We had a bad impression of the emergency room regarding the service provided by the technicians, the delay in carrying out the examination and hospitalization. We arrived with my aunt, wheelchair user, 83 years old and hemorrhaging at 3:00 pm and we only performed a tomography, requested, at 8:00 pm and was admitted at 10:15 am. She was left with the same clothes and sheets that came from the emergency room, I asked that they at least change her diaper, as she had been wearing the same one since 5pm and all I heard from the nurse was that the team would go to the room to change and tidy up. In the end, it was only changed and the bed made up after changing shifts when the nurse went to report and was startled by the situation. Also that same night, 24 to 25, I asked for a blanket, as she was very cold and the answer was that the truck with clean clothes hadn't arrived yet. The technician arrived with the blanket at 4:40 am. It doesn't even look like a hospital accredited by the ONA and needs a lot, a lot of training, review of processes and care. As for the doctors, they are excellent and gave us all the attention and information about what they were doing and the patient's real situation. They made an excellent evaluation within their specialties. Another negative point is that there was no proctologist to carry out the assessment (since in the end the possibility of bleeding would be hemorrhoids) and today when I called her doctor he told me that there are excellent proctologists at Apart. In the end, the hospital that they say is a reference in Vitória was a disappointment.

The worst hospital in Espirito Santo is this one, if you can, look for another one. I don't know a single person who received good care here. The emergency room doctor is a ninja, no one sees it, the technicians and nurses in the emergency room are chatting and talking loudly, I asked for help twice because my father's catheter had come out of place and they took a long time to come, ill will is what this team's dilemma. Not only in the emergency room but also in the inpatient rooms, medication schedules are delayed because the technician doesn't show up at the right time. Nobody offers help, empathy goes a long way, if you need something you'll have to ask 4 times. I tried to talk to a nurse and had to call him 3 times, he was literally less than 2 meters away from me, he looked at me thinking it was still bad , I'm not lying. Once I pressed the panic button because I needed help and no one came, I had to chase someone through the hospital corridors. If you hate someone you can send them to this hospital, unfortunately my father started treatment here and that's why we need to stay but if I could I would never set foot in this place again where there are only people with bad will, they should look for another area to work.

I think this hospital is great, I had 2 surgery there. I am from United States. The Dr used was Dr luis Eduardo Barbosa. His staff was excellent. The front desk at check in very professional. Then I was brought to a room to change and then to the OR. woke up in recovery and was feed food and released in the morning. Parking was easy. Hospital was clean, looked up to date. Excellent experience there.
