I highly recommend this dentist! My journey for better teeth started last year. Implants for the top row and veneers on the bottom row. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process and went back for my 1st check up (scans) a few weeks ago Oct 23. Again even for the short visit I felt like a valued customer (I paid nothing to them for this visit) and was listened to any problems I had (broke my teeth guard, so they worked on "the bite" more and printed more guards). The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

Recently visited Paphos on holiday and whilst there I visited Paphos Smile Art studio, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly dental nurse and seen by DR STAVROS KELOGRIGORIS. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was able to to save one of my front teeth that I was previously told in the UK that I needed an implant, so you can Imagine my relief and I also had three replacement crowns. This was all done in 3 visits and at a fraction of the cost in the UK. When I return again I would definitely book in for further treatment, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Very impressed

If I could I would give them 10*. I had a full mouth rehabilitation. From the first time I stepped into the surgery I felt calm and relaxed. Evi and Dr Stavros are 2 amazing people. Never made me feel pushed or hurry even we had 1-2 challenging treatment. Dr Stavros love music and singing what I find calming and funny.Its definitely helped me to release the fears. I recently visited Smile Art Studio Paphos for a routine cleaning and was blown away by the level of care and expertise they provided and ended up doing 3 more aesthetic procedures. They will answer all your question,s set up an appointment with the doctor and will assist with everything you need. Then there is the dentist. My doctor was Dr Bawa. I wish to thank Mr. Bawa and his assistant publicly since I HAVE ABSUTELY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE ELSE! Sorry for caps lock but on that I really wanted to get your attention ;) Dr. Bawa did a deep interview on my issue, we did an x-ray, discussed options, we decided on the treatment plan and I was able to make a fully aware choice about my next actions. We have scheduled an appointment for the next day at the reception and this is where the true magic begins: - anaesthetic applied so gently a baby would sleep through it - drilling - never pleasent right? Let me put is this way, it was not unpleasent. Dr took his time and the entire process went smoothly and without any issues. - filling, adjusting & polishing - all up to the highest standard provided so far. I am extremely pleased with the service and I believe that if my previous dentist encounters were always like this I would probably visit one every more often. Highly do recommend

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

Seldom write reviews but I arrived in Vietnam and needed an emergency visit to the dental clinic. Found East Rose via Google and omg, they're the best! Consultation and check up was free, and they only charge you for medication if required. By the end, the dentist said it was a simple issue and to go home and do saltwater gargles and that's it. They didn't push any unnecessary products or services AT ALL. Totally trustworthy and both the doctor and staff speaks English. The person who helped me book the appointment did so late last evening as well, past office hours. So glad I found them. I feel relieved after the check up.

I had a new crown, on woe begotten, front tooth, 2 months ago in Sydney, were not heading back for at 6 months, so when i snapped it, i was in panic stations, my wife found this clinic via forensic examination, of reviews on google, and we couldn't be happier. Dr Thuy responded to a Wednesday evening email, and we were picked up, and underway, on Thursday morning, all done in 2 weeks. Dr Phat did the crowns, and i/we are very very happy with the result - my smile is the best it has ever been.

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. The dentist is quite professional but the nurse and cashier are super numb or lazy-looking. I came in today but I didn’t get any warm welcome. The nurse and cashier look ignorant. They don’t serve customer like other dental clinics I have gone. In conclusion: - dentist skill : acceptable and effective - service : aweful - price. : more expensive than other clinics I have been before!

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.
