Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

Horrible! Dont go to this clinic. The most unfriendly employees I have experienced in this Hospital. Yes I do speak spanish but once I didnt understand smth the lady just ignored me! Errors start already in front of the Clinic. Apparently they don't know the difference between a Swiss flag and a medical (red!!!) cross. So my question: is this a Swiss Clinic??? Of course not...

My mom got a well planned surgery in this Clinic. Excellent outstanding service what a relief. Fast service, very diligent and well trained all staff. Great place to get well and get some recovery. If you get sick go there you will be fine quickly. Do not visit Los Nogales clinic or La Colina. Marly is the best! Thank you all for your service! Mom is doing great. It is a hospital with very good facilities and good medical staff. It is noticeable that they are trying to improve many aspects, but they have failures at the level of internal logistics, since they frequently drop hospitalized patients hours in advance for diagnostic imaging and other tests, clarifying that in the waiting room for Imaging diagnostic rooms have air conditioning, which ends up making some patients more sick; The truth is that in this regard there is a great deal of disregard for patients and a great lack of organization on the part of the hospital. There is also a large overpopulation of patients in the emergency room that obviously exceeds the capacity of the hospital, since even in the emergency corridors there are stretchers with patients and companions who do not even have a place to sit.

The emergencies of this hospital are chaos! The disrespect towards the patient is total, you must stay 3 to 4 days in the emergency room under undignified conditions so that they give the patients a bed there is a doctor Moros who is the head of the emergency room and the man does not appear! No one provides a solution or an answer!

Rude guards that don't know medical status but won't allow access or questions to medical personnel. This goes for guards outside and inside. Doctors do not provide status to patients and send students to relay status. Students can't answer questions. Poor communication and follow up by all personnel which have led to 3 wrong diagnosis by doctors. Once realized we asked and the staff blamed the family members of making up stories and medical visit history missing information. This review is based on the past year with various family members appointments and emergencies I am basing my rating. This opinion is directed to block 6 of the hospital, which is in an area where you can see people who consume drugs, although there is surveillance and once inside the hospital it is safer, if it is scary, at least walk to the hospital at dawn, and block 6 is opened at 6 in the morning and meanwhile everything is dark or with little light, a perfect place for homeless people, you have to travel with great caution and at least if you are patient and come from somewhere other than Medellín, it is not advisable to be in line before 6 in the morning to check in at block 6, arrive with 5 minutes left or at 6:00 am, there a guard opens the door and when you are already inside the place is much more pleasant and neat, there is a waiting room with chairs where you can wait for them to call you for the billing card, there are elevators, there is natural ventilation in that waiting room, almost all the staff there are friendly to the extent they should be. I give it a 3 star rating, for a not very pleasant event that I had to go through in there, I think that of all the possible days in which that bad event had to happen, it happened just on the day of my appointment, I don't know who it was from the fault of that negligence but thanks to a call to my eps I was able to quickly solve that difficulty so as not to continue in that unpleasant situation in that hospital block.

It happened to us that together we sent someone else to make the copies and we kept him in place and when the time came for the turn to be handed over, the guard refused to wait and without order there was no take a turn! Another thing is that you have to line up for everything for the laboratory, for MRIs or diagnostic images, to make appointments with specialists for everything! Before standing in such long lines, ask carefully where it is your turn, many arrive and lose their turn for being where they should not be, where the photo public is where you have to line up for the laboratory, x-ray and in front is for appointments with specialists.

I arrived at 10 when they say they open, no one. A girl arrived at 10:10 and they couldn't open the door for 10 minutes. We went in and another 10 minutes waiting to be attended to. Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs.

Do not come here even if you think that your dying or have any serious medical problem, absolutely terrible care and attention takes 6-12 hours for them to even do simple blood test or any real examinations. Really there rating should BE honest and lower then where it currently is, also technologically speaking their WAY behind.

If you need immediate medical attention do not come here this is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever had to come, unfortunately, I almost died here from a heart attack and they did nothing to help me except treat me like a ragdoll. Absolute garbage attention and no care for the patients, I literally had to waddle my way out of that hospital as If this is a movie, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could, save uour time and go elsewhere.

The waiting room is horrible. There are patients lying everywhere on the floor. The runners. There is no decent place for the elderly while they undergo examinations and remain under observation. There is one bathroom for many people. And they don't clean it. This is in the emergency room. It is a site where all rights are violated

I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)
