My son was born at this hospital. I had to have an emergency c section at 4am. The team was absolutely incredible! I am 5 weeks postpartum & my scar is almost invisible. I was up walking 3 hours after the surgery. I am so blessed ! I was so scared going into the operating room. The delivery staff made sure I was 100% comfortable. My son is healthy and a happy a baby. Thank you to the delivery staff , delivery nurses, recovery nurses and postpartum nurses.

0 stars … sat in the waiting room for 7 hours without being seen.. I rather go home and take my chances with dying… as long as they made me wait. May God be with me because the ER sure isn’t. Ridiculous and there are people ahead of me that have waited 10 hours or longer. No one has checked in me the 7 hours I sat out here and I feel horrible I just hope I am okay. But I don’t feel that my health is of priority at hillcrest .. I’ll hold off and hope that urgent care can help me in the AM :( I am very disappointed , i never sat in a ER waiting room this long in my entire life. The staff clearly sucks.

If I could give this hospital a 0 I would. The nursing care here on the 4th floor so far has been awful for my daughter. Just basic care and concern for patients would be appreciated. Hoping the night crew is better. The nurses are all out at the desk laughing it up and sharing their phone pics. No that I care about that but shouldn’t the patients come first? I’m afraid to leave my adult daughter here and go home because I’m not sure they will even check on her. Seriously. There are 2 people in this room. The patient next to my daughter hasn’t moved in the 3 hours we’ve been in here and no one has checked on her either. I asked for a pillow multiple times and they keep saying they’ll bring it but no one does. It’s not like I’m asking for an extra pillow. She has NO pillow. She needs her arm(that she had surgery on) elevated and I used a blanket. Really? I had to put a blanket behind her head. Thank goodness there are plenty of those on this desk by her bed. A stack of probably 8 blankets for some reason. Very disappointed Cleveland Clinic.
