Clínica del Prado looks nice from first glance, but once they take the mother into the maturity ward it becomes a concentration camp for pregnant women. They torture and torment mothers, denying humane care the entire process. They bounded the hands and feet of my wife during delivery, while the nurses were laughing and joking to each other how worried the father (me) was outside I’m the waiting room for 13 hours. Our son also suffered and barely made it. Thank god he is now okay. 4 babies died that night at Clínica del Prado. Let that thought sink in.

Terrible service, absurd delay at reception of more than 40 minutes. Unprepared employees with no information on service protocols. Both for scheduling by phone and in person. I scheduled an MRI and confirmed the information before making the call and when I arrived to be seen on the second attempt (as the first time I was unable to be seen because the exam was 2 hours late) the attendant gave me completely different information, stating that I would need to change the order on behalf of the council, and I confirmed it with the telephone attendant twice regarding the council. Anyway, on top of that, I agreed to take the exam because I was urgently required, but it was 1h30 late, which ended up being a little longer. I think this hospital is great, I had 2 surgery there. I am from United States. The Dr used was Dr luis Eduardo Barbosa. His staff was excellent. The front desk at check in very professional. Then I was brought to a room to change and then to the OR. woke up in recovery and was feed food and released in the morning. Parking was easy. Hospital was clean, looked up to date. Excellent experience there.

Worst ER I have seen, the nurses show zero compassion, waiting time is endless, no proper process for taking patients in is in place, not clean, every time I go there’s blood on the floor which is not cleaned right away. People are left to die, some bleeding some in pain & no one cares. Twice now that I go & I wait hours even before I make it to Triage to get my information taken & i end up leaving.

I was delighted with the treatment I got at Joe Brant last Wednesday, the 18th of October. I arrived around 4PM with a finger I had cut off (I had it with me) and one that was basically dangling. It was a table saw accident. I was greeted immediately and directed to the waiting room. I did have to ask if they should put my finger on ice with the hopes it could be reattached. That was done. The triage nurse was great (sorry, I didn’t get her name) and the person who wrapped my hand the first time equally as great. I eventually got to the back (it was a busy time) and Dr. Terry Hatch came in and assessed my fingers. He told me exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. And then set the wheels in motion. I was re bandaged, sent for X rays given tetanus shots, and then Dr. Hatch came back in and began to work on shaving the bone etc and stitching up my fingers. It was decided that the one would not be reattached, but the other one was to be repaired. I felt very well looked after by the main nurse assigned to me, Dr. Hatch and pretty much everyone else. Dr. Hatch was calm, professional, pleasant and excelled at what he did. All my questions were answered simply and calmly, no matter how silly they may have been. I had some prescriptions for pain and antibiotics, and a referral for an appointment for a plastic surgeon (follow up) before I left. September 6, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today, I had an appointment with my MS doctor at Sunnybrook. Having been here for appointments in the past, I've always been impressed with the high-quality service they provide. Parking is conveniently located near the front entrance, and there are nearby pay stations for easy access. Inside, they have hand sanitizing stations and provide masks, and you'll find plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions and guide you through the hospital. Wheelchairs are also readily available at the entrance. I have the utmost satisfaction with Dr. Lee, who consistently takes the time to address all my questions and ensures I have a clear understanding of my medical plan. I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such excellent healthcare services.

Visited Sunnybrook Hospital as a guest of a patient. Volunteer staff was very helpful and able to guide us to the correct wing of Hospital. There is an ATM on the 1st floor close to the information desk. There are hand sanitizing throughout the hospital and at the main entrance there is also a self dispensing mask station which was very convenient. Gift store had very friendly staff and there was such a wide variety of toys, puzzles, t-shirts, stationary, greeting cards and everything in between alongside some gadgets. The areas of the hospital visited were very well kept.

Terrible money scam. People were nice, but not professional. My mom had a heart issue and was sent here by Xcaret Hotel Mexico (this is a partner hospital with the hotel, says something about the hotel too). She was given EKG and blood test, which was charged 1300USD. The emergency doctor couldn't give any diagnosis with these results and wanted to refer an internal medicine doctor to continue with more procedures (for more charges). The whole time we were there there was no monitor of vital signs, the IV stopped working. We ran away without continuing with any procedure. Stay away from this hospital if you can!

My son hurt his knee pretty bad after landing awkwardly trampolining at our resort. He couldn’t bare weight on it and had a lot of pain so we researched a few local hospitals and decided on Amerimed based on some of the Google reviews. We were not disappointed and so glad we picked this one. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got us in, x-rayed, meds and a knee brace for 6,500 pesos/ $400usd. We were out within 90 minutes. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone.
