A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Don't get rehabilitation medicine here. The local general hospital is better. They see patients as money pots.

Some doctor professors are unkind I don't know how someone with that kind of personality became a doctor. Especially orthopedic professors are not at the level of doctors.

If possible, it is better to go to a university hospital in the metropolitan area. In the medical field, fat is less competitive. Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

My baby was delivered here, the hospital has the best service across. They have Senior nurses some have been there from the inception period. It’s one of the best hospitals for kids and women. Queue management, allocation of appointments, information everything is easily available.

Every poor customer and patient experience. Nowadays there is no business centre to update patient on billing matters. I have to go and search high and low and basement level 1 admission only to informed me to scanned gr code. The same whereby the nurses at wards informed me to go apps to download the discharge summary. For invoice by it take up to 21 days for invoice to be posted over things are getting worst under singhealth. And motto patients at the heart we do should be removed as I don't think it is relevant any more due to the additional layer imposed again got to scan code and write email for invoices matter to their back end for verified true copy whereby I am physically at the hospital and no one can help left disappointed and helpless...

I stayed at ward 44 from 18 Sept to 21 Sept 2023 due to a miscarriage. I would say that my stay was very pleasant. The care team was very kind, nice and empathetic helping me throughout. This made my days less painful. Also to the people in the Urgent O&G, and Operation & Surgery Team, thank you for your best services. You guys are awesome

Had a premature C-section at the centre and my baby was in the NICU for a month, the doctors and nurses were professional, attentive and caring. The private room was great too, spacious with a private toilet and bath, it's a bit pricey but definitely worth spending for a quiet and comfortable recovery after birth.

The facility is actually quite good and new. But the physicians are kinda mixed. Some people are responsible, hard working and still have a sense of humor, but some are really exhausting to talk to. If you've ever dealt with government officials you'd get what I mean, but they try their best to work as little as possible and avoid all responsibility so chances are you won't be able to get a straight answer from them.. Its location is also in the middle of residential area so if you're a traveler or are NOT affluent enough to afford an exorbitant house in this Setagaya neighborhood.. I guess you'll have no business here.

This is going to be a pretty negative review due to miserable administration and communication, but the staff's technical skills are beyond other hospitals. Thanks to them, they were able to deliver my two beautiful twin daughters in a situation that could have potentially had many complications. Now the negative. - The documentation about visitation is from pre-Covid, so despite signing documents allowing a single visitor, don't expect to see your newborns until they're released from the hospital a week after they're born. And don't expect to be informed about this until days before the birth. - Don't expect to be informed in a timely manner if your wife suddenly has to go into emergency surgery, after being told by the doctor that she should be contacting you in an hour. Plan for a very stressful 6 hours of no information if your wife and newborns are ok or not. - Don't expect the appropriate doctors to be available on the day the hospital planned to decide whether your new family can come home or not. Expect your doctors to be on holiday that day, pushing the decision of if and when you can finally meet your new family back by at least a day. - Don't expect the administration to answer your questions completely about payment and insurance. Despite being told that there is no payment needed once proof of insurance is revived, expect that not to include 50,000円 worth of food that you will have to pay on your visit. And don't expect to be able to handle any paperwork via mail; only in person. We didn't have a lot of options for hospitals in Tokyo that could give birth to identical twins. If you're in a similar situation, I can't say if choosing Keio would have been better. If you are not expecting a complicated birth, I would highly suggest you avoid this hospital.

Multi specialist hospital. Hospitality is on point and. They been in the medical market in Kuwait since 1964 and have good doctors. Will need to take appointments in prior for consultation.

Best hospital and doctors for kids however the reception is awful. If the doctor asks for a follow up within the same week they should not make you pay just to see if the patient is better. All around kuwait follow ups are free. And giggling on the side like a bunch of kids in preschool. I dont mind paying money but i mind wasting it

Great hospital, top team in all maternity services: pathological pregnancy, cesarean section room, gyn.obstetrics, psychologist nursing staff!! Go your way this hospital is to flee all specialties combined. Renowned for making NURSING STUDENTS MISERY, as if they had never been students before! I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

That was an awesome experience. I've arrived and within 10min I was already talking to a doctor and the team there solved my problem within another 5min and I could return back home. They've also been really nice and explained everything well that they did. Compared to any other hospital in Vienna this was truly a treat

Hospital is good enough for anyone. The staff is great and friendly. Equipment is modern.

Friendly and competent staff. I went here after I fractured my ankle and the weekly appointment after. The wait times were not too long and the staff were able to answer any questions I had. If you are in the area and have the option to choose which hospital to go to, I recommend this one.

I am sitting here for hours, even though I had a scheduled appointment! I haven’t seen the doctor anywhere and I am not getting any information for how long I still must wait.

I wish more people gave the doctors and nurses the credit they deserve. They were kind and took good care of me when I needed it most. Thank you for your empathy and care!

Had a fetal organscreening here. The ultrasound specialist was very professional and spoke perfect English which I very much appreciated. He described what he was looking at all the time and it was very nice that there was a patient screen too facing the bed I laid on. Edit: My daughter was born here and the experience was great, I've been here many times and the whole personnel were very kind and emphatic which I greatly appreciate especially as I speak very little German. Many many thanks to gynecology, obstetrics, the maternity ward and anaesthetics personnel, I really appreciated being treated with dignity.

Very poor attention from the staff in addition to giving the wrong diagnosis, worrying patients about illnesses that are not the case. I have had a very bad experience at this hospital.

I had a bad experience. It was very difficult to find someone friendly on the administrative staff. The ladies who schedule the imaging area are rude and not at all empathetic with the patient. How sad that staff training for quality customer service is left to the end.

Appalling! They don't have an emergency laboratory! I went at 3 in the morning to perform some emergency tests and there was no one in the laboratory! They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes… I had to go to another hospital because of the situation I was in!

Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

I was a patient her for 2 nights and it had truly been one a the better experiences of being at a hospital ever. Staff was attentive, cleanliness was amazing and the over all experience with my surgeon was amazing! Highly recommend! Coming from the USA, this is like being at a 5 star hotel!

Bad place to go to an emergency... They pick you up whenever they want and they don't attend to you... I arrived at 10 pm... On Friday, October 27 at approximately 8:00 pm, we came to the emergency room to check my daughter who had a throat infection and urinary tract infection. Dr. Jesús María Hernández Reyna did not test her with the reagent strip and so I He prescribed an antibiotic, and I asked him if he was not going to take a test, and very bleeding and sharp, he answered that there was the medicine for both infections. My sister was treated for kidney stones in August and we signed a document agreeing to pay $13,800. When we got home, our credit card was charged $38,000. Stay away from this hospital, they will scam you out of lots of money.

Terrible money scam. People were nice, but not professional. My mom had a heart issue and was sent here by Xcaret Hotel Mexico (this is a partner hospital with the hotel, says something about the hotel too). She was given EKG and blood test, which was charged 1300USD. The emergency doctor couldn't give any diagnosis with these results and wanted to refer an internal medicine doctor to continue with more procedures (for more charges). The whole time we were there there was no monitor of vital signs, the IV stopped working. We ran away without continuing with any procedure. Stay away from this hospital if you can!

My son hurt his knee pretty bad after landing awkwardly trampolining at our resort. He couldn’t bare weight on it and had a lot of pain so we researched a few local hospitals and decided on Amerimed based on some of the Google reviews. We were not disappointed and so glad we picked this one. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and got us in, x-rayed, meds and a knee brace for 6,500 pesos/ $400usd. We were out within 90 minutes. Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly.
