Thank you for taking care of me for about 2 months due to knee surgery. I waited about a year and a half for the surgery to be performed by Dr. K. Fuji, an excellent doctor. Ever since he was broadcast on TV Tokyo's Cambria Palace, he has become a famous doctor among knee patients and is known for his very careful surgeries. I am very satisfied with the results. This hospital also seems to be famous for its rehabilitation department, and I received encouragement both physically and mentally. In particular, Mr. Yada, who works in the rehabilitation room of a general hospital, is very good at the treatment, and there were complimentary comments on Ameblo.

In mid-May of last year, I was admitted to the hospital for a complete removal of breast cancer by a breast surgeon, and I received great care. Although I live in the prefecture, I initially planned to have the surgery performed at a nearby university hospital. but… I couldn't find the doctor in charge, and while I was researching various surgical methods, I realized that the breast surgery at Kameda Hospital was an endoscopic surgery, and most of all, when I asked for a second opinion, the cancer consultation center I decided to have the surgery at this hospital because of the personality of Dr. Fukuma, the nurse in charge of breast surgery and the chief breast surgeon. I am very grateful to Dr. Fukuma and other outpatient nurses at Kamogawa for their help. I had to see Dr. Fukuma several times because the surgery was far away, but even though he was tired from seeing dozens of patients a day from the beginning, he continued to talk to me late into the night in detail about the condition of the disease and the surgical procedure. Even when I was hospitalized, he came to my room until late at night. Thank you for treating me in such a friendly and calm manner when I was really anxious and scared. Even though I didn't know much about cancer, she taught me a lot of things, and even though I wasted a lot of time, the detailed explanations made me feel at ease. I made an unreasonable request to have the first surgery done early in the morning, but I was able to have the surgery done before the doctor's appointment, so I am truly grateful to the doctor. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the doctor perform the surgery because I was under general anesthesia. (lol) The reason I chose Kameda Hospital was not only because of the endoscopic surgery, but also because there were many different doctors there, and I was able to call and talk to the nurses several times before the surgery, which made me feel at ease. It was my first time being hospitalized after getting sick, but the food was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean, swallows, and surfers, which made me feel better after the surgery. In particular, there is a beauty salon in the women's ward, and I felt comfortable in the private rooms that required reservations. I would like to thank Dr. Fukuma, nurse Kawana-san, and Yoshida-san from the consultation center for their help. Cancer requires long treatment even after surgery, and for those who are considering treatment, there are Kameda Hospital in Kamogawa, Makuhari, and Kyobashi in Tokyo, so if you can commute, you may want to consider it...Also, before surgery In addition to MRI, there are excellent tests such as PET-CT. I am really glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. It seems that no one person has the same symptoms of breast cancer, so the surgical method and post-operative treatment will vary depending on the person, and the treatment will last several years, so please choose the hospital that suits you without regrets. I am currently undergoing post-surgical treatment and am indebted to Dr. Nashimoto, who also performed the same surgery on me. Dr. Nashimoto gave me a detailed explanation of the surgery and reconstruction before the surgery, which made me feel at ease. Very nice hospital with top surgeons and friendly nurses. The rooms are nice and some have a swell view of the ocean. There are busses that run from the hospital to various places in Chiba and Tokyo.

AVOID - sat in emergencies waiting room for 7 hours with blood pressure 200/119 without being attended. The receptionists are rude and stated that since the pandemic more people have opted for private healthcare but the hospital won’t employ more staff. I showed my mum one video during the 7 hour wait where the video has literally 4 sentences and the skinny frustrated security guy ironically shouted at me from the other side of the room in front of everyone that no videos are allowed to be played instead of approaching us discreetly in a professional manner. My back is in so much pain from their poor facilities and waiting time that I shall have to book an appointment with the physio this week. I believe that the national health care system hospitals have higher standards than this private hospital. Awful, like someone said in the reviews a few weeks ago, I will go to IMED in Elche in the future. I also saw people who have private healthcare insurance being left until last and people who had to pay upfront were given priority.

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

Nurses were really nice when I had the medical examination (invasive). I was nervous and bit scared but they put me at ease. Doctor also gave me all the answers even when I was half way pass out.

Horrible treatment in the emergency room. Also kept being referred to as “tourist” the doctor discharged me with no report on my X-rays that she didn’t feel the need to review and said my labs look “ok…just go see your doctor soon.” She said she “thinks” I have a viral infection…rest and go buy myself some pain pills. Then proceeded to kick me out of the room I was in because there were other people she had to see. I’ve never dealt with a hospital that shows such blatant disregard for their patients. Where do I even begin? A Disappointing and Negligent Experience at Sheba Medical Center!! I am deeply disappointed by the quality of care and treatment my mother received at Sheba Medical Center. The conditions, the behavior of the staff, and the medical negligence we encountered were nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my experience to raise awareness and hopefully prompt improvements within the hospital, I have also contacted their custumer service WHILE we were at the hospital but there was 0 reaction from them, they just made the nurses and nurse's aid 'apologize' to us after they CURSED AND SWORE at us and that was it. From the moment we arrived at the hospitalization ward, we were met with unsanitary conditions and a complete lack of professionalism. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were severely lacking, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility where the risk of infections should be minimized. The nurses were DROPPING off packs of medications, syringe and plasters all over room. Furthermore, the behavior of the nurses and doctors was consistently rude and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy and compassion towards cancer patient and their families, they demonstrated an alarming level of indifference and even disrespect. This type of attitude only added to the distress and anxiety we were already experiencing. One particularly distressing incident involved the administration of double dosage of medication to my mother. This blatant negligence resulted in a dangerous rise in her creatine levels, placing her at risk of kidney failure. This mistake could have had severe consequences for her health, and it highlights a significant failure in the hospital's medication management protocols. In light of these issues, I strongly urge Sheba to undertake the following measures to address the shortcomings and improve patient care: -Improve overall cleanliness and maintain strict hygiene protocols throughout the facility. -Conduct thorough training programs to foster a more empathetic and compassionate attitude among the staff. -Enhance medication management systems and implement robust safeguards to prevent dosage errors. -Establish a feedback mechanism to actively listen to patients and address their concerns promptly. The only positive experience we had was with our original physician. We are not crazy or problematic as the hospital staff often portrays patients to be there isn't fire without smoke and nobody has so much time to file complaints out of thin air! Do better!!!!!

We brought my mom to A&E and we waited for 6 long hours because the nurses kept telling us that she’d be warded and left us waiting at the waiting area for hours. We were only told that there was no bed available after we kept following up hour by hour. My mom was kept at ASC in the A&E department till the second night and no treatment/scans were done because there was no bed available. Nobody could provide us with any updates on her condition which was really ridiculous. When she finally got warded, we were informed that scans would be done the next day because there were too many patients. By now, she’s already running a fever and unable to walk but we still have no idea what exactly is wrong. What’s really appalling is that the nurses do not seem to show any empathy when we informed them of my mom’s condition. This is really disappointing for what we thought is the best hospital in Singapore.

I am posting this review due to the incompetency and lack of communication in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) feedback department with its staff, Andrea Chen and Serena Chua. I sent them numerous emails including follow-up and they haven't responded back yet. Never ever send feedback to SGH even though their automated message said they would respond back within 2 working days. Don't bother calling or emailing the general hotline or feedback department.They only receive feedback It's up to them when or whether they want to respond to you, You cannot complain against them if they are not doing their job responsibly. There's no higher authority to escalate the matter to, not even the Chief of the hospital .It seems they are not under the hospital's supervision. Ms Andrea's answers were incomplete, and mistakes made were not corrected. Showing impatience and arrogance by remarking that her email would be her final reply and acknowledgement. Ms Serena didn't bother to investigate nor address the specific issues appropriately. Her response was conditional. It was a half-hearted effort. As the Head of the department, certainly she can do better., It's a shame she couldn't do it with sincerity. Terrible long waiting time to get a reply. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Not forthcoming in assisting or resolving issues and to clarify any misunderstandings. Very unprofessional and not responsible at all for a public hospital. The hospital has no intention to make improvement nor reform of it's feedback department. I don't understand how this hospital is so highly rank when they can't even respond to an email.

As a 21 years old patient, Doc WILL NOT take you seriously. My surgery was delayed for 2 years. not just that, after surgery i HAD Postoperative Urinary Retention but the nurse and doc don't believe me. they only believe when my belly is very extended which was caused because i cant urine for almost 24 hours which caused me a lot of pain. Which then they catheterize me. They drained about 2Ls of urine.

Until now, I had only seen average hospitals in rural areas, but the medical technology here is amazing. His uncle is now able to walk along the Sumida River embankment, even though he became ill and was given time to live. As my friend said, it's a wonderful hospital that doesn't waste its know-how or vision.

Terrible hospital. I had an appointement with the Immunology department, because I may have an immune disease. On the day of the appointement, the Immunology department cancelled our appointement and referred me to their Dermatologist, who couldn't help me either. I was told that the Immunology department, who specializes in IMMUNE DESEASES, didn't know what my immune disease was. Imagine not knowing what you work with everyday. The Immunology department is just a massive bunch of incompetent people. They probably slept during their studies, just like the rest of University graduates in Japan.

Came in for an emergency as I broke my leg. They failed to administer any pain killers and insisted I keep moving around between different beds and wheelchairs. The staff kept making jokes and laughing in Japanese, all while I’m in serious pain. The doctors were all young and inexperienced. And it was clear they didn’t want me in the hospital, as I, a foreigner, would be taking up a bed. It was about their convenience, not about treating me. In my entire life, I have never experienced a worst doctor or worst treatment. Telling other doctors, Canadian and Japanese, of what transpired always results in shock. The surgeon at another Tokyo hospital was completely confused at how I didn’t get any care as I developed blisters from necrotizing skin (a major emergency). The doctor at Tokyo University Hospital told other hospitals administrative staff what I had wasn’t an emergency and so I couldn’t see a doctor at other hospitals, even when I said I had increased pain and discomfort. I had to go to a clinic to get a new referral to actually get treated. Even the city help line, which originally told me to go to back to Tokyo University Hospital, changed their mind after speaking with the doctor. This hospital and the sadistic doctor have literally permanently scared me. I was lucky to not lose a leg due to their complete and utter inhumane treatment.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..

I had the most horrible experience in the gynecology department here, my house doctor told me to go to the emergency room and when I got in for my consultation the doctor told me my problem is not an emergency and that there are people who actually need help. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist and she asked me if I have been before and I said no because I was not financially able to ever before and she almost laughed at me and said „no doctors in your country?“ she was clearly bothered by the fact that I asked her if we can speak in English. After she consulted me she said she can’t give me a diagnostic and than gave me a prescription without a diagnostic. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she made fun of me and where I come from, made me feel like I am not worth helping even tho my house doctor did. That woman should not be a doctor of any kind she was horrible!

We were in the children's hospital last night with our 10-week-old daughter and were really excited. Of course it was to wait but that's the way it is now. The doctors and the nurse were super nice and took really good care of our mouse. Our mouse obviously felt good, despite being in a really bad mood. During the examination she made the whole team and us smile and laugh. We felt very well cared for. Thanks!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my seven years living in Taiwan. The nurses and all the staff at the front desk (emergency department) are the worst and very slow!!!! I literally cried in pain because I had an animal stuck in my left ear but they still had a lot to ask about my condition like getting fever, nausea, vomiting, etc.. Even though my boyfriend was with me and said he would help with everything but just please get the animal out., they didn’t care because “that’s the procedure”. Very bad attitude. I just hope this has nothing to do with race or anything.

Adequate facilities for the single ward, with bathroom, refrigerator, desk, sofa, sofa bed, TV, and electric bottle in the room. On the same floor you can find clothe dryer. Overall remained in good condition.

I went to see an OBGYN at NTU because I had been having pelvic pain for about 2 weeks at that point. I'd felt similar discomfort before when I'd had an infection, so that was my best guess. The OBGYN did a very perfunctory pelvic exam and declared it couldn't possibly be an infection or related to the gynecological area because it didn't hurt when he pressed externally on the pelvic area, so I left with no treatment. That night, I had to go to the ER for stabbing pelvic pain and bleeding and was diagnosed with a bad pelvic infection. In summary, would very much recommend Taiwan Adventist Hospital's OBGYNs (called specially to the ER - so thorough, caring, and efficient) over NTU (for gynecology anyway).

I was at the start of a month long vacation and needed an emergency spinal epidural. I met with the neurologist, Dr Chang, who was able to perform the procedure the next day. This was probably the best medical treatment that I have ever had. And the cost was $172 USD. Here in the US, the same thing cost over $2k. I highly recommend this hospital.

Excellent doctors, nurses, and staff. Surely they can find a better way to organize their elevators? They have treated my elders in thoughtful and humane ways. We are grateful.

I did have a motorbike accident with several injuries. They admitted me to the hospital, wehere they carried out the necessary checks, including blood test, including x-ray, including CT scan. To have full picture of my various injuries. Afterwards the surgeons did an excellent job stitching me together, and after operation care was excellent. The nurses are very caring, the stuff is highly professional, the doctor speaks English, and if there is a communication problem, Google translate is always of a great help. They ensured a perfect hospital experience, despite my accident in a hospital, which has to be highly recommended due to its professional staff, including administration, nurses and doctors. Great job done!

Thank you very much to the excellent Dr Tran Quoc Khanh, nurses and staff. I really appreciate the ‘honest’ and efficient care that I received today. I came in for a last-minute general health check report (to support a work permit application to another country). All simple tests including urine and blood tests were comfortably completed in one afternoon. Cost was around 2.5million which is a very reasonable fee given the quality standard of service. Hospital is nice and clean and overall in good condition. International section is on 4th floor of Block C. Very easy to get to from the road entrance.

Customer service very bad. Don't want to even try and contact the insurance even if you have full international coverage. Procedures urgently need a review.

The hospital has clean space and rooms, modern and fairly new facilities, and quite enthusiastic staff. The dishes in the hospital meals are delicious and delicious, my mother complimented me after eating them (3 meals/day are included in the hospital room fee). But the wifi in the room is weak and not prepared for patients with pillows and blankets, so it is a bit lacking in this regard. Hopefully the hospital will improve so that patients and relatives can be comfortable and worthy of the money spent.

It's not an international hospital, as they are trying to make it look like. They don't provide translation service. And their administration are laggy and corrupted, just trying to make people move round and round without giving an actual response, especially any case regarding English. The quality of room is acceptable in comparison to price, but the services are not that good.

I am a person who is quite sensitive to hospitals because of spiritual factors. But when I come here I feel comfortable (good energy field). Surprisingly, the leaders of this side focus on finding treatment solutions for customers to prevent diseases with advanced technology instead of focusing on business to make a profit or cure. Focusing on helping customers prevent illness is a place I think few places do. So satisfied Not to mention the visibility is also very far, so there are diverse examination areas or treatment functions suitable to the needs of customers. My family also experienced medical examination and treatment at the hospital here. Service is okay. Delicious food. The space is clean and airy. Regarding price, I have a life guarantee so it doesn't cost money. Basically, when you come here, there are enough services for both patients and caregivers. No need to worry about going out. If you come here, go in the direction the rocket is pointing, don't take the road according to Google, it will be a bit flooded. In the near future, there will also be apartments and a medical school here. There's also aeomall next door for convenient shopping for what you need.

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

I had a fantastic experience at Asiri Hospital! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. Additionally, their easy-to-access services made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Asiri Hospital for anyone seeking quality care in a pleasant setting.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

Lanka hospitals offers the latest medical technology. There are good doctors and spacious waiting areas. However, the reception staff, counter staff at the OPD's aren't cordial at all. I was sitting there with my father for almost an hour before another patient told us that we have to get our eyes checked before we go to the doctor, There were no instructions to do so on entrance, nor did the OPD 2 staff enquire, till I went and checked it out. I thought that it was very inconsiderate. The canteen was okay with two food outlets- one serving average food at a very affordable price where as the other took orders.

Utterly disappointed about the behavior of the staff,so unwelcoming and not courteous to come forward and provide service to their customers, I guess the government hospitals have a better service than this hospital. Basically the customers should walk over to the staff and inquire things to detail and they simply make themselves feel at home attending to their very own discussions and etc. customer service is pathetic!! I’m surprised as to how this hospital operates at this rate with an underrated staff with a negative attitude. I’d never chose this hospital over any other,even in an emergency.

Good caring and nice hospitality. Cool and Clean environment. Friendly environment for discussing with doctors and nurses. But you need to wait more than 2 hrs after discharging for finalizing the bill. Also you should double check the bill since it is not reliable. Specially for room charges.

ZERO STAR RATING TO THE WORST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I want to share my concerns about the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), which, despite being the primary government hospital, has some serious issues with its healthcare system. My experiences at NHSL have been quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to bring these matters to everyone's attention. The problems I faced include unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and a lack of empathy from the hospital staff. A significant challenge I observed is the exhaustion of patients due to what seems like a lack of attention and care from the hospital staff. It's disheartening to see patients, already vulnerable, feeling more tired and discouraged by the system meant to provide them with medical support. I also want to express my concern about reported racial bias by some staff members. A healthcare environment should be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. Such behavior goes against medical ethics and can severely impact the well-being of patients. This on one of the worst and pathetic health systems in the world. The health system we encountered was really sad. It had a lot of problems and things that didn't work well. My mom needed to get an MRI scan, which is an important medical test. But we were told that the scan had to be delayed for a whole month because they didn't have enough ink. We felt very frustrated and disappointed...After waiting for a long time, we finally got instructions to go to the hospital at 8 AM on a certain day. We followed the instructions and arrived even earlier at 7:30 AM. But little did we know that this was just the beginning of a difficult and emotionally draining experience...We were taken to a room where we spent the whole day, waiting anxiously for my mom's turn for the scan. As time went by, I gathered up the courage to ask about the delay many times. Each time, they promised it would only be another hour and told us not to eat anything...The staff didn't show any understanding or kindness towards us. They didn't take our concerns seriously, which made us even more upset. The hours passed by and it started getting late, but there was no progress or communication from them...My mom, who is 61 years old, sat there patiently without eating anything since morning. She looked tired and weak because of it. It hurt me deeply to see her suffer like that... To be honest, I can't recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help. But people like us who don't have much money don't have other options or resources to go somewhere else for better care. Private hospitals are too expensive for us...This experience has left a lasting impact on me - it reminds me how broken and inadequate our healthcare system can be for people who are less fortunate. I really hope that one day no one will have to go through such difficult times when they need important medical services.

The doctors and especially the nurses in the hospital are useless. These nurses are often engaged in social media outside the ward and often only one or two nurses stay in the ward and surf social media on smart phones. Even if a patient cries out that it is difficult, they are not looked after. They don't even check if the patients are breathing, and while giving the medicine, they pour water into the mouth of a patient and put a pill and leave without even looking to see if the medicine has been swallowed or swallowed. At least they did not say whether the patient was discharged and nurses says that they were discharged only if the patient's guardians forced them to ask. Hygiene of patients is not looked after.
