2 Dentistry and Oncology clinics in Petaling Jaya with additional parameter

We visited this hospital for outpatient treatment. They have refurbished the interior and looks better than our last visit some years ago. Counter staff were courteous. Doctor was helpful in explanation of the condition and the MRI scan was done efficiently at comparatively reasonable cost.

The staff nurses here are very friendly and jovial, ever ready to help. Old building but well-refurbished. Services are excellent with affordable price. Nursery staff nurse came to ask for suggestions or feedback but can't think of anything that they should improve 🤣

A revisit to Dr Lam since year 2019. Arrived about 7:50am on Saturday and the registration counter alread full of people. Waited about 30 mins for my turn. Direct went into Cardiolgy Unit, reception was friendly. Dr Lam, as before very patience to explain in details for the things I need to know. Done my Stress Test (level 6 in 17 mins) and Echo. Report is very good, according to Dr Lam and need to go back only after 2 years :) . The chief nurse (I guess, based on the color of the uniform), did not ask for her name, is very efficient and friendly to handle the reception area. Thank you Dr Lam and the nurses.

This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !

Had to go for a drip late night at emergency KPJ damansara. Had a very pleasant time with all of the professional nurses and doctor. Kudos to nurse imran, usually i had a problem to find my vain. But nurse imran got it within seconds. Great consultation from doctor anis and nurse khairi. It was late around 3am in the morning. But all the nurses came and check on my drip done or not. Kudos to all the night nurses and doctors. You all are the best..

Absolutely abysmal organisation and zero respect for patients time. Book an appointment for 830, summoned at 830, I arrive at 815 to be a bit early. They tell me to come back at 1030 because you only get to pick your position in queue for 1030. Special mention to the lady that arrived after me and tried to be put first in line. You read that right. They summon you at 830 knowing full well that doctor will be here at 1030 so "that way there isn't a lot of people arriving together at 1030". Are you kidding me? Can't you just book 15 or 20 minute slots instead of making your patients waste AT LEAST two hours of their time? Doctor arrived at 1100, not a word of apology or anything. Overall, I arrived at 815 and saw the doctor at 1115. Just go somewher else, they don't deserve to have patients.

Done some renovation works. The front desk and more welcoming. Hospital is a place I get lost all the time: in terms of where to go and what to do (the paper works). The admin staff are very helpful as I am a noob in hospital paperwork. Would like to request KPJ to improve it is the waiting time to see specialist. The average waiting time is always >2 hours even with appointments. Please relook into this. We understand doctors are busy, but there should be a system to improve this as well.

Excellent service with affordable price. The hospital is not big but comfortable enough.

Service is fast and efficient. The hospital staff even gave me a phone reminder a day before my ultrasound appointment. Keep up the good work!

Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful and delighted for the care, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality during my stay at KJMC from 27/9/23 to 28/9/23. First time in my 40+ years of life admitted to hospital and I was super scared and anxious. Big Thank you to Dr Roslan Abd Halim (O&G), Dr Abdul Raof and team for helping me to go through it smoothly. What I am in awe was... there is an ustaz that recite prayer/ Doa together with me before going to OT and immediately I am feeling more calm and relieved. Thank you so much KJMC 😊🤲🥰

Absolutely brilliant from my first enquiry to my dental work, highly recommended and great service from reception with booking and contact to the nurses and dentist, Very friendly and helpful staff, the dentist Herself helped me with past problems and advised me with all future enquiries if I wished.

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. Highly recommend visiting for any dental needs while in KL!

Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. My dad had done bypass surgery at this hospital by Dr John Chan. We have great confidence in him and his abilities. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery performed on my dad. Comfortable environment and courteous personnel. There room for improvement for test screening arrangement. Not so effective, longer waiting time. Need better coordination.

Their bed was comfortable compared to other 2 big named hospitals. Had abit of difficulties in communication due to some nurse can't speak English. But I will definitely chose here again. Plus they offer menu to chose for every meal.

It's my first time to have health screening at their branch! I can say that their service is superb! The nurses are nice, the doctor is helpful, the staffs are polite! I strongly recommend purchasing their health screening package since sometimes they will do promotions. Remember visit their website to make an appointment!
