I use it regularly for obstetric examinations. Personally, I am satisfied with the male doctor's treatment and explanations. I get the feeling that the female doctor is irritated because she's in pain and doesn't seem to have any time to spare. Many of the midwives are overbearing, and the nurses are unfriendly and cold, so I hate every visit. Even if there's something you don't understand, you don't feel like you can ask for advice. Even if I could do the job, I don't think I'd be a good person.

I was admitted to the hospital to undergo surgery at an otorhinolaryngology department, but I felt uneasy about the quality of the nursing care (cooperation, response, and skill), so I canceled the surgery and was discharged the next day after admission. I have been hospitalized and had surgeries at other hospitals several times, but this is the first time in my life that I have felt so anxious at a hospital. As a result, I was only hospitalized for one day, but I had to pay a hospitalization fee of just under 60,000 yen. When I got home and looked at the bill, I was surprised to find that the bill included several ear medications that I was not prescribed to take after the surgery. It ended up being a waste of time and money as it didn't cure my illness. However, I have no choice but to undergo surgery at a hospital like this and entrust myself to a nurse who is difficult to trust. There were some things I was worried about before the surgery, so I asked her about it over and over again, but she always said, "It's okay." I had no idea what was okay. Finally, he said, "Do you care?" I ask because I care and I'm worried. I understand that you are busy, but I think you should give a thorough explanation and take appropriate measures as soon as possible, even if it is a hassle. I would like to ask you to remove any peeling nail polish before you start work. I seriously doubt its reputation as the ``best hospital in Chugoku and Shikoku.'' I can't help but wonder if that was a long time ago and things are different now. As for ward nursing, I once again thought that a large national or prefectural hospital would be better. *The photo was taken the day after I was discharged from the hospital.

A 5-month-old baby fell off a chair and had a swollen head and went to the emergency department at night. I was asked to fill out a medical questionnaire and when I went to hand it over, I was told to wait until they would call, so I was unable to receive it. However, when I told her that my baby had hit her head and was crying and that I wanted to speak to a nurse as soon as possible, the person at the reception desk said there were a lot of people around, as I saw around her. One point tension. There is a triage room, but it takes an hour and a half until you are called there. What is triage? Isn't it for determining priorities? I ended up waiting two and a half hours to see the doctor. I don't want to go there again.

AVOID - sat in emergencies waiting room for 7 hours with blood pressure 200/119 without being attended. The receptionists are rude and stated that since the pandemic more people have opted for private healthcare but the hospital won’t employ more staff. I showed my mum one video during the 7 hour wait where the video has literally 4 sentences and the skinny frustrated security guy ironically shouted at me from the other side of the room in front of everyone that no videos are allowed to be played instead of approaching us discreetly in a professional manner. My back is in so much pain from their poor facilities and waiting time that I shall have to book an appointment with the physio this week. I believe that the national health care system hospitals have higher standards than this private hospital. Awful, like someone said in the reviews a few weeks ago, I will go to IMED in Elche in the future. I also saw people who have private healthcare insurance being left until last and people who had to pay upfront were given priority.

I went to the Hospital a couple of months ago. At the reception desk I felt a pleasant attitude towards myself as a client; the administrator Karina served me. Everything is prompt and attentive. I really enjoyed my visit to this Hospital.

Once again in this awful building. 2 people almost dead, and the 3 of us are waiting for 3+ hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly. How dare you calling yourselves emergency???

This place is a nightmare. I always come here complaining because you always stay here at least 4 ou 5 hours to get a simple antibiotic for flu. It's ridiculous the disorganization. It's not clear where the waiting room is, not clear what is the next step, you see a lot of people passing by and not doing anything. It's a disaster. Only come here in case of serious problem. It's very bad here.

Nurses were really nice when I had the medical examination (invasive). I was nervous and bit scared but they put me at ease. Doctor also gave me all the answers even when I was half way pass out.

Horrible treatment in the emergency room. Also kept being referred to as “tourist” the doctor discharged me with no report on my X-rays that she didn’t feel the need to review and said my labs look “ok…just go see your doctor soon.” She said she “thinks” I have a viral infection…rest and go buy myself some pain pills. Then proceeded to kick me out of the room I was in because there were other people she had to see. I’ve never dealt with a hospital that shows such blatant disregard for their patients. Where do I even begin? A Disappointing and Negligent Experience at Sheba Medical Center!! I am deeply disappointed by the quality of care and treatment my mother received at Sheba Medical Center. The conditions, the behavior of the staff, and the medical negligence we encountered were nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my experience to raise awareness and hopefully prompt improvements within the hospital, I have also contacted their custumer service WHILE we were at the hospital but there was 0 reaction from them, they just made the nurses and nurse's aid 'apologize' to us after they CURSED AND SWORE at us and that was it. From the moment we arrived at the hospitalization ward, we were met with unsanitary conditions and a complete lack of professionalism. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were severely lacking, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare facility where the risk of infections should be minimized. The nurses were DROPPING off packs of medications, syringe and plasters all over room. Furthermore, the behavior of the nurses and doctors was consistently rude and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy and compassion towards cancer patient and their families, they demonstrated an alarming level of indifference and even disrespect. This type of attitude only added to the distress and anxiety we were already experiencing. One particularly distressing incident involved the administration of double dosage of medication to my mother. This blatant negligence resulted in a dangerous rise in her creatine levels, placing her at risk of kidney failure. This mistake could have had severe consequences for her health, and it highlights a significant failure in the hospital's medication management protocols. In light of these issues, I strongly urge Sheba to undertake the following measures to address the shortcomings and improve patient care: -Improve overall cleanliness and maintain strict hygiene protocols throughout the facility. -Conduct thorough training programs to foster a more empathetic and compassionate attitude among the staff. -Enhance medication management systems and implement robust safeguards to prevent dosage errors. -Establish a feedback mechanism to actively listen to patients and address their concerns promptly. The only positive experience we had was with our original physician. We are not crazy or problematic as the hospital staff often portrays patients to be there isn't fire without smoke and nobody has so much time to file complaints out of thin air! Do better!!!!!

We brought my mom to A&E and we waited for 6 long hours because the nurses kept telling us that she’d be warded and left us waiting at the waiting area for hours. We were only told that there was no bed available after we kept following up hour by hour. My mom was kept at ASC in the A&E department till the second night and no treatment/scans were done because there was no bed available. Nobody could provide us with any updates on her condition which was really ridiculous. When she finally got warded, we were informed that scans would be done the next day because there were too many patients. By now, she’s already running a fever and unable to walk but we still have no idea what exactly is wrong. What’s really appalling is that the nurses do not seem to show any empathy when we informed them of my mom’s condition. This is really disappointing for what we thought is the best hospital in Singapore.

I am posting this review due to the incompetency and lack of communication in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) feedback department with its staff, Andrea Chen and Serena Chua. I sent them numerous emails including follow-up and they haven't responded back yet. Never ever send feedback to SGH even though their automated message said they would respond back within 2 working days. Don't bother calling or emailing the general hotline or feedback department.They only receive feedback It's up to them when or whether they want to respond to you, You cannot complain against them if they are not doing their job responsibly. There's no higher authority to escalate the matter to, not even the Chief of the hospital .It seems they are not under the hospital's supervision. Ms Andrea's answers were incomplete, and mistakes made were not corrected. Showing impatience and arrogance by remarking that her email would be her final reply and acknowledgement. Ms Serena didn't bother to investigate nor address the specific issues appropriately. Her response was conditional. It was a half-hearted effort. As the Head of the department, certainly she can do better., It's a shame she couldn't do it with sincerity. Terrible long waiting time to get a reply. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Not forthcoming in assisting or resolving issues and to clarify any misunderstandings. Very unprofessional and not responsible at all for a public hospital. The hospital has no intention to make improvement nor reform of it's feedback department. I don't understand how this hospital is so highly rank when they can't even respond to an email.

As a 21 years old patient, Doc WILL NOT take you seriously. My surgery was delayed for 2 years. not just that, after surgery i HAD Postoperative Urinary Retention but the nurse and doc don't believe me. they only believe when my belly is very extended which was caused because i cant urine for almost 24 hours which caused me a lot of pain. Which then they catheterize me. They drained about 2Ls of urine.

Until now, I had only seen average hospitals in rural areas, but the medical technology here is amazing. His uncle is now able to walk along the Sumida River embankment, even though he became ill and was given time to live. As my friend said, it's a wonderful hospital that doesn't waste its know-how or vision.

Terrible hospital. I had an appointement with the Immunology department, because I may have an immune disease. On the day of the appointement, the Immunology department cancelled our appointement and referred me to their Dermatologist, who couldn't help me either. I was told that the Immunology department, who specializes in IMMUNE DESEASES, didn't know what my immune disease was. Imagine not knowing what you work with everyday. The Immunology department is just a massive bunch of incompetent people. They probably slept during their studies, just like the rest of University graduates in Japan.

Came in for an emergency as I broke my leg. They failed to administer any pain killers and insisted I keep moving around between different beds and wheelchairs. The staff kept making jokes and laughing in Japanese, all while I’m in serious pain. The doctors were all young and inexperienced. And it was clear they didn’t want me in the hospital, as I, a foreigner, would be taking up a bed. It was about their convenience, not about treating me. In my entire life, I have never experienced a worst doctor or worst treatment. Telling other doctors, Canadian and Japanese, of what transpired always results in shock. The surgeon at another Tokyo hospital was completely confused at how I didn’t get any care as I developed blisters from necrotizing skin (a major emergency). The doctor at Tokyo University Hospital told other hospitals administrative staff what I had wasn’t an emergency and so I couldn’t see a doctor at other hospitals, even when I said I had increased pain and discomfort. I had to go to a clinic to get a new referral to actually get treated. Even the city help line, which originally told me to go to back to Tokyo University Hospital, changed their mind after speaking with the doctor. This hospital and the sadistic doctor have literally permanently scared me. I was lucky to not lose a leg due to their complete and utter inhumane treatment.

Saturday 11 of November 2023 , I had severe pain in my legs and repeated chest pain plus confusion as result of 4 days non sleep ! After 16 hours in the Ambulance the doctor she sent me to psychology KH nord ! She said all OK just !!! W+÷×+=% ,Big Thanks to KH Nord they discovered thrombosis in my lower body and i am still under treatment as result of wrong and late diagnosis . Guys I just got confused again what to say to this Dr ? Any one please feel free to recommend what to say and what to do ? I just got shocked.

I had a emergency where I had to get surgery straight away to repair my broken jaw,Unfortunately my insurance didn't go through so i dont know who I'm angry with. I was waiting two days in one of the bedrooms until some bald guy in a white coat entered my room asking me for €3400 in card or cash, I thought it was a nightmare but I didn't wake up. He explained to me that I was not covered by insurance and that I should start making payments, I went down to the office and they confirmed he was in my room asking for money, The result was me getting up in the worst state to go sort out my insurance so that I could get my emergency operation done a little later and be covered by my insurance so that Inkasso won't chase me for like €30.000 Note that nobody at this point told me to stay in hospital get your jaw fixed first and sort your insurance out later because they can back track everything, instead I was set into confusion when they asked that I pay them cash or card. I was there for two days in the worst pain and didn't receive surgery but a bill for £3400 which was not covered by my insurance I left the hospital and sent all the rest of my documents to AMS and OGK and sorted my insurance. Later I arrived at hospital to find out that they checked me out automatically and wouldn't treat me straight away. I was sent home and a swelling started to occur on my face where I realised that I was sent home with a medical emergency so I went back to the hospital as soon as I could and eventually they accepted me back. I spent from 29.10.2023 to 15.11.2023 waiting for my jaw treatment, after the swelling went away they decided to give me the operation and they told me the waiting time is because there where other patients in need more then me and I had a swelling. Now I'm recovering from my surgery but I'm not sure if my surgery went one hundred percent correctly, the results are yet to come. The point is if your not Covered by insurance stay in hospital regardless if they start asking for cash or card and sort your insurance out later because if you leave the hospital you might not get the treatment you really require being a Austrian citizen won't help you get the free medical treatment you really need if you don't have insurance. However they must treat you if you have a medical emergency and you can get it sorted out later. Also Google maps didn't let me post this information so I wrote it in English let's if they block this info this time it's not right people shouldn't of gone through what I went through at the beginning when I had a medical emergency. My wobbly jaw was waiting to get repaired but I was plagued by the though of no insurance and having a struggle of my lifetime as a result. I was promised an operation from day 1 but ended up having it on like day 16 Long waiting times for operations beware make use you have insurance but if not stay in hospital and get your insurance sorted out later if I'm wrong let me know Anyway it's like day 20 after my injury and spent like 18 days in hospital, regardless of how my hospital stay started I come to a realization that I was treated very well at this hospital and I'm thankful for my surgery and all the hospital stuff for taking care of my issues I had a bad start because my insurance was not going through but however the operation did go well, after my wound heels I'll have to go to a specialist to see if they can straighten out my jaw so that I can have a better smile.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my seven years living in Taiwan. The nurses and all the staff at the front desk (emergency department) are the worst and very slow!!!! I literally cried in pain because I had an animal stuck in my left ear but they still had a lot to ask about my condition like getting fever, nausea, vomiting, etc.. Even though my boyfriend was with me and said he would help with everything but just please get the animal out., they didn’t care because “that’s the procedure”. Very bad attitude. I just hope this has nothing to do with race or anything.

Adequate facilities for the single ward, with bathroom, refrigerator, desk, sofa, sofa bed, TV, and electric bottle in the room. On the same floor you can find clothe dryer. Overall remained in good condition.

the nurse's service at night was unsatisfactory, the nurse was asked to be unresponsive, the glass for the medicine did not replace a new one, the floor was dirty and there were lots of cockroaches, for a big hospital in Kaohsiung it was very disappointing.

apparently, this poor guy took the high speed rail all the way from 台中 to see the doctor only to find out that the doctor in question took the day off or something and the hospital didn’t even notify him that there was a substitute doctor instead. given that it was the same doctor i was scheduled to see, i can confirm that it was indeed a different doctor, but she was perfectly fine for my needs. it is, however, really scummy that the hospital didn’t notify its patients of this swap, and i would have expected far better of a private hospital.

Went to 家醫科 Number 19 . The doctor was superrrrrrrrrrrrr bad . he talked to me with high notes and said "do you understand chinese, you understand or no!" like for hundred times i just asked one part that i rly didn't understand what he meant. and this his job to tell me the detail. why he got angry to me lmao. hate that doctor. gonna remember in my life and won't ever comeback to this place again.Never

Referred over by a small clinic that had already provided photos of the issue - I waited an entire six hours in a wheelchair unsure if I was still hemorrhaging internally while they lackadaisically ran a few tests and at the end I wasn’t even sure if which nurse/doctor was in charge of my case and just sent home with meds. I give a one star because I’m still alive but to wait six hours in an EMERGENCY room is ridiculous.

Easy to register as a foreigner. Also no problem in obtaining my COVID vaccination including new vaccination certificate. Thank you for your help and very good service. Beautiful building, pond and small park. Many shops in the vicinity.

A top tier medical center in TW, there are good team work practices for tumor / cancer diseases and there are modern equipments for therapies and treatments!

I went to see an OBGYN at NTU because I had been having pelvic pain for about 2 weeks at that point. I'd felt similar discomfort before when I'd had an infection, so that was my best guess. The OBGYN did a very perfunctory pelvic exam and declared it couldn't possibly be an infection or related to the gynecological area because it didn't hurt when he pressed externally on the pelvic area, so I left with no treatment. That night, I had to go to the ER for stabbing pelvic pain and bleeding and was diagnosed with a bad pelvic infection. In summary, would very much recommend Taiwan Adventist Hospital's OBGYNs (called specially to the ER - so thorough, caring, and efficient) over NTU (for gynecology anyway).

I was at the start of a month long vacation and needed an emergency spinal epidural. I met with the neurologist, Dr Chang, who was able to perform the procedure the next day. This was probably the best medical treatment that I have ever had. And the cost was $172 USD. Here in the US, the same thing cost over $2k. I highly recommend this hospital.

Excellent doctors, nurses, and staff. Surely they can find a better way to organize their elevators? They have treated my elders in thoughtful and humane ways. We are grateful.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

Went in after falling, told nose was broken after MRI and sent out again without treatment. Few days later started falling again and couldn't walk. Called ambulance, 3 IV's at once. Bruises, infections, what I can only categorise as abuse as let's just say I have ties to hospital. Ended up needing private nurse when out to treat infections and damage they had done. These people should not be allowed treat tree's wouldn't insult animals.

From where the bolt driver dropped me off it looked like an old haunted building. When i entered, it looked like an abandoned mental hospital only missing a dead guy and a crazy dude in the corner. Asked two doctors walking around for help from which i got the answers "I don't speak english" in a perfect english accent and "No". Finally found a person that speaks english. After a minute or so she said that i have to go to a hospital 10 MIN AWAY WITH A CAR because this is not a childrens hospital. If you go here, do your research about where exactly you need to enter to get help and if you are younger than 18 years old do not go even near this hospital.

Came in for an emergency on a national holdiday at 6am, was greeted by very nice staff. Plus the overall experince was very professional. And despite the fact that I am deathly affraid of doctors and hospitals the staff did their best to make this experience more than bareable. Gentle treatment, full explanation of the condition and good medical examination. The translator, Nourhan, is very cooperative and respectful. The hospital is clean and the nurses are good.

One of the worst hospitals i've ever been to. My deal is to pay 5129$. I made a liposuction and beared transpiration process.Bilal the translater he texted me telling that you will stay 1 or 2 days in hospital before moving to the hotel and the doctore will decide. He didnt mentioned that 2nd day is chargable. The doctor decided to stay 2 days. Then while im moving they told me that you should pay 650$. I was so tired and my small sister was with me. I paid and i decided to leave Istanbul on the spot. I changed my tickets and moved on. Is this a professional way that should treated your clients? And Bilal is not responses to my messages.

No one can say that thay had “great” experiences when you talk about a hospital, but Memorial Istanbul was absolutelybthe best. We had our yearly check up and the experience was fantastic. Sevice outstanding and doctors were the best. Thanks to Fatmira and Dije we felt loke in a hotel not in a hospital. Will go back there every year for my routine check up and i would recommend it to anybodybto do the same

It’s a bunch of frauds. I called them to know if my insurance covers my visit, they asked for the company of insurer, asked for my docs and replied “yes, we have agreement with them, come”. I came, and they said I have to talk to doctor first and then, after he prescribes the analysis I need (that is why I came), they will first ask the insurer to respond. It appeared that 10 min consultation would cost me 1.880 TL ($66)and no, they figured out my insurance doesn’t cover it so I just have to pay, after I agreed to talk to the doctor without knowing how much it will cost. WHAT THE SYSTEM IS THIS? It’s more than I paid in EU for analysis they really made, not just for talking. I regret my every minute and penny left there as I was just fooled, maybe, my bad I didn’t refuse to talk until I know the price.

Doctors and nurses were perfect. I could reach them anytime. Nurses were very friendly and helpful. They were cheerful. Doctors and nurses had the expertise of their jobs. I am really greatfull for the treatment I had and advice the hospital for any potential patients.

My experience was great , stayed for four days ,I have been looked after very well . Loved my doctor Dr Ercan Karacaoglu , he is an incredible person and great doctor , you can trust him your eyes shut.
