But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent. We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia. We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long. Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them. Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy. Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced. I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since. When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR. 5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again. Poor planning and communication. New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically. OR Staff were Excellent. Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him. Recovery Room Staff Excellent. Back in the room and the again were Super. The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though. Concerning the food, it is actually very good. All in All I'm happy I came here.

I’ve made an appointment with Dr. Mohammad Badr, a gastroenterologist. While scheduling, I confirmed multiple times with the person handling appointments that the doctor would be available on time, ensuring there wouldn’t be any last-minute issues since I’m traveling from Bahrain. She advised me to arrive 10 minutes earlier. However, upon my arrival at the hospital 20 minutes early, I discovered that the doctor had already left, demonstrating a lack of punctuality and leaving before his scheduled hours. The customer staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I questioned them about the doctor leaving before my appointment, they claimed ignorance and mentioned that his duties were finished. Despite having my appointment time visible in the system, they couldn’t assist me and attributed the mistake to the call center staff. Frustratingly, they refused to call the doctor or take any action to rectify the situation. Their unprofessionalism extended from the doctor to the call center and customer service staff. I strongly advise against visiting Dosary Hospital or consulting Dr. Mohammad Badr, as my experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Need to express my concerns about the lengthy and frustrating insurance approval process we encountered at Dossary Hospital. We only visited due to Dr Javed because the doctor is good. We observed that only one staff member is available at the tiny insurance counter, with the main counter closed. This lone staff member is handling a long queue in the middle of the walkway, contributing to the overall inconvenience and adding to the challenges faced during the insurance approval process. Unlike our experiences in other hospitals, the insurance approval process at Dossary Hospital has been exceedingly time-consuming. The rejections, coupled with the necessity to repeatedly seek additional information from the doctor and endure prolonged waiting times, have been incredibly inconvenient. This repetitive cycle occurred three times, leading us to the decision to pay cash for the test, which was priced at a reasonable 230 riyals. It is disheartening to note that our Class A insurance, which is promptly approved at other medical facilities, consistently faces challenges at Dossary Hospital. Despite our attempts to address these issues with the hospital staff, we feel our concerns have not been adequately addressed. The constant blame on our insurance company and the lack of resolution only added to the distress of navigating this process as sick patients. As patients, we find it unacceptable to endure such a cumbersome and disorganized procedure, having to navigate multiple floors to resolve the matter. We urge you to review and improve your insurance approval process to ensure a smoother experience for patients who rely on your services. We DO NOT RECOMMEND DOSSARY ANYMORE.

The facility is good. But, a lot to be improved. Very slow process starting from reception, insurance approval to pharmacy. Don't go if you are for a quick checkup for your kids.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.

Regular patient here. I’ve been to this hospital for several reasons; general med check and other diseases. First of all, the nurses & hospital staff service was always top notch. I would say if you’re lucky, you’ll get the good doctors. My endocrinologist was the best, detailed explanation, helpful, and did not prescribe unnecessary meds (even suggested me to purchase meds from outside hospital for cheaper price). During COVID 2021 I was also hospitalized here, I was very well taken care of by the nurses. I think the doctors also prescribed good meds as I got better fast (severe symptoms). However one time I was hospitalized due to breathing issues, the ENT/lung doctor seem to prolong my stay with excuses that the blood test result has not come out even after 3 days, while eventually they let me out after some xray test only? Because of that I had to pay more than my insurance coverage. Also I did general med check here twice. First doctor was super nice, she talked kindly and checked detail. However the second doctor was not really nice, explained briefly and seems like he wanted to just end the consultation soon lol. Anyway, will continue the treatment here with my fave endocrinologist!

I had excellent care at this hospital and can’t recommend it enough! I went in for just a 6 month follow up appt and had sudden severe abdominal pain while there— ended up admitted and a CT scan showed a small bowel obstruction. By the evening I was in the ICU and had emergency surgery with 30cm of necrotic bowel removed. I spent 9 days in the hospital with excellent care in a private room. I am a former surgery scheduler and medical assistant in the USA, and the quality of care is the same if not better— no staff shortages here! All doctors and RNs speak English and even the nursing support staff attempt to speak some English—much better than my very limited Thai language skills. I am now over a month from discharge and healing well with no issues at all. Really happy with my care at Sukhumvit Hospital, they saved my life! Prices were always given for tests and procedures beforehand, a little surprising coming from America, but always good to know. Compliments also to my Thai AIA health insurance policy that paid for all but $520usd of my inpatient hospitalization bill!

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

I've been to Dar al Shifa Hospital several times, and it's undoubtedly a large and modern facility. The staff, especially those at the information desks and security, were exceptionally helpful, making my visits more comfortable. I received excellent care from the skilled doctors and nurses when I sought support in the ENT and General Surgery departments. However, there are a few issues to note. The hospital's parking lot is consistently full, which can be frustrating. Fortunately, there's an option to park behind the building. One downside is the appointment system; it can be confusing and inconvenient to have to wait in line with people who don't have appointments, even after scheduling one. Additionally, the pharmacy on the ground floor is frequently busy, resulting in longer waiting times. Despite these downsides, the hospital's overall care and support are commendable, and I appreciate the dedicated staff.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

All employees in all departments are so cooperative, kind, and respectful, and systemizing between all departments is amazing.. but the rooms need some simple renews.. thanks a lot😉

Mohammad Qandeel frm the the Endoscopy department was fantastic, he’s super friendly and he has a great attitude, he’s definitely a great asset for this hospital.

This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. The hospital has a long history and several additions as time passed and progress was made... Expect a bit of a maze and hustle and bustle as staff and patients make their way through. Thumbs up!

I just had a baby girl and I am very satisfied with the services at this hospital. Gynecologist Doctor Khun Sunantha and team have taken good care of our baby😍. Special thanks to the nursery department for such a good service. They are really polite and kid friendly. Highly recommend this hospital for child birth. 👍😊

My blood test for a visa application went quite fast and easy. For results at 8 a.m. the next morning, arrive before 2 p.m. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was also nice. Nevertheless, the walkway appears to be a maze.
