He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. Although space is limited, but security guard able to guide you to park and they allow you to double park by providing phone number. So if someone getting their car, they able to call you. Very good hospital. I had a triple ankle fracture in September. Everybody is speaking English. Surgery was done perfect! Medication was very good, i felt nearly no pain! Recovery is really good, i can go cycling again.

Staff is super slow. You may book an appointment and then wait for hours. And every time they Will day that you is a next one. For payment l, minum half an hour waiting for then to make up an invoice. Very dissapointing service, but specialist doctors are generally good

I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

I enjoyed my medical checkup at Pondok Indah Hospital. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilites provided in the hospital were highly maintained and comfortable. The service also very fast and reliable. Here I provided the picture of the waiting room of the executive medical check up area.

The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays🥹)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my son’s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

Need an expert in pancreatic problems, we decided to use this hospital. Treated at the emergency ward and them moved to the VIP room at night. Room is clean and modern with a proper daybed and microwave, toilet is clean and using top notch equipment.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.
