I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

My patient ID number is 2607859. I have recently visited your hospital in Istanbul. I must say that you have worst and terrible customer service, my treatment experience was so disappointing. I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

Had an appointment through E-Nabiz for Covid vaccination. Apparently they only give this vaccinations of 5 people are waiting. After 1 hour we were with two, so no vaccination. I guess they don't want to open vial since this contains 5 doses. In short, this hospital put money before health!! Avoid when possible.

My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

Beautiful hospital

This hospital prefers earning money rather than customer service and support. The personel is not well educated for patience support. The staff didn't know their mr machine is out of service. After the complain about the hospital communication problem about the mr machine, the receptionist told us the doctor will give you some pain killer, then we went to dr office and get some pain killer prescription.If you are not a doctor dont suggest pain killer.That is unprofessional

If there is anything below 1 star I would give it to them. This is my second visit where I have to take my son to do some simple stiching due to injury in his forehead. Firsr I paid a high amount of money just to see doctor and instead of doing his job stiching the injury. He wanted me to do CT Scan and suggest to arrange an appointement with plastic sergeon and make the thing bigger than it supposed to be! And of course for the sake of making you paying extra amount of alot of money! Anyway left the hospital to went to another devlet hospital where I got all of that done within less than 20 minutes free of charge. Don't let yourself fooled with this hospital. They are only care of charging you alot of money on all levels hospital and even parking. Especially if you are foreigner.

Bad Experience I had an unfortunate experience when I accompanied my boyfriend to the emergency room. Upon our arrival, I couldn't help but notice that the staff at the cashier's desk were engrossed in conversations about their personal lives, as if they were attending a social gathering rather than attending to the needs of the waiting patients, many of whom were feeling unwell. This lack of professionalism was disheartening. Subsequently, we proceeded to the consultation, hoping for a resolution to my boyfriend's health issue. Unfortunately, not only did they fail to address the problem effectively, but they also took an extensive amount of time dealing with the paperwork related to our health insurance. This bureaucratic delay was frustrating, especially considering that my boyfriend was still feeling terrible after over an hour of waiting. To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly presented with a bill amounting to nearly 400 dollars. Given the exorbitant cost, we were disheartened to realize that we still had no concrete diagnosis. The doctor merely provided us with the name of a specialist, leaving us feeling dissatisfied with the level of care provided. It is disheartening to conclude that this hospital seems to prioritize profit over patient well-being.

I visited the emergency room. It was my first time at CIMA. I was seen quickly and received thorough testing and care. All of the staff were kind and patient. They were even kind with my limited Spanish and never made me feel bad for not speaking Spanish well. The ER doctor was especially kind, listened well, and explained his thoughts and reasoning thoroughly. He was also patient when i struggled to remember medical history in the moment. He was easily one of the best doctors I have ever seen. All of the staff was wonderful.

A very 'for profit' hospital driven by income with astronomical price charges and services. There is nothing special about the organization except the exorbitant billing. Customer service agents flood the floor 5>1 patient.

I have been here several times, but today seems to be the time that this hospital's ER is the least prepared. Having passed through covid season peak now the hospital seems not being able to cope with the current influenza surge. The expected waiting time for a clinic evaluation, not considering possible needed exams or medications is of 4 hours! Seems that there is no medical staff at all right now. However the nursing and administrative staff are whatever possible. Hope somehow they can cope better with this seasonal flu...

I was at the Oswaldo Cruz Vergueiro unit on 11/24/23 at 8 pm. The service was for my mother and it was reasonable, however I witnessed the arrival of a girl with an injury to her head. The family in panic with the girl on their lap. The security guard and triage nurse were so quick that I didn't even see where they came from. The medical team was also quick and I saw the stabilized girl being taken to the upper floors. Of all this, what caused surprise was the apathy of the receptionists. They didn't help at all. Not even the family seeing the issue of documents to open the file. Even the nurse on duty was irritated with the receptionists. I went on 11/22/23 at 11pm something (I don't remember the exact time) with a fever of 40 and discomfort throughout the body, with vomiting. To which they answer that they only attend to emergencies. Only guard is from 8am to 9pm. How can it be that a public hospital has guard duty all day and night and this hospital, which is classified as the best, only has guard duty during certain hours. The person who assists me tells me after I complained that I required medical attention that they would attend to me but I would have to wait at least 4 hours, but that it was safer in 5 hours. With terrible abdominal and body pain, I waited 1 hour and a half and left, to which they wanted to charge me for parking and with a card only. I had cash. But at night it is only with the posnet and you charge yourself. I had to go to the Lomas de San Isidro, and upon seeing my condition, they treated me in 30 minutes, where they referred me to a room and made me Urgent studies and analysis. The hospital has excellent doctors. The serious problem that this hospital has is access to medical appointments. A patient has follow-up checks for chronic medication and the SHIFT staff, after several attempts, respond that they do not have appointments for this month and do not know when they will open the agenda for the next one. I go through the application and it doesn't schedule an appointment for that doctor and it tells me to contact me by phone. And as best as you can during your work hours, you keep trying and spend the month with the Same answer 🤷‍♀️ It's an epic to get a turn. And an almost impossible challenge to achieve medical follow-up for treatment. How to solve it 🙏🏻? How many more patients are there in this same situation? A first level hospital has to be able to solve this urgent issue.

Excellent attention from everyone, from the security person at the entrance, to the receptionists as well as the doctors, who are super professional. They treated me quickly and gave me an accurate diagnosis. There were a lot of people in the waiting room, I thought I wasn't going anymore. But the service is fast, since there are many receptionists and many doctors serving at the same time. The building is beautiful, large, clean, with coffee machines (you can pay with MercadoPago) and some things for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good hospital but total inflated prices, they charge so high that they reach above the TOPE of your insurance. For a small one - hour surgery, they charge 7 million CLP

“Urgencia” doesn’t move with much urgency. I’m currently in the waiting room in the respiratory area of the emergency department. My mother in law arrived in bad condition and I saw no sign of triage or prioritization based on symptoms , first come first served. NONE of the alcohol hand dispensers have alcohol, staff aren’t using alcohol gel. Not just in the emergency area but also in the other buildings I passed through. Very surprised by the experience considering the cost and reputation of the hospital. Go to Clinica San Carlos de Apoquindo UC or Clínica Alemán.

I had a severe reaction to a Lyme disease infection contracted in the USA, that manifested itself when I arrived. I was hospitalized at Clinica Los Condes for 3 days. The care was superb. Since Lyme disease does not exist in Chile, the staff coordinated their care for me in coordination with the USA CDC.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. Nearest hospital to Incheon. Came here for emergency. Staff spoke English. Reacted fast and professionally. Never had CAT scans so quickly in my life Needed emergency medical treatment - every step of the way was handled efficiently and concern for patient care. Am an in patient. Medical facilities and rooms are very good. Staff are superb - language is an issue. But Papago helped! When it was critical they found English speakers who could explain the medical terms in English. Very impressed

Don't get fooled by the name "international" since there's nothing international about this hospital nobody speaks any international language Russian German or English and it is super frustrating.

On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.
