After entering the emergency room, they delay people up to 3 hours for a simple injection. The staff meets in the offices to talk on the cell phone and chat; Very few give priority to what is really an EMERGENCY service.

Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. It lasted more than 1 hour being with him. the dirty diaper, but they do see a cell phone in the family member's hands and they run to tell them to put it away, and they use it as if nothing had happened, what a lack of respect.

For 5 consecutive days they make me fast all day waiting for a surgery around 5 pm in a rude way and without any tact that they will not operate on me, if I approach them respectfully they get indignant and respond horribly, I feel imprisoned I have been hospitalized for 12 days for some calculations .

Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

Good doctors, half of the nursing staff are very attentive, and the other half need a customer service course, and there are no insurance personnel on weekends... no one from the insurance takes care of you on Saturdays or Sunday. I do not recommend👎

Tried a lot to give a serial for Dr. Panchayat(pshyciatric) but not found any serial.On the other hand at parkview hospital ,it's easy to give serial for any doctor.

❌ This place must be the worst hospital in Thailand. Many comments want to give minus star , so do I. Hospital is the place for service all patients. But this place bullie and boss around customers like a whole bunch of numbskull. The owner must be very stupid and have the 3rd world attitude. .. Don't know why Thai Government won't shut this crazy place down. So many unhappy customers like this should close it down ASAP. ...

Staff talks like they rule the world there. The reception/registration staff are fine but X-Ray scan and CT-Scan staff are just pure garbage of an attitude. If you don't know what you're doing, get trained, or get out.

This has been an amazing place to get recovered from my unexpected infection. Being from Canada is difficult but their understanding and attention to my healthcare has been very excellent. They helped with keeping my family informed and always had a smile behind the mask to make me feel better. Thanks them very much for the wonderful care 😊 ♥️

We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. Husband on last day in China had a seziure he was taken by ambulance 3 ks away to Puhua hospital. Only waited 15 min as roads were quiet at 6am . The treatment was first class from room staff.. office staff to tests . MRI CT EEG from talking to 2 doctors given medication we were able to get flight home that night . Saying to hotel receptionist ... travel insurance... tourist hospital... English speaking are the main words to relay in any country.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

Good local hospital. Great selection of medical facilities with great doctors. The customer service has improved over the years as has the insurance approval process. Nothing is perfect though, so sometimes there may be issues. Overall a great place when you need medical assistance.

I want to give them a 5 star because as soon as my son was checked by the emergency, nurses and doctors came and admitted him into CCU. They saved my son! Now I know where my donations can go. We can't thank doctors and nurses and all the volunteers and staff enough. Beside their professional knowledge and equipment, everyone wats to make sure parents and siblings are well taken care of. However, the emergency is as busy and not very favorable a unit as all other ones in Canada. At 2:00 am, there was only one nurse doing the reception job and checking patients. She could attend to our son sooner but she was busy with the reception.

I appreciate the hospital's efforts in managing a high volume of patients, and I understand the initial wait time for a bed. However, after securing a bed, there was an additional four-hour wait to see the doctor. While I recognize the challenges, it was disheartening to wait for a medical consultation only to be informed that we were cleared to go home after the doctor's brief checkup. In order to enhance the overall patient experience, I would like to suggest that the hospital consider increasing the number of doctors available, and if possible, encourage doctors to start their checkups a bit earlier. This adjustment could potentially help free up beds more promptly for patients in need of urgent care.

One of the Best Hospital in the world, best patient care, The doctors are very friendly , professional and using advanced methos to detect the problems, I visit this hospital frequently with my nephew for his sickness. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.
