My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. Overall, it was a good experience. I am happy that my father had a good experience @ Max Saket. The Doctors, nurses, and the staff are very kind and cooperative. However, their billing team is very shrewd and insensitively money-minded. Cashless treatment here is NOT Cashless! Max Saket has a policy of requiring patients to pay the difference between the amount initially approved by the insurance company and the estimate provided by the hospital at the time of admission. While Max Saket did inform us of this policy upfront when we were taking the estimate, I am still concerned about the potential financial burden it may place on patients.

Have been there twice (once for my wife and once for my father ) Very fast response and helpful team of doctors. The emergency room was clean despite being almost full and the doctors were very fast in attending to our problems. The support staff was also very helpful in assisting for all the required tests and formalities.

I have got my father treated here a couple of times. The emergency here is very informative and helpful. The staff was responsive too. Except for some small instances. The emergency’s doctors are very trained and exceedingly empathetic. Cleanliness was well taken care of too. And in case of any complain there are contact details printed all around the hospital.

This is The Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The Hospital staff was good. The service was amazing. Today my mother's ultrasound was at 3:15pm but it happened at 4:30pm. So everyone has to understand that it takes time. And you have to be free from every work when you come here.

Poorest management. Hospital thinks that patients whole duty is to wait for the doctor. We took the online appointment for Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney, Urologist, but doctor was not available. I had to wait for more than 3 hrs and still there was no exact answer when the doctor will reach to attend. They charge fees before telling waiting time and then says there is no procedure to refund the amount so u are trapped with them with no other option left.

This is all show no go hospital, they are there for milking the money, specially the doctors in OPD 9. The attitude doctors have is one of the worst. They will make you feel like you are nothing and they are the god. They will make you roam around doctor to doctor and cabins to cabins. Please don't go to this hospital if you wanna save you or your loved ones.

Everything is too good like doctor, housekeeping and official service and treatment and all everything is too good. And also like people said it's too costly hospital but it's not costly the money they are taking in behalf of your treatment is absolutely correct amount if look on the treatment and there facilities. My mom was admitted in Max Saket for a gastro issue. I am really satisfied with how swiftly the process works there. Specially the care and service provided in the ward post surgery was impressive. I have to thank floor manager Ashish Arya on how well he manages all the services on this floor. He was always looking for feedback and ensured all the patients are well taken care of. He made regular rounds of the wards and made sure that any patient needs are immediately taken care of. The billing process was also smooth. Nurse Aarif also needs a special mention for his sincerity and going above and beyond his duty. He did his best to take care of his patients.

They sound to have a good service but in reality they just tend to be friendly. They cancelled the appointment saying that the apparatus is defective. In the other Buildung Smart it may take up to 4 hours.

This care center is clean but aggressively expensive and they still don’t can’t promise if the surgery they performed on you will be successful or not. To much restrictions are there, you can’t even use the lift to meet your patient. Too many questions and formalities before they even let you go while discharging. They will create multiple files just for 5 to 10 days to show you that they did everything that they could but I don’t believe they are even that competent. When we got discharged the billing procedure was about 7 hours. You have to visit each and every section keeping that big file of bills in hand. If you are looking for an affordable care center and a place which at least tries there best to do the job then try some other places this is not the place for regular people’s healthcare. Choose wisely, spend wisely!

Max hospital is good with infrastructure but no great patient care is there. They focus only on cash patients and I hope they will enhance their patient beds as this current hospital doesnt have much beds. We even got stale smosas at the food canteen and I lower the rating due to it.

I must say Doctor is good , but very bad service by staff members with whom I am contacting since day one don't want to name the person but they have not given me my refund of Rs. 4,424.....I believe hospital have never listened about "Digital India". They are forcing me to visit the hospital where it is not possible because I live outside bhantida and it does not seem feasible to me to get my 4424 rs. by having cost of rs. 3000 through the visit . I went there for my Immigration Medical Exam and I was amazed by the facilities and the way they work. Only thing I didn’t like was the Doctor who does the Vision Check. What a shameless harassment he is. He doesn’t have any sense of behaving with customers/patients, doesn’t have any respect for anyone. There were so many others complaining the same. This is the only reason I’m giving 4 star otherwise everything was top notch. Please do something about it and advise the doctor to have some sense while working.

Been here for a couple of cases. Good doctors all around. Have been here for neuro cases and a C-section delivery. Radiology department is horrible though. Hence only 4 stars. It just takes too long and the staff is quite nonchalant and unconcerned overall. Doctors are fine. If you need radiology get it done somewhere else if possible. For all other things it's not bad.

Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. A large hospital dating from the 70s, partly renovated, with many specialties and relatively correct care but very uncertain depending on the services as in many public assistance hospitals in general... I was taken to the Urgences here by ambulance and I have never had such an awful experience. The nurse who was looking after me was completely cold and uncaring despite the fact I has a blocked intestine and was not only I’m agony but kept blacking and vomiting. At one point when he saw me vomiting he said “don’t you think you are exaggerating a bit”! It took 6 hours before I had a scan and in that time I was left alone and given no blanket despite being soaked in sweat from the pain. When I finally went upstairs to the operating theatre, the experience was much better. I know this hospital has some great doctors and the surgeon who operated on me did an amazing job. My criticism is uniquely directed at the a&e “urgences” here which is just not good enough. All the staff were uncaring and cold and I felt scared and abandoned which is not what one should feel in hospital. Sorry, but a little more humanity would mean less stress to patients!

The IPC is a benchmark for cancer. You can go there with your eyes closed. The doctors and surgeons are super responsive, competent, friendly, with whom you can communicate easily… The nursing staff are incredible too. Always attentive, the care is adapted and always done with precaution. The maintenance staff is competent, smiling,… The establishment is very well maintained. The only downside is that the windows let the cold in a little. We are grateful to be supported by these amazing teams!!

Living in the Paris region, in March 2023 I performed a colonoscopy at the Clinique Ste Marie (Cergy) revealing the existence of a non-cancerous polyp in the rectum. In April 2023, I contacted Doctor Mourregot at the ICM for a second opinion. The ICM then diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer. Everything is accelerating! Chemotherapy treatment (3 months) accompanied by chemoradiotherapy (1 month) are implemented. Follow-up and surgery in the context of cancer. Serious and respectful institute. The oncologists, dct fabro and dct quesada, referred me to the surgeon, prof. Colombo, a human professional and very attentive. Intensive care department with little care, same kindness once in the surgery department, apart from the head of department who should be avoided, and who could benefit from training in empathy. Despite this, I remain satisfied and grateful to the institute which has my full confidence.

I was followed by the ICM. I have never seen anywhere else the interest they show in their patient. Everything is coordinated planned. The staff is extremely empathetic, kind and attentive.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.
