What I can say is that the Hospital is very organized, has very well trained staff, I have always received very good service on the phone. I had to take my 3 year old daughter to the pediatric emergency room and unfortunately I experienced racism from the first contact with the doctor asking me if I was the mother, because my daughter was white. This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. I had surgery with DR Cláudio Kawasaki on my knee at the hospital, I was hospitalized for one night, the food at dinner and snacks were excellent, but not the same as the attention given by the girls and boys, nursing technicians and nurses, super attentive and patient surreal, even with a lot of pain they did everything they could to minimize it and give it all their attention. I recommend it 100%

Excellent physical structure, reception service, wonderful attentive and human nursing team, in the cafeteria in the afternoon the attendant was very polite, calm, super human, I watched and she even knows who the patients are.

Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. Terrible care in this hospital, I was hospitalized on May 19, I They channeled me to medicate me and left a piece of what appears to be a needle inside my right wrist where they put the channel. I am already in the city where I live. They do not want to take responsibility, even though I have to undergo surgery due to their negligence, I have to lose days of work, I have to lose time and the trauma that all this is causing me, they want me to travel to Acapulco again, generating MORE EXPENSES and more stress about the situation, so that according to them they can take care of me!!!

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I was admitted due to a fall, with acute pain in my leg and the professional who was pushing my wheelchair pressed my foot, the leg that couldn't handle the pain, against the wall and without even apologizing, left. He returned with medication, applied it without any guidance or explanation and left. The doctor barely assessed it, he just said that I didn't have a fracture and sent me away without even referring me to a specialist and requesting tests such as MRI. Never again! I took my girlfriend to this hospital because she was having strong abdominal pains on 07/02/21. The two doctors were recent graduates v. inexperienced. One of them actually told me that Coca-Cola was a good drink for hidration!!! Today we spent most of our day worrying that we may have contracted Covid seen as one in every 5 staff members were either not wearing a mask or wearing them inappropriately. We had complained to the night manager, who didn't care less! To pay for the treatment they tell you to go to talk to a manager in his glass office. This guy not only charged us 5000 Reais which is an obscene amount, but had zero empathy or people skills. And to think that the doctor actually wanted her to stay overnight, probably to be able to bill me ten times as much!!! This hospital has some serious issues.
