I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. It is a place where I have had several experiences. More good than bad. It has good transportation, access roads. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there. Hopefully more will be invested in the sector to improve the quality of life of patients.

I was treated by Doctor Walter Antonio Lopes Torres who diagnosed me with a kidney infection and pneumonia (with pneumonia but he sent me home) despite continuing my bad condition, I came to Barranquilla of my own free will, feeling very little improvement after the medications where, surprise, I have dengue. And then what kind of service do they provide in this clinic?

The facilities are spacious, illuminated, with air conditioning and with staff always ready to help. The parking lot is large and free.

Terrible human attention, lack of humility on the part of doctors in the intensive care unit 2 floor beds from 1 to 25, especially women, my mother as a family member went to ask something, and addressed the first uniformed person calling her "woman "Do me a favor" and the lady responds, "I'm not a woman, I'm a doctor" and she leaves without saying another word. My brother, as a patient, takes too long to perform assisted position changes and personal hygiene. It lasted more than 1 hour being with him. the dirty diaper, but they do see a cell phone in the family member's hands and they run to tell them to put it away, and they use it as if nothing had happened, what a lack of respect.

For 5 consecutive days they make me fast all day waiting for a surgery around 5 pm in a rude way and without any tact that they will not operate on me, if I approach them respectfully they get indignant and respond horribly, I feel imprisoned I have been hospitalized for 12 days for some calculations .

As a foreigner I was sent to Reina Sofia 4 times to solve my problem, everyone did a good job even though my problem was not solved. Wife and I had our oldest child here. Expenses out of pocket weren’t so bad, staff is somewhat lacking in knowledge. They couldn’t figure out the leg stirrups on the birthing bed, I had to put them up. Clean place, but don’t seem to have a great bedside. Very pushy on breastfeeding, I was not to thrilled with them. But one of the better options in Bogota.

Horrible! Dont go to this clinic. The most unfriendly employees I have experienced in this Hospital. Yes I do speak spanish but once I didnt understand smth the lady just ignored me! Errors start already in front of the Clinic. Apparently they don't know the difference between a Swiss flag and a medical (red!!!) cross. So my question: is this a Swiss Clinic??? Of course not...

My mom got a well planned surgery in this Clinic. Excellent outstanding service what a relief. Fast service, very diligent and well trained all staff. Great place to get well and get some recovery. If you get sick go there you will be fine quickly. Do not visit Los Nogales clinic or La Colina. Marly is the best! Thank you all for your service! Mom is doing great. This opinion is directed to block 6 of the hospital, which is in an area where you can see people who consume drugs, although there is surveillance and once inside the hospital it is safer, if it is scary, at least walk to the hospital at dawn, and block 6 is opened at 6 in the morning and meanwhile everything is dark or with little light, a perfect place for homeless people, you have to travel with great caution and at least if you are patient and come from somewhere other than Medellín, it is not advisable to be in line before 6 in the morning to check in at block 6, arrive with 5 minutes left or at 6:00 am, there a guard opens the door and when you are already inside the place is much more pleasant and neat, there is a waiting room with chairs where you can wait for them to call you for the billing card, there are elevators, there is natural ventilation in that waiting room, almost all the staff there are friendly to the extent they should be. I give it a 3 star rating, for a not very pleasant event that I had to go through in there, I think that of all the possible days in which that bad event had to happen, it happened just on the day of my appointment, I don't know who it was from the fault of that negligence but thanks to a call to my eps I was able to quickly solve that difficulty so as not to continue in that unpleasant situation in that hospital block.

The medical staff at that hospital seem more like a gang of robbers and drug addicts than professionals. Never in my life have I seen such "doctors" and "nurses" so stupid and stupid. Omg I had to walk to the nurses station for everything from a blanket to medication. They have no tv in the rooms. They take for ever. You have to wait 6-8 hours to get something done. Just go to a regular clinic in Barranquilla they are not as nice but they get things done.
