Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Big and beautiful clinic, but the tests are too expensive (compared to Russia or even South Korea). The doctor I visited seemed professional. She sent me my test results the email along with drug prescription. For the price of services, I don’t know why they are so expensive. Teeth cleaning is more expensive than in Spain. Why do they think it’s OK to rip off foreigners? Not every tourists comes from US, and not everybody is rich.

It’s horrible experience when my friend examined in Department of traumatic and orthopaedics surgery. This comes from the attitude of the main doctor who was responsible for examining my friend, just a cursory diagnose without any appointment for in-depth examination. Terribly, he not only did not find the result but also OUTRAGED my friend because she uses insurance. More detail about this case, my friend has had a backache for a week so she decided to examine in Vinmec Time City with an advance appointment. When she came, a doctor named Hùng treat my friend uúnatisfactorily. He just touched her back and gave a conclusion with a doubt. And then, he told my friend should move on another medical department for examining. She did followed by the guide. But, no result was found in this department, doctor in here brought my friend back to the first department. In the second meeting, Dr. Hùng still stated that my friend was fine, just need doing more exercises, and he gave my friend an impolite attitude with a blame on using insurance in examining. Thus, the result my friend gave through the examine was AN OUTRAGE instead of a medical conclusion.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

I've been visiting this dental clinic since 2018. Not only is it the best dental clinic in Hanoi, it is the best one I've ever been to anywhere. The dentistry is of the highest caliber for incredible prices. Never have I had so much attention to detail and sensitivity from a dentist and staff. They put so much pride into their work, and it shows. I can't wait to return. Who's ever said THAT about a dentist's office!?!?

I had 3 fillings here. Very pristine and clean environment. My dentist was very efficient and professional felt better then New Zealand. Very affordable cheap prices would recommend to all my friends visiting Hanoi. Also they have people who can speak English well explaining everything to you before operating.

Excellent and quick communication in perfect English, a clean, spacious dental studio and very gentle, professional dentists. I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

They repaired my implant prosthetics. The service here is very delicate and has tremendous technology. They did difficult prosthetic repairs accurately and quickly. It's a great dentist.

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

It was my second time in Lina's clinic, and as good as the first one. Had my teeth cleaned and a veneer fitted on a broken tooth. Overall a superb service, Lina is very considerate, we discussed possible options (alongside the veneer) in advance, before the treatment began, and proceeded after my go-ahead. As it normally takes a few days for a veneer (essentially, a crown on a front tooth) to be made, a temporary filling was done to keep the hitherto shaped tooth ready for the final fitting. I received useful recommendations with regard to the temporary filling and after the veneer was placed on the tooth. The colour match was amazing, the tooth looks exactly like one of your own and it gives you a peace of mind every time you consider a smile :-)

The most rude, impatient condescending, dentist I've ever experienced and I've been to alot of dentists! I tried being patient with her mt first few visits bt ive had enough. I am writing this review outside of her office. If anything is inconvenient for her then she doesn't care about her patients. She laughed when I was concerned and in pain. If something isn't going correctly she will find a way to take it out out on you and start pouting. She has such a big ego and the level of unprofessionalism is insane!

My family all have their teeth examined and treated here! My baby is also getting orthodontics here, the service is very good, the doctor is very professional (TN in Japan), works very gently, advises customers very carefully. Full and modern support equipment. Very Japanese working style! 😀

As someone who is terrified of the dentist I highly recommend Udental for anyone in need of a dentist! The staff are friendly, calming and speak English. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciate the dentist explaining the steps that she will carry out before doing them.

Seldom write reviews but I arrived in Vietnam and needed an emergency visit to the dental clinic. Found East Rose via Google and omg, they're the best! Consultation and check up was free, and they only charge you for medication if required. By the end, the dentist said it was a simple issue and to go home and do saltwater gargles and that's it. They didn't push any unnecessary products or services AT ALL. Totally trustworthy and both the doctor and staff speaks English. The person who helped me book the appointment did so late last evening as well, past office hours. So glad I found them. I feel relieved after the check up.

I knocked my two front teeth out and damaged two others in a bad fall. I reached out to Rose Dental clinic and they booked me in straight away. Over the last 2 years I have received a bridge, 2 dental implants, crowns, bone graft, and gum graft. My favorite thing about this clinic is their attentiveness to their patients. They are straightforward, the price is great for their incredible knowledge and care. They treat you like trusted friends, and they're quick to respond to questions. I also deeply appreciate their thoroughness. Can't recommend them enough.

I had a new crown, on woe begotten, front tooth, 2 months ago in Sydney, were not heading back for at 6 months, so when i snapped it, i was in panic stations, my wife found this clinic via forensic examination, of reviews on google, and we couldn't be happier. Dr Thuy responded to a Wednesday evening email, and we were picked up, and underway, on Thursday morning, all done in 2 weeks. Dr Phat did the crowns, and i/we are very very happy with the result - my smile is the best it has ever been.

Big buildings but nurses not experienced, did not use gloves for dressing, did not position me properly for the dressing and generally fumbled their way around a very simple wound dressing. Big No.

Hospital was clean and staff spoke English well, so it was easy for us to communicate. However, we went in for a simple wound dressing and they did not handle it well. One of the nurses handled my wife’s bandage with her bare hands. Also, they only had low quality gauze type bandages; we earlier got a higher quality elastic bandage, and composite wound dressing at another hospital.

Very high cost of blood tests. And there is only one reason - you are a foreigner. It is better to go to an appointment here and get tested elsewhere. But the welcome here is worth it, the staff speak English and are very polite. The hospital is beautiful and clean, nothing to complain about.

The nurses are bad and my roomate dont relate with my disease(mine is infectious disease)
