It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Terrible facilities, the room we paid for without heating, the chair old and hard, the recliner broken... a 29-inch television located almost on the ceiling of the room. Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I just needed a very simple medication before taking a flight back home - had to wait forever to talk to a doctor, who then proceeded to conduct various useless tests and in the end charged four times the European price for the medication. Avoid.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Cano (otorringologa) 7:45 pm. I even showed up early at 7:30 pm as instructed. Last appointment of the day. But surprise the doctor escapes out the back door and leaves me sitting there. A total lack of formality and lack of respect for their patients. What a joke!

The delay in care is terrible. They just give you an appointment. The worst designed parking lot. All the scratched walls of the poor cars and trucks that barely pass. I had a wonderful experience in getting CS delivery for my wife. The room allotted was standard suite and it was up to the mark and clean. I found the staff very friendly and cooperative as well. The hospital services are affordable with excellent quality.

Cheb never again! We came to surgery with heel pain. At first the doctor said that we should wait and after 4 hours he sent us to the emergency room for adults, saying that we had to go there. I visited them twice for the same problem, so I had experience the first time what medication I needed as i had to go 3 tomes just to get the right medicine.the second time I visited I was trying to tell the doctor my experience but he wouldn't listen he kept saying no no, like he knew everything you don't know unless u listen to the patient. I don't recommend this hospital for anyone as my sister also had problems with them when giving birth.

Extremely negative experience with Dr. Anil Kumar Bajaj on Sept 13th. I was informed I had diabetes but the way he treated me was horrible! No empathy or compassion. Not even an understanding tone of speaking. Mocked, belittling attitude. The nurse was witness to the whole thing. You go to a doctor because its supposed to be a safe space but I walked away in between of the appointment. Not a safe space at all. It was terrible
