Great place for medical emergency

Today, November 24, 2023, I make public our experience in this hospital, we arrived with our little 1-year-old son who had dislocated his hand and it was swollen, we were admitted and the girl took care of us very well, I have no complaints, she sent us to traumatology where we lasted approximately 3 hours, after that time we returned to talk to the girl who treated them and she told me to wait for a doctor to come out of the offices and ask him if he could treat us and that's how we waited for about 1 hour and a rude, poorly educated doctor came out. And for me without a vocation, he told me that the orthopedic surgeons were in surgery that I had to wait and be ready to be grateful that they were there and lastly he asked me where I was from. He can't take it anymore and I left that place crying with my son, what a lack of empathy if they treat people like that, I don't even want to imagine how without it with children. Very bad experience and I hope that doctor doesn't have to happen because we live through it. (I am the child's mother)

Excellent attention. Unique in Argentina given the specialization of the hospital. Medical care is specialized.

They claim they have a guardia or emergency but in reality they dont. You won't find a doc but you'll find loads of support staff. Not helpful when they've got support staff but no docs or nurses to actually help. It's claimed to be one of the best hospitals for kids but good luck trying to see a doc. My 5 year old had a fever for 3 days and convulsions so we decided to go to this hospital. Arrived and waited an hour for no one so I went banging on the guardia door, spoke to informes, admisión, orientation, etc but no help. I had to burst into their lunch room where at least 5 nurses were sitting down chatting just to get help. Screaming for help is the one way to go. You need to make a stink, bursting into rooms to get help. That's not how a hospital should run. Why must you have 5 people in informes, one in admison, one in orientation and ZERO doctorss???!!!! They've got no problem sending security at me but a doctor they don't have.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

United Hospital in Dhaka stands out as one of the city's largest and impeccably clean healthcare facilities, offering a luxurious experience. The upscale services contribute to its higher costs. However, the extended wait times and issues with staff efficiency, especially in maintaining patient serials, are areas that could use improvement. Additionally, the canteen's occasional service of subpar, even spoiled, food is a concern. Despite these drawbacks, the hospital's cleanliness and luxury contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's pathetic that they don't follow serial at all for Dr. Momenuzzaman. Staff are busy to give their known persons serial. It's costly but the service is below the belt. They don't care about patients suffering at all. It's a chaos in the management. If possible find another doctor to get proper treatment. Highly not recommended. Also before giving Bill, check the paper properly. They always try to put some extra called service cost which was never serve. If you are admitted there and take any package, try to pay the bill before 5 pm otherwise you need to pay the next day charges as well.

Most probably and this is one of the biggest hospitals in dhaka city. They have a big area. Their service is good. Here the cost is so high. If you are a middle or lower class family, you can't make an effort. It's funny but true that this hospital is mainly made for the rich. In front of the hospital they have an emergency unit. It's very useful. They have so many specialist doctors. Overall their service is too good.

Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

They giving your personal data to Delta Generli bank, after that operators from bank call you every 3 weeks and trying to sell you insurance, avoid this clinik....

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Very unprofessional attitude towards patients.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the doctors of the traumatology.orthopedics clinic.for their sensitive attention.and care during.my stay.Starting from.the head.of.the.department.to.the.coordinator. Christina, the doctor who operated on Tkalin. Artem Nikolaevich, attending physician Mikhail Belash. Andreevich, Alekhan Andrey Nikolaevich. That's what people in their places mean. I bow to you for your hard work.

There are no complaints about the doctors. There are also no complaints about the conditions that I almost wrote about the content. But ! Administrators of this institution! Make sure that you don’t have one at checkout, at the checkout counter, at the register, or at the reception desk!!!! your specialist was rushing about, but at least half of the declared 13 windows were working! According to the profile of treatment, they were satisfied with the doctor and the attitude towards the patient. Nice and professional doctors. Ambiguous opinion about a paid hospital. 6600 rubles a room. Disgusting food. True, how can you feed "it"? Cold jelly soups made from some kind of pasta, with a hint of defrosted chicken meat, half-dried pies. The husband asked the clerk for lunch instead of soup for potatoes, she said that she had promised her to another ward))). For breakfast, kefir and orange))). A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

Recently visited the hospital with patient. My experience was overall good. Staff are helpful in nature and doctor suggested us the best treatment available for my patient. The only drawback would be it's costing policy

Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. Am writing this based on my more than 45 years with the hospital. Wish and hope they can do something about parking of vehicles, specially for seniors. Best wishes.

My experience at Jaslok was really good. I felt comfortable and always taken good care throughout my stay at Jaslok. My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and thankful to the entire team for their services.

Very bad experience today , waiting time for gynaecologist almost 1:30 H:M , pregnant women had to wait for more than 90 min . Doctors timing should be informed at billing counter if not available.

Yesterday, I have visited there for an angiography test of my father in heart department. Honestly saying this is very good hospital with full of amenities and services. The most valuable thing is that all staff's behaviour is good and smooth. Doctors, nurses and other supporting staffs are behaving betterly and are giving their 100 percent to the patient. Patient attenders are also getting good services here like canteen, waiting sofa and sleeping area. I want to thank Yatharth Hospital and team for making such a wonderful staff management. Cost is high but services are satisfactory.

Had great experience at yatharth during our child delivery... Special thanks to my doctor Dr Mamta jha... She is the one the best and experienced doctor in greater noida. We had super smooth process for everything.. Nursing staff and hospital management is super flexible and supportive. Located in sector 1 Greater Noida West. My mother was admitted here for Endoscopic and Gall bladder surgery. Dr. Amogh and Kushal were like a God figure for us as treatment went well and my mother is recovering well by God grace. Further also wanted to comment on the rooms and services. Supporting staff/nurses like Kiran, Oindrilla was amazing . Their services and support I would highly recommend. Keep it up The food was healthy and hygienic as well. Rooms were comfortable with all necessary things available which help the attendant to stay comfortable too.

Very good doctors and support staffs. They have done tremendous job. 1st day experience was bad due to emergency staffs unavailability and rudeness(when we complaint about their unavailability). They were busy in personal calls and gossips( but security guards of emergency ward was very supportive and helpful) but after admitting the patient everything was good. Doctors are very experienced and generous. Support staffs are very helpful and provided good support. Billing department is also very helpful in providing information and discharge was very smooth. I will give 4.5 out of 5(-0.5 due to 1st day experience).

A great place for patients surgery, treatment, medication and health. Staff's behave gently with all precautions and care. Patient will feel another home here in such critical cases. I am thankful to the Hospital and it's services.

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

I have been asking for my medical report that supposed to share via email last week. It's been 3 weeks since I have visited the gynae there and already called thrice to check the report status but no proper response from the clinic. Every time the answer is doctor is reviewing the report and we will call you by TODAy!!! But it never happened until today. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a stroke patient here since August 2023 and I have been doing my physio treatment at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre, Klang. I am under the care of Ms Sharynn. She offered her assistance and expertise in her duty of work. Under her care, I got a very speedy recovery and I am very happy that I am able to walk very fast and stable. I like to thank her and her whole department assistance offered to me. All of them are very friendly and helpful.
