I use it regularly for obstetric examinations. Personally, I am satisfied with the male doctor's treatment and explanations. I get the feeling that the female doctor is irritated because she's in pain and doesn't seem to have any time to spare. Many of the midwives are overbearing, and the nurses are unfriendly and cold, so I hate every visit. Even if there's something you don't understand, you don't feel like you can ask for advice. Even if I could do the job, I don't think I'd be a good person.

I was admitted to the hospital to undergo surgery at an otorhinolaryngology department, but I felt uneasy about the quality of the nursing care (cooperation, response, and skill), so I canceled the surgery and was discharged the next day after admission. I have been hospitalized and had surgeries at other hospitals several times, but this is the first time in my life that I have felt so anxious at a hospital. As a result, I was only hospitalized for one day, but I had to pay a hospitalization fee of just under 60,000 yen. When I got home and looked at the bill, I was surprised to find that the bill included several ear medications that I was not prescribed to take after the surgery. It ended up being a waste of time and money as it didn't cure my illness. However, I have no choice but to undergo surgery at a hospital like this and entrust myself to a nurse who is difficult to trust. There were some things I was worried about before the surgery, so I asked her about it over and over again, but she always said, "It's okay." I had no idea what was okay. Finally, he said, "Do you care?" I ask because I care and I'm worried. I understand that you are busy, but I think you should give a thorough explanation and take appropriate measures as soon as possible, even if it is a hassle. I would like to ask you to remove any peeling nail polish before you start work. I seriously doubt its reputation as the ``best hospital in Chugoku and Shikoku.'' I can't help but wonder if that was a long time ago and things are different now. As for ward nursing, I once again thought that a large national or prefectural hospital would be better. *The photo was taken the day after I was discharged from the hospital.

A 5-month-old baby fell off a chair and had a swollen head and went to the emergency department at night. I was asked to fill out a medical questionnaire and when I went to hand it over, I was told to wait until they would call, so I was unable to receive it. However, when I told her that my baby had hit her head and was crying and that I wanted to speak to a nurse as soon as possible, the person at the reception desk said there were a lot of people around, as I saw around her. One point tension. There is a triage room, but it takes an hour and a half until you are called there. What is triage? Isn't it for determining priorities? I ended up waiting two and a half hours to see the doctor. I don't want to go there again.

I would like to share my experience with this hospital. I did my operation in May 2023 the result was bad. operation done by non unprofessional doctor,nurses they don't speak English, don't respect their patients, hotel accommodation also was very bad 1 star review. All the tests and results were ready very quickly, in 2 days already had a conclusive consultation with diagnosis established and the plan for the next steps. Interpreter was also really good helping to translate and navigate. As an international patient I am very satisfied.

We tried to get treatment for a twisted ankle. Diagnostics were very tiring, we went to hospital multiple times and chased for the results. In the end they decided to apply casting to my wife's foot. The operators were terrible, they didn't check and see the scar on the foot before doing casting. After a day, we took the initiative and informed them about the scar. Their reaction and the fix was also terrible. After one week, my wife's foot started to get numb, she was in pain. We went to the same hospital emergency. The emergency doctor didn't explain anything, he didn't answer any questions although we insisted on multiple times. The cast was removed that day. After months my wife's foot is still numb! I will never go to this hospital again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I treated my spine here. Made micro-discectomy of the herniated disc. Operation was done by dr. Nejat Akalan. Everything was super well. Doctor, clinic and personnel shifted all expectations. I connected with them from outside of Turkey by whatsapp. Sent them my MRI and explained the problem. They gave me a preliminary price for the operation and a series af analysis required. In fact when I came and visited the doctor he said I need no additional analysis and the problem is clear to him. That saved my money, I paid less than they estimated. The clinic itself, at least the neurology dept is just great - they are very fast, I didn't wait anywhere more than 5-10 min. All the appointments were in time. After the operation they visited me every hour, checked blood pressure, something else, recorded how I feel. Everyone was very kind with me. Payment included my transfers from the airport and back, all transfers from the hotel to a hospital and a translator.

I and my wife made general check up i.e. I had problem similar to prostatitis and my wife had health issues with her waist. First of all, doctors' attitude to patients was very unprofessional and rude, secondly doctors could not tell us any specific detailed diagnosis about our health issues. My doctor Onur Alp Karaaslan informed me that I did not have prostatitis but when I returned to Uzbekistan and made detailed check-up, I had clearly this illness. The doctors in Medipol are unprofessional, rude and their noses are in the air, especially therapists and USG specialists. I am so disappointed to be recommended to come to Medipol Mega hospital. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Came with a TMJ problem, the doctor gave me injections in the face without sterilization. Then I got an infection that moved to the tooth. I'm not talking about the price, which is overpriced 5-10 times. Of course, the problem of TMJ has not been solved

Had an appointment through E-Nabiz for Covid vaccination. Apparently they only give this vaccinations of 5 people are waiting. After 1 hour we were with two, so no vaccination. I guess they don't want to open vial since this contains 5 doses. In short, this hospital put money before health!! Avoid when possible.

Выше всяких похвал. We had a family emergency. My grandfather had a health complication that required urgent ICU unit hospitalization. We had travelers insurance (Альфа-Страхование) Aplha-Insuranse from Russia. Their representatives in Istanbul arranged Ambulance that delivered my grandfather to HISAR. In HISAR there was a person(assistant) assigned to our situation. His name Sadik. He helped us during entire process while being patient with our stressed behavior. He was our liaison between our family and hospital’s personnel. He did his job very good! Dr.Hasan was also very helpful, because we gave him hard time with all questions and requests. Also, I can not say enough about nurses there. They are extremely knowledgeable, sensitive and proactive with our grandfather. He can not speak at all due to his healt condition. But nurses understood his self-made sign language better than we (his family) did.

It was a bad experience i took my wife at 8 o'clock of the evening as an emergency case, but her health was stable but need specialist doctor to examine her they didn't even take her temperature they only make ct scan, first thing ask about 6800tl for ct scan, and no one told us to wait in a room we wait in the waiting hall. And even there is no translator, the nurses are good, no hate but i think they only care for money and forget to look after us.

The service in this hospital is at the highest level. if you are from another country and do not know Turkish, you will be provided with a translator. Your medical examination will take place in the most comfortable conditions. Believe me, you will want to be examined here again. I would especially like to mention the girl who helped me, Ilvira. A kind, sweet, smiling girl who was more worried about my problems than her own. At some point it even seemed to me that this was my loved one. She is very caring.

We had a great experience at Liv Hospital Ulus. Pick up and drop off every time we had an appoiment. On top the staff is very profesional and friendly. I highly recomnend them. They also offer a translator who was amazing and help us to have a better understanding of our situation. The building looks like a 5 star hotel, very clean and equiped with the latest medical technology 🙂

My mother suffers from type 2 diabetes but over time we have seen that it was degenerating while respecting the diet and taking the medicines.I contacted doctor Recep Aktimur he gave me all the information for the gastric bypass ,he was clear and professional.We fixed a date, from the airport they transferred us to the Liv hospital.After the surgery, mom's recovery was quite fast, she removed the medicines and the diabetes is stable.I highly recommend Doctor Recep for his professionalism and dedication to work. Explanations and present for any doubts. The hospital staff are very good, helpful and professional.The hospital deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and hygiene, all very polite and well organized.

Nearest hospital to Incheon. Came here for emergency. Staff spoke English. Reacted fast and professionally. Never had CAT scans so quickly in my life Needed emergency medical treatment - every step of the way was handled efficiently and concern for patient care. Am an in patient. Medical facilities and rooms are very good. Staff are superb - language is an issue. But Papago helped! When it was critical they found English speakers who could explain the medical terms in English. Very impressed

On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.

Facilities are clean and spacious

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

I did have a motorbike accident with several injuries. They admitted me to the hospital, wehere they carried out the necessary checks, including blood test, including x-ray, including CT scan. To have full picture of my various injuries. Afterwards the surgeons did an excellent job stitching me together, and after operation care was excellent. The nurses are very caring, the stuff is highly professional, the doctor speaks English, and if there is a communication problem, Google translate is always of a great help. They ensured a perfect hospital experience, despite my accident in a hospital, which has to be highly recommended due to its professional staff, including administration, nurses and doctors. Thank you very much to the excellent Dr Tran Quoc Khanh, nurses and staff. I really appreciate the ‘honest’ and efficient care that I received today. I came in for a last-minute general health check report (to support a work permit application to another country). All simple tests including urine and blood tests were comfortably completed in one afternoon. Cost was around 2.5million which is a very reasonable fee given the quality standard of service. Hospital is nice and clean and overall in good condition. International section is on 4th floor of Block C. Very easy to get to from the road entrance.

Customer service very bad. Don't want to even try and contact the insurance even if you have full international coverage. Procedures urgently need a review.

The hospital has clean space and rooms, modern and fairly new facilities, and quite enthusiastic staff. The dishes in the hospital meals are delicious and delicious, my mother complimented me after eating them (3 meals/day are included in the hospital room fee). But the wifi in the room is weak and not prepared for patients with pillows and blankets, so it is a bit lacking in this regard. Hopefully the hospital will improve so that patients and relatives can be comfortable and worthy of the money spent.

It's not an international hospital, as they are trying to make it look like. They don't provide translation service. And their administration are laggy and corrupted, just trying to make people move round and round without giving an actual response, especially any case regarding English. The quality of room is acceptable in comparison to price, but the services are not that good.

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

ZERO STAR RATING TO THE WORST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I want to share my concerns about the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), which, despite being the primary government hospital, has some serious issues with its healthcare system. My experiences at NHSL have been quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to bring these matters to everyone's attention. The problems I faced include unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and a lack of empathy from the hospital staff. A significant challenge I observed is the exhaustion of patients due to what seems like a lack of attention and care from the hospital staff. It's disheartening to see patients, already vulnerable, feeling more tired and discouraged by the system meant to provide them with medical support. I also want to express my concern about reported racial bias by some staff members. A healthcare environment should be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. Such behavior goes against medical ethics and can severely impact the well-being of patients. One such example, the security woman in the Endocrine clinic (4th floor) lacks empathy and compassion towards the sick and needy. While I understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, it's crucial to maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure patients receive the care they deserve. These reported issues reflect poorly not only on individual practitioners but on the healthcare system as a whole. It’s true I can’t expect professionalism from NHSL while the country itself is unprofessional and vile but still I felt the need to voice out my opinion.

This on one of the worst and pathetic health systems in the world. The health system we encountered was really sad. It had a lot of problems and things that didn't work well. My mom needed to get an MRI scan, which is an important medical test. But we were told that the scan had to be delayed for a whole month because they didn't have enough ink. We felt very frustrated and disappointed...After waiting for a long time, we finally got instructions to go to the hospital at 8 AM on a certain day. We followed the instructions and arrived even earlier at 7:30 AM. But little did we know that this was just the beginning of a difficult and emotionally draining experience...We were taken to a room where we spent the whole day, waiting anxiously for my mom's turn for the scan. As time went by, I gathered up the courage to ask about the delay many times. Each time, they promised it would only be another hour and told us not to eat anything...The staff didn't show any understanding or kindness towards us. They didn't take our concerns seriously, which made us even more upset. The hours passed by and it started getting late, but there was no progress or communication from them...My mom, who is 61 years old, sat there patiently without eating anything since morning. She looked tired and weak because of it. It hurt me deeply to see her suffer like that... To be honest, I can't recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help. But people like us who don't have much money don't have other options or resources to go somewhere else for better care. Private hospitals are too expensive for us...This experience has left a lasting impact on me - it reminds me how broken and inadequate our healthcare system can be for people who are less fortunate. I really hope that one day no one will have to go through such difficult times when they need important medical services.

The doctors and especially the nurses in the hospital are useless. These nurses are often engaged in social media outside the ward and often only one or two nurses stay in the ward and surf social media on smart phones. Even if a patient cries out that it is difficult, they are not looked after. They don't even check if the patients are breathing, and while giving the medicine, they pour water into the mouth of a patient and put a pill and leave without even looking to see if the medicine has been swallowed or swallowed. Patients or caregivers of patients are not told and concealed about the patient's condition. No advice is given. At least they did not say whether the patient was discharged and nurses says that they were discharged only if the patient's guardians forced them to ask. Hygiene of patients is not looked after. Nurses and doctors go about their lives happily letting patients die. The x-rays taken from the patients are not given to the caretakers and are kept with them even after discharge. They are not working for taking salaries from people's tax money. endangering the lives of poor people. I can call them Satan's children.

I don't quite understand. Keio University Hospital is a well known hospital BUT no one seems to speak even a very basic english. They all have japanese and english signs all over the hospital but no one knows how to speak it. I mean they don't have japanese only patients, but for me it feels like they only admit japanese because once you try to communicate with them, they mostly just say "no english" and then they leave you alone even if you have a serious health problem. I know expats should learn japanese but what about tourist or guests that only spends a week or two in japan? I come from Germany and we also have expats and foreigners there that hardly speaks any german BUT they don't get turned away by the hospital, because that is ILLEGAL and against the doctor's and healthcare workers OATH (do no harm!). WHAT IS WRONG JAPAN? you make A LOT of advertisement about OMOTENASHI and then you treat non japanese speakers as if they're not worth treating. And this is not the only hospital in Tokyo that do this. DO BETTER!!!

Excellent doctors and staff. I've had two surgeries at this hospital and both have gone very well. I recommend this hospital but if I understand their processes correctly, one needs a referral to go there. They are centrally located, and are right in front of the Shinanomachi station. There's another station close by on the Oedo Line. They have new facilities and parking. They also have motorcycle parking. This is one of the best hospitals in Tokyo in my opinion, but English is not spoken here. If you have a need for a special surgery involving a doctor from another hospital, then you may experience difficulty in having that arranged. I had to forego surgery on my heart there because they did not have a doctor on staff to do what I needed done immediately after the heart surgery. It was breast bone surgery. I had to have the heart surgery and the breast bone work done elsewhere, but the surgeries needed to be done back-to-back. Keio could not do it, which I believe is rare for them. I wish they could have facilitated it. It's a great hospital otherwise.

I went there because my period haven’t stopped in six months. I went there for a biopsy which made the bleeding increase for more than days, accompanied with terrible cramps. I returned urgently there and was treated really poorly by the interns who told me “they couldn’t do anything”that my cramps had probably nothing to do with my uterus ( but i had told them it was the same pain as period pain), and that i should just get painkillers. I really wonder in what world someone can say that is normal to have periods for six months, and bleed for more than ten days after a biopsy. I am deeply disappointed in this lack of professionalism and compassion.

They always make you wait for at least 30 minutes for your scans and tests. They are super insensitive, unprofessional, careless and have the audacity to ask the sick patient to accommodate after a mistake THEY made. This “hospital” should not be in charge of people’s lives.

The worst hospital experience of my life. The staff are lazy and disrespectful. I was billed before I had a consultation or even received the service I paid for which is VERY different than every other hospital I’ve been to. It’s even worse because the physician wasn’t even there when I was billed for a consultation with him, he came 45 minutes late! To sum it up, my appointment was at 10 am, the doctor came at 10:45. I wasn’t offered an explanation until I asked for one. They gave me three different excuses: traffic, emergency, physician is sick with stomach problems. The nurse was probably the most undertrained nurse I’ve had to deal with. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. She was talking about me with the rest of the staff in front of me (not for professional reasons but to simply complain that she has to deal with an annoyed customer in the morning). She suggested that since my doctor was late, that I should book with another doctor so i asked for a list of the doctors I can see today, she told me to look for it myself on the website :) when I was looking through the doctors, that’s when she mentioned that there was no point since there was only one other physician who was in the clinic and he had an upcoming appointment. Total waste of time and very unprofessional.

Writing a review specifically about the Maternity floor where I spent one of the most difficult weeks of my life post-delivery. I've had beyond painful complications but the Nurses & Doctors there (You know who you are!) who took care of me helped push through in the sweetest, most giving and empathetic way! I'm beyond grateful for you and I will never forget what you've done for me and for my baby! You are all angels helping people when they need it the most! So much love for you all!
