Incomprehensible work organization. A time deficit is created on purpose. I waited patiently for three months until it finally came to me dental checkup time. The dentist took approx. 5 minutes to find out I don't have cavities. But it is necessary to remove tartar. Instead of spending the rest of the booked time to remove the tartar, the dentist referred me to a dull-faced receptionist to make another appointment with a dental technician... In other words, another month of waiting. During this time, of course, I may also develop a cavity, which unfortunately the dental technician cannot or does not want to deal with... So you have to book a new appointment with the dentist. And that's how this calendar fills up nicely.

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

From regular cleaning to a major surgery under anesthesia, from planning the treatment to seeing the final result, all was done at the top level of both professional competency and service. I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

I got broken tooth while was on vacation in Europe. Tooth previously had huge filling. Dental Art was able to fit me in almost the next day, its easy to find them in Riga down town (i am not very familiar with Riga), front desk girls are friendly and helpful. Nice interior with water, coffee and tea provided at the front desk area. Doctor performed x-ray, explained the situation to me, and rebuilt the tooth with a new filling (luckily nerve wasnt damaged). Doctor performed some lidocaine local anaesthetic so i would not feel the pain from a needle as it was a huge work on a tooth and several injections had to be done. I literally felt nothing! Zero pain, no needle pinch, nothing.But my gum was burnt by lidocaine eventually so i had to go back 2 days after the procedure, i called them in panic as my cheek was swollen and i was in pain and i didnt know what was that. They were able to fit me in within next couple of hours, another doctor took a look, explained what happened, put some cream on my gum, prescribed the special gel, suggested herbal mouth wash, offered prescription for a pain killers for my flight (i didnt take it i personally trying to avoid it) and i safely returned back to USA with my tooth fixed and gum healing quickly (i follow their suggestions) . Paldies! Thank you!

All my visits to Dental Art clinic are so efficient, well organised and pleasant experience. I had mouth guard and hygiene there, simply wonderful from the moment I enter the clinic to the moment I leave.

I did a regular dental check, a cleaning for my first trip, and a teeth whitening for the second visit. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service and the results! All staff members were so professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for more regular checks, and already have recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Poor contact after leaving a message and then be told I should have phoned before 7.30 for a emergency appointment which I had and left a message. Then contacted later that morning after being booked earliest appointment 28th of December ☹️

Best dentist iv ever had for care and personality very welcoming from reception to the dentist and assistant and really friendly and considerate unlike past dentist who can come across cold. The care was great even used numbing gel before the needle as im a wimp with needles in the gums and had some pretty awesome tech iv never seen before and the workmanship was top notch she was awesome the outcome exceeded my expectations left me feeling id happily come back in future something id never felt about past dentist's.

Had an emergency extraction done. Everybody, from the moment I walked in the door, was so warm, welcoming and comforting. I was in so much pain but felt immediately in good hands upon talking to the lovely receptionist and was in the same amazing hands throughout the whole process. Expert technique from the dentist, as was not looking like it was going to be an easy task..... but within 15 or 20 minutes I was walking out the front door and in considerably less pain than I walked in. Amazingly wonderful people!

Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

I recently visited the Processus dental clinic for the first time. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. I can only recommend this Clinic, They will really take good care of you throughout the whole Procedure. I would highly recommend getting your Veneers or Crowns at this Clinic.

My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

Recently visited Paphos on holiday and whilst there I visited Paphos Smile Art studio, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly dental nurse and seen by DR STAVROS KELOGRIGORIS. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was able to to save one of my front teeth that I was previously told in the UK that I needed an implant, so you can Imagine my relief and I also had three replacement crowns. This was all done in 3 visits and at a fraction of the cost in the UK. When I return again I would definitely book in for further treatment, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Very impressed

If I could I would give them 10*. I had a full mouth rehabilitation. From the first time I stepped into the surgery I felt calm and relaxed. Evi and Dr Stavros are 2 amazing people. Never made me feel pushed or hurry even we had 1-2 challenging treatment. Dr Stavros love music and singing what I find calming and funny.Its definitely helped me to release the fears. Also he is always ,means always, made sure I'm okay and not on pain. They have the latest technology and equipments. I'm over the moon with the end result. Everyone is amazed in a sec I open my mouth. There is no words to describe how happy I'm now. Thank you very much for the brilliant job.

I recently visited Smile Art Studio Paphos for a routine cleaning and was blown away by the level of care and expertise they provided and ended up doing 3 more aesthetic procedures. My favorite dentist. I’ve had multiple cleanings and fillings here over the years and I’ve always found the quality of service and care to be top notch. Dr Ella is the best! She works so quickly and precisely. The whole team is excellent. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere in the world for a fraction of the price compared to Australia or the USA. My kids have all been here as well and the team is great with kids too.

I was recently in Bali and had teeth whitening and a soft mouth split (they call it a mouth guard) for teeth grinding made, by Sunset Dental. I can absolutely recommend this place for any dental needs. They are an honest company who did a great job. I’m very happy with my results.👏👏👏👏

So where to start... Very friendly, proffesional and cheerful staff greets you at the frontal desk. They will answer all your question,s set up an appointment with the doctor and will assist with everything you need. Then there is the dentist. My doctor was Dr Bawa. I wish to thank Mr. Bawa and his assistant publicly since I HAVE ABSUTELY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE ELSE! Sorry for caps lock but on that I really wanted to get your attention ;) Dr. Bawa did a deep interview on my issue, we did an x-ray, discussed options, we decided on the treatment plan and I was able to make a fully aware choice about my next actions. We have scheduled an appointment for the next day at the reception and this is where the true magic begins: - anaesthetic applied so gently a baby would sleep through it - drilling - never pleasent right? Let me put is this way, it was not unpleasent. Dr took his time and the entire process went smoothly and without any issues. - filling, adjusting & polishing - all up to the highest standard provided so far. I am extremely pleased with the service and I believe that if my previous dentist encounters were always like this I would probably visit one every more often. Highly do recommend

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

I've been visiting this dental clinic since 2018. Not only is it the best dental clinic in Hanoi, it is the best one I've ever been to anywhere. The dentistry is of the highest caliber for incredible prices. Never have I had so much attention to detail and sensitivity from a dentist and staff. They put so much pride into their work, and it shows. I can't wait to return. Who's ever said THAT about a dentist's office!?!?

I had 3 fillings here. Very pristine and clean environment. My dentist was very efficient and professional felt better then New Zealand. Very affordable cheap prices would recommend to all my friends visiting Hanoi. Also they have people who can speak English well explaining everything to you before operating.

Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.
