Founded on May 31, 1969, Hospital Divina is one of the institutions that make up the Divina Providência Health Network (RSDP) - also formed by Santa Isabel (Progresso/RS), São José (Arroio do Meio/RS), Estrela (Estrela/RS) and Independência (Porto Alegre/RS).It is managed by a technical body specialized in hospital management and by the Sisters of Divine Providence, whose sponsoring entity is called Sociedade Sulina Divina Providência (SSDP).Spirituality and management are present in all processes at Hospital Divina. The reception, care and safety of patients are key principles for the charism of the Sisters to become effective and meet the real needs of their time.Honoring the purpose of providing hospital services with safety and quality, Hospital Divina, in its process of continuous improvement, began, in 2015, an innovative restructuring of its service, focusing on comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.Ten Lines of Care were defined . The patient, as soon as he enters the hospital, has his care needs identified and, based on that, follows a guideline of comprehensive care, aiming at his full recovery. Everything is thought out so that there are no mishaps along the way. Flows, clinical protocols and indicators are constantly updated in a multidisciplinary way.
