My advice don't don't go this Hospital. I completed my radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment this Hospital. Treatment is Good and the staff but the doctor doesn't ask your problems and try to cure it only for money he is getting money with out bill and medicines without prescription and the medicines are too expensive. He is doing chemotherapy treatment in his own hospital near his home without bill only. Try to avoid go there

No one going on these hospital it is very risky for patient health. When some one goes to this hospital he not care his patient his ICU unit is very bad. We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I just went there for biopsy. There is no proper communication. Absolutely greedy. Exorbitant charging. Please do not prefer the hospital. Staffs are arrogant. A 2 ml syring is coating rs. 18. Shamless hospital. They suck your blood say it is not tasty.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

SCANDALOUS!!! Where does our money go??? In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I had an operation and needed to stay there for 2 nights. It was my first time in the hospital ever and I dont speak German so I was double worried. Turned out that all doctors, nurses and other staff are super nice and helpful. Almost all could speak English and even people who didnt still really try. I felt very comfortable during my whole stay and you prove the statement Gesundheit kommt von Herzen!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

This is a project of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) and is run by a Governing Body duly formed by the representatives of sponsor organization Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS). Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor. But treatment cost is not average it’s comparatively high. Hard for middleclass people. Since it is a Red Crescent Society project, the cost here should be lower.

Good environment, good doctors, good system, good service. What else I want! When I stay here, I don't feel even I'm in a hospital. I always come here with my family if any medical issue. Thank you HFMCH.

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

Total disgrace of a health clinic!!! I was refused treatment from this clinic. Extremely extremely rude patient service from the doctor. Dr. Molnar Adam is a disgrace of a doctor and he needs to be terminated. I am extremely extremely angry and upset about my experience. This clinic is a disgrace.

If it’s possible to give minus I would do that. I have the most horrible experience in my live. I have an issue with my foot for 4 months. During this period of time I visited THREE(!) different doctors here. The first one gave me incorrect diagnosis, didn’t pay attention to my words and refused to assign me to XRay or Ultrasound or something because (and I quote) ‘Among us only I have medical education’, so I should take her words and leave. Rude and absolutely disrespectful. I booked another appointment and it was pretty nice experience, the doctor assigned me XRay and Ultrasound examinations, proved incorrect diagnosis of the first doctor. I followed the treatment and did physio, but nothing has significantly changed. She said we were not leave it like this and assigned me to MRI examination and advised to see orthopaedic surgeon (huge thanks to her for that). I did an MRI examination which showed a lot of interesting things which I had to google myself as the third doctor didn’t check the scans! He pointed all my issues were because of my weight and I should loose it and it would be fine, but he couldn’t do anything and didn’t have any other plan for me apart from exercise to loose weight and use specific soles. He also made some assumptions about my health and was a bit surprised I didn’t have other issues. Again, he didn’t check scans, just read a brief summary, said I didn’t have any tears in my ligaments (ultrasound and MRI both said different) and actually it’s chronic (how come as I never have any issues before. Never) When I asked why it happened on a first place as nothing changed (no injuries no weight gain no anything I could notice) and why after almost four months of a treatment I had even worse symptoms now there were no reply apart from a lecture about different types of inflammation and that I used my leg every day. No treatment plan, just wait at least three months as other patients dealt with it for a year or two, it won’t be healed in a week (yeah, but it 4 months, sure). He also made a steroid injection and didn’t inform that I have to pay for it separately. When I was practically at home I got a call asking how come I didn’t pay and go away? Well, to pay for something you actually need to be informed about it, no? (The reception girl was nice, no complaints). Overall THE WORST experience ever. Waste of time money and nerves.

So far, all the receptionists I've talked to on the phone have spoken to me in an amazing jerk/disgust style. It's a private hospital, but they treat you like a public hospital, maybe even worse. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and helpful.

I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

It supposed to be the best Hospital in the Sultanate. Despite all the expertise and the best facilities as well as state of the art equipments. Still the outcome is not as good as it supposed to be. In order to ensure that the best services are provided the management should spend more time in the field rather than sitting in the offices.

We booked a private room for 20 rial a day and 100 rial deposit. The room is around 18m2 (6*3). Contains a bathroom a fridge and a small extra bed. Its located just beside the normal admission beds. The price is a bit high for the room but there was no other options.

I'm really upset with the hospital because before I was discharged they gave me the antibiotic and painkiller medication many hours before I was due to make my bill bigger and they went over the insurance budget and they didn't let me see the breakdown Disastrous administrative staff

What a lack of professionalism: - nurses calling each other “amiga” while tending patients in their rooms - residents and nurses rushing into the patients rooms disregarding any privacy and without any education to greet anyone in the room - nurses setting up a workstation in the rooms hallway, meaning they have no respect for patients or visitors need for peace and quiet - poor facilities and lack of maintenance

In general, it is a good service that is provided, with the exception of a nurse who, without having any idea of ​​how to channel, gave my wife her arm with a huge bruise.
