The doctors are all friendly, there are only a few nurses who are rude, the security system for storing things is also bad, sleeping mats can be lost and security guards don't take responsibility, apart from that, it can take a super duper long time to take medicine, it can take up to 4 hours. It's a shame to be sick if you have to wait. queue for medicine for hours

I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

Online appointment system practically useless since we are required to wait and register again before we can go to the poly. In addition, payment also takes long time even after being seated or called to the counter. The design or layout of the hospital is also very flawed resulting in low accessibility even for non-sick people. Don’t let fancy decoration fool you. This hospital need major improvement. EHCBB Should try to learn from Siloam hospital for this matter 🙂

This hospital is most comfortable hospital near my house. The staff very helpful and full of smile. Nurses are very kind to patients. And it has a clean environment.

I don't usually leave a bad review, but I gotta write this one — the ICU guy that was assigned in the 3rd floor was really such a jerk and very rude, in contrast with the other staff! In no million years way I would recommend my family, colleagues, and friends this hospital anymore — that is how offended I really am!

Really like the ambiences and all the high-tech tools. All doctors looks very professional as well. However, the waiting time is really pain! Appointment by 11am, but the doctor is not available. Hence, no one from the hospital informed, let alone check the reschedule possibility. I have to wait for the other doctor until 3pm-ish (which I totally understand for the on-the-spot patient SOP). However this wasting of time could be avoidable if they informed properly

Thank you for taking care of me for about 2 months due to knee surgery. I waited about a year and a half for the surgery to be performed by Dr. K. Fuji, an excellent doctor. Ever since he was broadcast on TV Tokyo's Cambria Palace, he has become a famous doctor among knee patients and is known for his very careful surgeries. I am very satisfied with the results. This hospital also seems to be famous for its rehabilitation department, and I received encouragement both physically and mentally. In particular, Mr. Yada, who works in the rehabilitation room of a general hospital, is very good at the treatment, and there were complimentary comments on Ameblo.

In mid-May of last year, I was admitted to the hospital for a complete removal of breast cancer by a breast surgeon, and I received great care. Although I live in the prefecture, I initially planned to have the surgery performed at a nearby university hospital. but… I couldn't find the doctor in charge, and while I was researching various surgical methods, I realized that the breast surgery at Kameda Hospital was an endoscopic surgery, and most of all, when I asked for a second opinion, the cancer consultation center I decided to have the surgery at this hospital because of the personality of Dr. Fukuma, the nurse in charge of breast surgery and the chief breast surgeon. I am very grateful to Dr. Fukuma and other outpatient nurses at Kamogawa for their help. I had to see Dr. Fukuma several times because the surgery was far away, but even though he was tired from seeing dozens of patients a day from the beginning, he continued to talk to me late into the night in detail about the condition of the disease and the surgical procedure. Even when I was hospitalized, he came to my room until late at night. Thank you for treating me in such a friendly and calm manner when I was really anxious and scared. Even though I didn't know much about cancer, she taught me a lot of things, and even though I wasted a lot of time, the detailed explanations made me feel at ease. I made an unreasonable request to have the first surgery done early in the morning, but I was able to have the surgery done before the doctor's appointment, so I am truly grateful to the doctor. (lol) The reason I chose Kameda Hospital was not only because of the endoscopic surgery, but also because there were many different doctors there, and I was able to call and talk to the nurses several times before the surgery, which made me feel at ease. It was my first time being hospitalized after getting sick, but the food was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean, swallows, and surfers, which made me feel better after the surgery. In particular, there is a beauty salon in the women's ward, and I felt comfortable in the private rooms that required reservations. I would like to thank Dr. Fukuma, nurse Kawana-san, and Yoshida-san from the consultation center for their help. Cancer requires long treatment even after surgery, and for those who are considering treatment, there are Kameda Hospital in Kamogawa, Makuhari, and Kyobashi in Tokyo, so if you can commute, you may want to consider it...Also, before surgery In addition to MRI, there are excellent tests such as PET-CT. I am really glad that I had the surgery at this hospital. It seems that no one person has the same symptoms of breast cancer, so the surgical method and post-operative treatment will vary depending on the person, and the treatment will last several years, so please choose the hospital that suits you without regrets. I am currently undergoing post-surgical treatment and am indebted to Dr. Nashimoto, who also performed the same surgery on me. Very nice hospital with top surgeons and friendly nurses. The rooms are nice and some have a swell view of the ocean. There are busses that run from the hospital to various places in Chiba and Tokyo.

Very fraudulent behaviour for a hospital. The prices for vaccinations are not clear and they don't have a transparent and upfront price chart for them. The first time i asked to get an MMR vaccination, they said it was total cost for 2 injections ALL TOGETHER. When i came back for my 2nd injection, they told me to pay the same price once more. They cheat you without giving you correct details of the price and without a clear price chart on each vaccine. Even on the invoice thats given, the breakdown of the total price is NOT THERE. This is a complaint towards the head of the Medical Check Up unit, Dr Anna Maria Marlina. Maam, tell you're staff and nurses to be transparent and honest about prices because this is unprofessional. Otherwise, you're scamming your own patients.

Patients Hospitalize with broken bones and breathing problems. I thought, Awal Bros Hospital is the best choice in Batam. instead its the worsts of the worst. We paid with deluxe room. (Not insurance) feel like, no nurses are working to take care of the patient.not even helping with the poop and washing not even care in checking to change the infused tube. Nurse service worst than government hospitals. absolutely need to train more humanly nurse not just to receive monthly pay check.. Doctor come in after 2days patients hospitalized. Even the Doctor came in just for info. not a single finger touched the patient to check heart beat or breathing problem....what kind of hospital is this. Thank you for your worst service. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail. However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

Why does a hospital labeled "World Class" provide an ultrasound schedule a month later? This issue isn't recent; they could have addressed it by adding more machines to handle the patient load. St. Luke's moved Maxicare to their HMO Concierge, despite the limited space in the small building. Only a few individuals can enter the office, leaving others waiting outside in the sweltering heat.

The service when checking in is quite nice and welcoming, unfortunately, for me it's downhill after that. Very very noisy nurses, it takes minimum of 10 minutes before a nurse comes to my room after pressing the red button because my dextrose kept beeping since it was almost empty. this happened several times. What if it was an emergency?!

I’d say majority of the staff are very well mannered and trained. Everytime I ask anyone that works there some information, they guided me immediately. I’d say the art building though is a bit old and dirty but the main building is pretty clean and sometimes confusing to navigate. Better to bring in cash or card because unfortunately their gcash doesn’t work. One of the downsides in some of the services here are usually packed with people so best to call in advance. I do love the service and the professionalism but this is definitely a very expensive hospital. Besides all this, there are food places inside where they serve really good food.
