The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident. Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. His warm demeanor and clear explanations eased my nerves. Even during recovery, discomfort was remarkably low. The staff Smitha & Doaa was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Simon to anyone in need of dental services. He is a true expert in his field, making complicated procedures seem easy and painless. Terrible experience. Doctors are happy to write false medical records for some reason and upon asking to correct it they don't want to. They cancel appointments because they don’t want to have to deal with the issue. The service staff who they give the issue to don’t respond to emails or return calls. The place looks great however the service has been a nightmare.

Did a sleep test here and stayed for a night. All the staffs are very professional and caring. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. I myself also worked in healthcare and really appreciate the high standards of practice here. Hospital food was surprisingly very nice. I got boiled rice with seabass soup which was delicious. You can also order other meals from the restaurants in the hospital (Coco Ichibanya / Seefah) Highly recommended.

Be wary of their dual pricing practices! My brother (Thai) needed MMR and tetanus vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment with a specialist on the 8th floor (section C). Upon settling our bill, the cashier had to rectify the charges, having mistakenly charged my brother the "foreigner rate," which was a staggering 1,800 baht higher. It is appalling that even this self-proclaimed international hospital resorts to such discriminatory pricing schemes. Needless to say, this hospital has earned a spot on my personal blacklist.
