Failed to admit me, despite my being covered by my international insurance. It seems they are pricey for walk-ins, and the experience is not exactly awesome. I went over to Hospital Beneficiencia Portuguesa for a way faster, cheaper, more attentive care. Recommend you do the same.

Very good hospital!! From parking, reception and emergency room service. Polite and willing people to help and practice their profession well. My father was in the ICU surrounded by a multidisciplinary team who welcomed him very well. Everything clean and organized. It wasn't difficult to talk to the doctors, as they were there when they visited the ICU and then in the room. Dr. Giaseni (sorry if I got the name wrong, cardio), Adriana, psychologist (I suggest she explain it to the companions in the auditorium, she is great)., Gildazio, Bruna, Rodrigo, Fernanda (proactive nurse on the 6th floor), Adriana (a nurse affectionate and very professional on the 6th floor), Dr Flávia and Dr Luiz Fernando among other names that I did not identify. They were precious, attentive and precise. May you continue your missions and be rewarded accordingly. My father left and will continue his appointments with a neurologist at the hospital.
I hope that the hospital preserves this organizational climate and focus on the well-being of those who seek health and human comfort there.

I arrived at the unit reporting my symptoms to a doctor who didn't even touch me or look at my face. He told me to do tests and take a lot of medicine, after waiting for 1 hour, the person who came back with me was another doctor, who didn't introduce himself and arrived saying that my tests didn't show anything and that he would give me medicine for the pain. He redid all the questions because he arrived talking about a symptom that only appeared today and he didn't know anything about what I was feeling, he clearly didn't bother to read my file. He said he could ask me for more tests and that it would take a long time, with a tone of voice and an expression that said he didn't really want to give me the tests. Because of this, I said I preferred not to do it, he left and returned with a prescription containing medicines that I had already taken and I reported to the first doctor that they had no effect and focused on a single symptom that was not my main complaint. When I said that he PULLED the prescription out of my hand and said he wasn't going to give me anything then and that he was going to give me a bunch of tests and I should wait a long time, all of this in an aggressive way. I left as quickly as possible after more than 1 hour of wasting my time being treated like trash.
The nursing team is incredible, extremely competent and professional people, they treated me in the best way and work with the quality and rigor that we expect from an institution like this. However, due to the attitude of the medical team, I intend to never set foot in that place again.

The hospital is good, but in my opinion it can improve more. There are doctors and others not so nice and thoughtful. The reception is good, some people (receptionists) are polite, friendly ... The same in relation to the security guards. There should be more integration, communication among the coworkers. As I told you it could be better, even in its standard procedure, being more effective,

It is very difficult to schedule an exam, whether by phone call (it dropped 5 times in the same morning), WhatsApp (you wait more than 40 minutes for an interaction with an attendant and if it takes less than 5 minutes to respond the service is terminated) or even via the app . I hope they observe the message, consider it, and try to at least adjust the messaging service.

I leave on record my dissatisfaction with Dr. Flavia Salgado's attendant who called the normal password first, as I am 70 years old, I was the first to arrive, I got priority password 1 and was the second to be consulted. Do you know what priority is? This occurred on November 23, 2023. This attendant could undergo retraining.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've called to cancel an appointment and I've been on the line until the call hangs up. I think it's absurd why the professional will be there waiting while he can bring in another patient. Today I was rude to the attendant so she could cancel the appointment.
Reason for cancellation flu and fever.

Through this review, I would like to thank the wonderful team that took care of my son during his 7 days in hospital. Among the entire team, I would like to praise the work of Dr Maria Adelaide, Dr Ana hematologist, Dr Tamara and the team of nurses, especially Gabriel (who became friends with my Flamengo fan son) and technician Leila, a unique human being and full of empathy. Having a child in hospital is one of the worst things in a family's life, but know that you, in addition to your competence, helped us get through these days by welcoming and comforting us. Thank you for everything, we will never forget you.

I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor
Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

Considered top level. The prompt service leaves a lot to be desired. I passed on 25/Nov/23. In pain, the medical team only did a urine test. When the doctor came to talk, she had to consult a urologist with my request for medication, as I was in pain. In short, an US or CT scan would solve the problem and be accurate. But I had to go to another hospital to find out. BP Mirante for emergency care is too weak.

IS A PREMIUM?!?! JOKE!!
Yesterday I was in the ER and I was outraged by the lack of structure and commitment to the patient.
Only 1 attendant to open a form, 1 person doing the triage, 2 doctors attending all Emergency Rooms, patients being placed in common chairs to be medicated, only 1 nursing assistant to apply all the patients' medications and mismatched information.
I thought that the fact that Mirante has premium service would never be served in this way.
The doctor who attended to me prescribed the same medications I was taking at home, did he think I liked going to the ER for a walk?
While I was in the medication room, I asked the person responsible for the PS, and nurse Bruna came to assist me.
I informed him what was happening and he immediately took action. He transferred my care to a surgeon to analyze me, transferred me to a private place to receive the new prescribed medications, in short, he did everything possible to make my impression change.
The problem is that I wouldn't have needed to complain to receive the service that should have been offered.
I was extremely disappointed with BP Mirante, as it was not what I expected for this service.

Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

Our treatment with Alvorada was good up to a certain point, Doctors were cordial and treatment was decent.
Our problem starts with some of the Administration staff that failed to inform us of the costs, and a Week after my partners X-ray exams the hospital decides to charge us extra, failing to properly explain the reason for the extra charges. It was also disappointing the lack of instruction from the admnistrative team, I felt like all it was needed from them was collecting the "payment".
I understand hospital is a Business, but I still feel disappointed that my Mother was charged extra instead of my Partner and I - Let alone the charge came a week late with little explanation. We felt scammed

I think this hospital is great, I had 2 surgery there. I am from United States. The Dr used was Dr luis Eduardo Barbosa. His staff was excellent. The front desk at check in very professional. Then I was brought to a room to change and then to the OR. woke up in recovery and was feed food and released in the morning. Parking was easy.
Hospital was clean, looked up to date. Excellent experience there.

The worst hospital in Espirito Santo is this one, if you can, look for another one. I don't know a single person who received good care here. The emergency room doctor is a ninja, no one sees it, the technicians and nurses in the emergency room are chatting and talking loudly, I asked for help twice because my father's catheter had come out of place and they took a long time to come, ill will is what this team's dilemma. Not only in the emergency room but also in the inpatient rooms, medication schedules are delayed because the technician doesn't show up at the right time. Nobody offers help, empathy goes a long way, if you need something you'll have to ask 4 times. I tried to talk to a nurse and had to call him 3 times, he was literally less than 2 meters away from me, he looked at me thinking it was still bad , I'm not lying. Once I pressed the panic button because I needed help and no one came, I had to chase someone through the hospital corridors. If you hate someone you can send them to this hospital, unfortunately my father started treatment here and that's why we need to stay but if I could I would never set foot in this place again where there are only people with bad will, they should look for another area to work.

This hospital is becoming a reference in terrible service.
My 89-year-old mother-in-law arrived at 3:30 pm at the emergency room and had to wait 2 hours to be seen.
After medical evaluation, she was sent for tests.
It's been 3 hours and the doctor still hasn't done the assessment.

Terrible phone service. It took me more than 45 minutes for the first person to speak on the phone, adding up to more than 5 calls (as several dropped) and a lot of time listening to "little music". Whatsapp service is also non-existent. It is very difficult to have information about recovering patients, regrettable.

Lack of empathy with patients on the part of reception. We arrived at 4pm, as my husband had a procedure scheduled for 6pm, and according to the instructions received in advance via WhatsApp, we would have to be at the hospital 2 hours before the time given by the doctor to carry out the administrative procedures, the time being documented by the surgeon at 6pm. An attendant asked to wait, as they would call by name. At 6:05 pm we went to question the delay in being seen, and were informed that the surgery was scheduled for 9 pm and that it was not a priority. Therefore, my first experience at the hospital was unpleasant until they showed no interest or concern for the time we were waiting. I cannot direct the complaint to the attendant in question as they do not have identification on their uniform.

Terrible service. Completely disorganized, does care at all about their patients. I was begging them for help in resolving a billing issue and every department just ignored me. Do not go to this hospital.
I went to this hospital to get an outpatient procedure done which required that I have an attendant with me. The hospital organized for an attendant to be provided, at a fee, from an outside company. On the day of the procedure I was brought to the billing department by member of their "concierge" team, Fernanda. They have an international "concierge" service which basically provides translators so that you can navigate the hospital if your Portugues is not great. At the billing office I was presented with a bill for the cost of the procedure. I agreed to pay it and was then given a credit card machine to make the payment. When the machine arrived, the amount they were requesting was higher than the quoted amount. When I asked Fernanda, she explained that the additional amount was for the cost of the attendant. I paid the invoice and was only provided with a little slip of paper that showed the amount that I had paid. It didn't say what services I had paid for, just that I had paid a certain amount. I then went and got the procedure done. I was put-under, so I don't know how the actual medical procedure went, but from what I saw before I went under, the medical professionals seemed like they were doing a good job. After the procedure was finished, I was brought to the payment office and presented with a new bill. The bill included the additional cost of part of the procedure, the cost to have a biopsy analyzed and the cost of the attendant (which I already paid for). For the next 3 weeks I was going back and forth with the International department, the complaints department and the billing department, trying to get them to acknowledge the fact that I had already paid for the attendant. No one from any of those departments did a single thing to try to help me. Each department passed me off to another department. The complaints department didn't even reply to my complaint. I had to call them up weeks after I had filed a complaint and they were fully aware of the situation, but didn't have enough respect to let me know that they were working on my case or bother to email or call me to help get it resolved. Neither did the International department. When I asked them to help me resolve the issue they just said "this is not my department, I don't know anything about billing" even though FERNANDA was there and was the one that explained to me that I was paying for the the price of the attendant. The billing department just kept sending me the same invoice over and over again and never acknowledging that I had paid for the attendant. It was only when I finally decided to go to the hospital and pay the bill that anything got done. I had to physically go to the International department and demand that they resolve the issue that instant. I spent another 2 hours going to different departments with the "concierge" lady, getting into arguments and explaining over and over what had happened. It was only then, that they acknowledged that the woman who processed my payment allocated the entire amount to the cost of the procedure, which was why this bill for the attendant was still outstanding. At my insistence they finally removed the charge and I was able to pay the invoice. If you go to a Brazilain Hospital, make sure that you get an itemized invoice for every single payment that you make. A little slip of paper with the amount on it is not enough. They will change the amount that you owe them and you have no proof of what you have already paid for. At the end of the day, I probably wasted about 4-5 hours of my time writing emails, sending messages on Whatsapp and arguing with the staff at the hospital. Not to mention all of the frustration it caused. This could have been resolved after 1 email, had anyone at the hospital taken ownership of the problem and been accountable. DO NOT GO HERE - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

I had surgery with DR Cláudio Kawasaki on my knee at the hospital, I was hospitalized for one night, the food at dinner and snacks were excellent, but not the same as the attention given by the girls and boys, nursing technicians and nurses, super attentive and patient surreal, even with a lot of pain they did everything they could to minimize it and give it all their attention.
I recommend it 100%

Excellent physical structure, reception service, wonderful attentive and human nursing team, in the cafeteria in the afternoon the attendant was very polite, calm, super human, I watched and she even knows who the patients are.

A butcher shop. Hospital with few resources and poor service. I was there yesterday, 11/22/2023, with my 88-year-old mother. 8 hours to diagnose intestinal infection. If it were a matter of life or death, I certainly wouldn't have my mother here today. Clumsy and messy team. Exams out of order. I was waiting for the CT scan and needed the results of the blood test to do the exam, as I hadn't even done the blood test. 1 hour and a half later, they claimed they forgot the blood test... I went to complain to reception and was informed that there was no person responsible at the hospital... I said I would call the police for medical negligence and they said it didn't make any difference, because There is no person in charge on site. I may be dying, but I'll never go back there again. Terrible professionals, service and resources. Not to mention cleaning

Terrible PS service! My husband had kidney pain and went into the emergency room and had to walk all the way around to reception. By the time he got there, he lost his password and had to get another one, which caused the nurses to get confused. After suffering for a long time, he took the medication and received an answer early in the morning from the doctor that he would have to operate the next day. That's because we arrived at around 8:00 pm. The next day he couldn't operate because the plan didn't allow it (incompetence of the hospital team. Should they have said beforehand that the stone wasn't the size needed to operate in which case he would have had to try to expel it with medication, could it have been a medical error? I don't know ) that's why I DO NOT recommend this hospital to anyone, run away!!!! Terrible service, crowded, horrible!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon everybody.
My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones.
We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone.
But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others.
I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly.
Congratulations to the hospital, which recognizes its team and always values the people who work there.
I also mention the cleanliness of the hospital and the rooms, which are cleaned constantly.
My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued.
I noticed that all medications, all procedures that were performed, were calmly explained to her, eye to eye, realizing whether she was understanding or not.
Thank you all very much, may God bless you always.

Terrible in terms of hospitalization... I arrived at the hospital with my daughter with blood in her stool... I was well looked after in the ER and, after carrying out the tests, the doctor informed me that hospitalization would be necessary. We were directed to the infirmary and here I have been ever since. I was admitted to the hospital on 11/27/23 at 7:58 pm.
I signed the authorization for hospitalization on 11/28/23 at 01:48 and now it is 15:50 on 11/28/23 and we are still here in the infirmary...
They should warn you before admitting you about all this! A lack of respect. My daughter has been on a stretcher for 14 hours and I was sitting in a chair for hours and after a lot of complaining, they put an armchair...

I took my 11-month-old baby to the hospital this Friday (13/10) and when we were opening the file she had a seizure, the reception immediately helped me and ran towards the emergency room! It was the first time this type of situation had happened, during these 11 months of life my daughter never needed to go to the hospital. We were desperate and the nursing team and Dr. Amanda were extremely quick to care for my baby. She did the tests, even though the fever fluctuated, they discharged us and we returned home. I gave my baby a bath to relieve her fever, when we left the hospital she had already taken medication, however, around 3:00 am the fever started to return and every 15 minutes I checked and it only increased. We gave the recommended medicine, waited a while and the fever didn't go down. As she had this seizure, the nursing team instructed us to always remain under observation when she has a fever, anticipate baths and take medication when she is already 38.2.
We made all the recommendations and even so the fever did not go away, so we decided to return to the hospital, because in the hospital we know that anything that happens is there. She's my first daughter, I can't imagine if she had a seizure at home or going to the hospital, thank God, it was when we were there and we received all the support from Dr. Amanda and nursing.
We returned at 03:45/4:00 and the doctor changed, Dr. Tânia Mara Morelli was EXTREMELY THICK!!! Her first word was, why are you back? We can not do anything! Well, if we went back it was because we were afraid my daughter would have a seizure again! We calmly talked about what happened, that we were there at around 8pm, she did all the tests, we said that we medicated with baby dipyrone and she said THROW IT OUT! Guys, seriously, why have a professional like that caring for distressed parents? Lol, because if we're in a hospital it's because we need help, we don't have medical degrees! We hated her service, she was extremely rude, she said there was nothing to do, that we should stay at home, what were we doing there… anyway! Terrible!!!!

DON’T HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS PLACE😡😡
Worst experience possible, we signed a maternity plan at this unit, everything was wonderful when presented, I thought it would be a good place for my wife and daughter.
My wife went into labor so we went to the hospital. Arriving at the location, my wife went to the service.
There was no room available, so we did the whole process by pushing our bags around the hospital.
I asked the receptionist who informed me that this is quite common at the place, as it happens every day and so I asked someone from management (both rude) and said that I would only have a room around 9 am and at that time it was around midnight. night and a half.
Of course it didn't happen, he only got to the room around 2:30 pm.
In short, my wife had our daughter, I continued through the hospital pushing suitcases, all of this was nothing close to what my wife went through.
THEY SIMPLY LEFT MY WIFE FOR 5 HOURS IN THE RECOVERY ROOM ALONE WITH THE BABY AFTER A RACHI BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ROOM
I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD HER CRYING TELLING ME
Several women passed through the recovery room and went to their rooms, and they remained there with no one to help.
We arrived at our room after much insistence and were poorly attended to by the staff while my wife went through what she went through.
INHUMANE HOSPITAL WITH TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
NOTE: Nurse GABI was incredible in providing care at all times
In other words, look for another place for such an incredible moment in life.
