys, but as soon as I walked through the doors it carried a warm light atmosphere and every single person was polite, smiley, happy and helpful with high warm energies. Truly was an exceptionally experience and most definitely could never see a mistake being made the amount of checks and repeats and signing off ensuring no room for error on that part. The surgeon Dr Paterson was every thing you could hope for instantly brings that energy were you feel safe and grateful he’s carrying out the procedure. Well done Ross Hall Hospital!

I used the hospital to have the services of Mr Afifi as I was due a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Katie, his PA is excellent and always on hand to help and support. However, the booking staff were terrible with communication. I received wrong information numerous times prior to my pre op and operation and found myself making daily calls to resolve the matter. I made a complaint to the PA to the Surgeon and still nothing improved. Even on the day of my pre assessment I didn't have all the right information - wrong time and no address. When in hospital the majority of the staff were good however the communication between the nurses was not good and it was clear, as they messages regarding my requests were not been answered. Each nurse told different story for medication and recovery and it took one Healthcare assistant (Marty) to come in and get things under control and a proper plan in place. I only had one night approved by the insurance company and I ended up needing 2 nights due to not feeling well after the surgery. The staff were too focused on getting me out to make space for another patient that I was furious and stressed. I assured the staff that I was happy to pay the extra night and so was my insurance company. I was spoken to by at least 5 staff members to try and move me out when clearly I didn't have the confidence to leave the hospital because of my condition. We normally use another private hospital in London and I can assure that from now on we won't be using Circle Health Group again. The communication overall was not acceptable, the staff on the ward show they are overworked and tired and in turn pass this onto the patients. They are more focused on treating each patient as a business and not as a patient. Overall I was not happy with my experience and going forward will not use your business again.

I can’t fault the care and kindness of everyone who was involved in my surgery and on the ward afterwards. I had surgery two days ago and my surgeon was brilliant, he talked through everything with me and came to personally visit me on the ward twice to check in on me and answer any questions I had. I was admitted to Dudley ward and every single one of the nursing team that were on the ward were fantastic, they looked after me and are so kind and caring. I would love to thank each of them individually as I feel they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend my surgeon and the hospital to anyone who asked me where I had it done.

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

Mr Warner has helped me with 4 years of pain and numbness. Elaine in reception was so kind and thorough. Katie and Lisa who completed my admission were also thorough and explained all aspects of my care. Inga from Physiotherapy gave me lots of information to help with my recovery. It's been a week since my surgery, I'm recovering quickly, I'm feeling better day by day. I just wanted to say that I've been struggling with my health problem for several years. Hospitals and GP doctors gave me medicines and advised me to take painkillers. When I was desperate, I changed my GP. he sent me to The Beaumont Hospital to see doctor David Smith who, after examining me without hesitation, said ok, in a few weeks we will do the surgery, now I can finally function like a normal person, a big thank you to the entire hospital for their help and I would especially like to thank Mr. David Smith, I highly recommend it to everyone Beaumont Hospital. this hospital is top 10 special thank you for great help great atmosphere I felt like in a hotel with doctors special big thank you to Jacky, Olga and Kate

Amazing experience from initial consultation to final surgery and aftercare. Surgeon, Anesthetist Doctors , nurses, kitchen Staff are all amazing .Everything explained step by step.Nothing was too much trouble.lovely clean and modern hospital, lovely food. Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

Excellent team. Everyone were professional, did their jobs with so much care, empathy, and expertise, all with cheerful faces. The hospital is super clean, the best I've seen in the UK. Overall, I I've them 10 🌟 Sending a special thanks to Dr Mamidanna, Nurse Ola, Ana, Kumba and Tia. My meal of prawn and mayonnaise sandwich, vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate was like something from a 5* hotel. Yes,certainly. My surgery took place on 17/10/23. I was treated inhumanly on the day of admission. I am a diabetic patient. From the time of admission till the time of operation I was not offered any food. It was almost 3-4 hours without food. I was shivering. once I come back from the OT my husband went outside to buy food for me. Only then I had some food before my release from the hospital. I had an follow up appointment on 28/11/23 with Miss Madi which I have attended. She didn't look into my eye with care. She was in a hurry to finish my appointment. It was less than 2 minute. She was busy with her mobile phone. If I knew this earlier I wouldn't come long way for this appointment as I have waited long after the surgery for this follow up appointment. I will definitely not recommend anyone to be seen by this Consultant.

was a really great process from start to finish. good discussions and advice with the consultant / surgeon. discussion from anaesthetist was very brief but reassuring nonetheless. everyone at the hospital for consultations to overnight stay was excellent. and post op care with physio is great too.

My treatment during my procedure and after was amazing. The Nurses especially Heidi & Sky were fantastic. I suffer with terrible anxiety and after the procedure my nerves were horrendous. I was having panic attacks continuously throughout the afternoon, together with low blood pressure and the effects of that. The nursing team and doctor were so supportive, kind and caring towards me. They made me feel very safe and cared for even when I was very frightened. After I got up unfortunately I had a bleed from my wound. There were nurses and a doctor with me within seconds of the alarm call. They stopped the bleed and help me to calm down. At this point Heidi made the call the keep me in overnight due to the bleed and my nerves. They were so kind as to let my partner stay with me in the room all night and provided her with blankets, pillows and refreshments throughout the night and into the morning. The overnight team were also incredible with me and I was discharged in the morning feeling relaxed and content that I was okay. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care.

Every member of staff was so lovely, helpful and wanted to help. I have never felt more looked after in a hospital setting so thank you. Massive thank you to every Nurse, support worker, physio that looked after me, not forgetting Mr Shah who did an amazing job of my surgery. I am so grateful.

The staff and care that they provided has been outstanding. I have been in the hospital for 3 days for a total knee replacement, I really could not fault the level of care and attention to detail from any of the staff, from the surgeon to the anaesthetist, nurses, physios and wider support staff. The room was great, well looked after and the food was beautiful. Highly recommended

Recovery team, (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) lovely & kind especially one to one nurse, Anne. Physiotherapist, excellent, kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Pharmacist helpful with my meds. Ward staff excellent. Although, I encountered one nurse’s (bedside manner) somewhat curt. Nursing assistant professional, very thorough, helpful & kind. Thank you to all staff & team with my care.

The staff were incredible. They all looked after me so well and made me feel at ease. I was so looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Amy was the primary nurse that looked after me. She was amazing, she explained everything made me feel at ease, talked me and my partner through everything. Miss Hazari is an incredible surgeon and can’t recommend her enough. She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. Even the post-operation sandwich was delicious :) Thank you so much.

What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

Lister hospital is really good. The service was top notch. Staff are great, welcoming with a smile on their face at reception. The nurses and doctors were also super kind. The nurses made sure every small details were checked twice. I feel like i have been very well looked after. I had 2 procedures under GA and honestly everyone was so nice. The room was clean with a nice view of the bridge. Excellent choice of food. felt safe and in good hands. Thanks to everyone at Lister Hospital Chelsea

Very good hospital - I was there for a Day Procedure, but it went very smoothly. You do feel assisted and reassured all the way, from when you enter the hospital to when you leave the hospital. Nurses are very caring and attentive. It has been helped me getting through the day and would certainly put the Lister Hospital onto my top hospital list should I ever need to go back to hospital (I hope never again though !! Hospital is nobody's cup of tea :)

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

My baby was delivered here, the hospital has the best service across. They have Senior nurses some have been there from the inception period. It’s one of the best hospitals for kids and women. Queue management, allocation of appointments, information everything is easily available.

Every poor customer and patient experience. Nowadays there is no business centre to update patient on billing matters. I have to go and search high and low and basement level 1 admission only to informed me to scanned gr code. The same whereby the nurses at wards informed me to go apps to download the discharge summary. For invoice by it take up to 21 days for invoice to be posted over things are getting worst under singhealth. And motto patients at the heart we do should be removed as I don't think it is relevant any more due to the additional layer imposed again got to scan code and write email for invoices matter to their back end for verified true copy whereby I am physically at the hospital and no one can help left disappointed and helpless...

I stayed at ward 44 from 18 Sept to 21 Sept 2023 due to a miscarriage. I would say that my stay was very pleasant. The care team was very kind, nice and empathetic helping me throughout. This made my days less painful. Also to the people in the Urgent O&G, and Operation & Surgery Team, thank you for your best services. You guys are awesome

Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. They have a long way to go to know that the patient deserves respect and timely attention. THANK YOU HOSPITAL SAMARITANA, FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE. Good hospital services

Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. Thanks mainly to Dr Giuliano, for all his professionalism and clarity. By ICU Techniques morning and afternoon (Karina, Karen, Carol, Larissa, Paula, Ângela, Anderson, Roberto) Amanda for all the braids in her hair before and even after cutting her hair for the surgery she took great care to wash , hydrate and make everything feel lighter after surgery. Night technicians and on-call technicians, physiotherapists Rose, Milena and Najara. The maternity nurses, technicians, kitchen maids and the entire team!! I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.
