I recently had an exceptional experience at Signature Advanced Specialty Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The doctors displayed a high level of expertise and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, putting me at ease. As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

In March 2023, stay in the room at Jaime da Forte hospital for 5 days. Note thousand. All very good. From the cleanliness, the nurses, tasty food, for both patients and companions, the nurses score 1000. Thankful for everything.

Hospital and team of muquiranas, they are truly starving. My wife was starving from 4 pm until 8 pm, due to mistakes made by the planting team. There is a very arrogant and arrogant nurse there.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Night nurse Robson, totally unprepared, passed, my wife underwent a procedure in this hospital and was very poorly treated by this professional, even he and nurse Renata were just making fun and laughing at my wife. Total disregard. I would never recommend this rubbish.

My son was treated here for a fractured arm. Dr Burstev did an incredible job both with the surgery and immaculately neat stitches, as with the care and attention given during follow-up appointments. Nurses and other staff also showed great attention and we really couldn't ask for more. Grateful.

the inpatient experience was wonderful, the doctor is very professional, and nice to us, the service was great, the food was amazing, and we feel that everyone took good care of us. we had such a experience in this Foshan hospital, and highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

8th floor and recommended CT Scan services : Clean and well equipped treatment room and facility, prompt and friendly and well trainee nurses, in time doctor visits, excellent housekeeping ; food services can be more quick on providing utensils for guest use. First timer in the house! Overall enjoyed my stay here. The hospital is clean, staffs are very pleasant, the doctors made excellent diagnosis and special shoutout to the nurses on 6th and 9th floor for making my sick stay here as amazing as it can get! Your attentiveness and soothing voices really helps me thru some rough times here. Thank you! ❤️ Oh! And the food selections in the room are really good too, always go for the Japanese food. Super-delayed patient care, I don't want to imagine where a calamity happens and more than 30 people arrive, they will die here, I have a pain in my stomach since 4 in the morning, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it's 6:00 pm and they don't attend to me, I have to writhe in pain to be attended to.

God bless every health worker in this hospital, those in surveillance, those in cleaning, those in the nutrition department, and especially the ophthalmological doctors, the retinologist, and resident doctors, and Yenny at the reception. And social work. Excellent service, in care and procedures, hospital, and control. Thank you very much for the great service you provided us on the two occasions we came. Thanks to the timely intervention they gave my mom, she is doing very well. We didn't do well in the children's cardio, nor in the clinic at the national university. Bad bad. The treatment is derogatory towards low-income people. If you want to receive good treatment, dress well and show that you are of good economic standing. And if the patients are "eps" things get worse.

Very poor attention from the staff in addition to giving the wrong diagnosis, worrying patients about illnesses that are not the case. I have had a very bad experience at this hospital.

The emergency service is relatively good, although they lack a lot of cleanliness in the waiting room, in the hallways and especially in the bathrooms of all emergency facilities, billing is too slow but I rate the medical laboratory and nursing service as efficient and professional.

Bad service, I've been trying to get in touch for two days to request an appointment but no one responds, they just listen to a recording. Please gentlemen, more human quality and user service. Do not enter phone numbers if they are never going to answer. I am at the hospital waiting to make an appointment, but the person attending has preference with friends. It's been an hour and it has only served 3 people with assigned shifts. It's a shame that the tension is under democracy

From the first minute of your stay, there is no trust that they are helping you! All they need is to get into your wallet! The chiropractor on the next street is more helpful than this staff! A broken finger, they just bandaged it and let it go barefoot!! Without providing shoe covers! They don't have shoe covers!!! For the entrance-70man Doctor's examination-50man X-ray (although I gave them a snapshot of the fracture) -50 man 170 man for what ??? For bandaging ??? For such medical service?? 😡😡😡💔

Highly skilled and professional doctors and staff . They are very approachable. Hospital premises are well maintained. Seamless internal procedures help to avoid delays. The insurance department and billing section is very helpful in expediting the process . Would like to make a special mention of Samad Shaikh from insurance department for excellent service making the billing process hassle free for us.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.
