I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. From me and my wife we applaud you all for a job well done! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this institution to everyone.

I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had a surgery done here recently under the talented hands of Dr David Williamson. I was impressed by everyone I came into contact with. I was a little nervous, and very excited upon arrival. I went here to ask for Lazer skin care surgery for moderate to medium severe unknown facial scarring… I paid $6,000 for 1500 Needles to be punctured into my skin with some sort of medicine that must have just been sterile water… it actually looks ten times worse than it did before I started; had I not mentioned I had an inheritance; I might not have been sent to a random room…. They might have actually given me the first possible treatment too work for my skin, instead they figured I’d go back for the rest of the 14 other rooms of mechanical devices they had to offer for skin care. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR LAZER TREATMENT… when I arrived she just grabbed this huge machine with a needle device (PUHHHWOOOPHTSHHHHHUUUUHHHGHAHGHAGHA) it was a retarded puncture device with a huge needle going in and out of your cheeks and such, completely missing my nose which was half of my worry to begin with. I’m thinking of sueing concidering that treatment isn’t even listed on their website!!! I’m very upset. It looks way worse and with more puncture marks than before :,( HANDS DOWN THE STUPIDEST PLACE TO GO FOR ACNE TREATMENT IN THE WORLD… have fun guys. Get ripped off then!!!

The worst service when I was going out from an ambulatory surgery. The person from collection apartments and invoice was rude and unprofessional. The service was very good.

I put five stars just so everyone can see this Dr. Jorge Eugenio Valdez Garcia who works at el Zambrano hellion is doing research with an implant in my eye and he is harassing and threatening to have some one shoot me and has hired someone to stalk me and that person has been breaking in to my truck and has been stealing from me he is trying to scare me they grafted the implant in my eye without my consent and he has been doing research with my eye for several years now!

What a shame that in a Hospital like San José you cannot buy a catheter and emergency medicine at the Pharmacy. As a town pharmacy, it was closed at midday because the person in charge “went out to eat.” AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ATTEND. And the people I asked saw everything as very logical… “he went out to eat and was probably late.” How little brains. A Pharmacy in a hospital in broad daylight must be open so it is a good idea to have another person stay to serve while someone else goes out to eat. It really took a long time and I had to go look somewhere else (CUAN) because the medicine and the tube were URGENT.

The process of treating Nott's disease turned out to be a very difficult task. Our family had to go through difficult times. Many thanks to the doctors of the Ladisten clinic. The clinic is bright and well maintained. The doctors are punctual and we never had to wait in line. Everything is by appointment. Of course, this whole cycle of being examined by a doctor was pretty exhausting. Thank God, moving his hands stopped bringing him such discomfort. Thanks to the doctors!

I am very glad that I contacted the Ladisten Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic. I have long wanted to have leg correction surgery. They helped solve the problem by lengthening the right leg by 2.5 cm at the same time in one operation. The treatment was of high quality, and the orthopedic traumatologist explained everything in detail. The doctors did everything carefully to make me feel confident and comfortable. They presented evidence on the treatment and outcomes of other patients. After the correction, my gait became better and I stopped limping on my right leg. These 2.5 cm have made my life much better. My back began to bother me less, my spine began to straighten out. I feel great and can now walk and run with great pleasure. I want to thank the surgical pavilion, second floor, for how they behaved with the patient Pilar Sánchez Moreno (room 18) until her last moments. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, assistants and all the staff, not only for their professionalism, which is impressive, but also for their humanity and empathy. My brother had a full knee replacement at Southern Cross on Tuesday 17/08/2021 and was expected to stay in hospital until at least Thursday 19/08/21. At 11.59pm that day New Zealand went into a Level 4 lockdown. What was Southern Cross Invercargills answer to that? They tried to send my brother home on Wednesday morning 18/08/21 saying the hospital was closed. Where is the duty of care to the patient? He was in a high level of pain and believe it or not without COVID!!! The CARE factor is zero. Even the Surgeon wouldn't carry out face to face assessments! Very, very average, Southern Cross!

Was a great stay. My surgeon was amazing and done an excellent job of my knee replacement. The staff were kind, caring, helpful and compassionate. Food was amazing, great selection tasty and very nourishing. I like that they cater to all food groups. Best hospital experience ever 😊

Shout out to Ward One. Spent two days there after surgery. From admitting to discharge everyone was knowledgeable, capable and kind. I found the rooms were amazing, far exceeded my expectations. Special acknowledgement to my nurses who went above and beyond.

Its an amazing 👏 hospital. I had day surgery and all the staff treated me with great care and respect. I was always updated on what was happening and how long each process would be. Food was yummy too 😋. Tip: they usually give out WIFI password at admission but if forgotten, just ask and they'll share.

Not the first time I've been in here but as previously even though it was for an operation all the staff right through from reception to orderlies, nurses, doctors and anaesthetists all made the experience stress free and even, although it might be a strange thing to say, enjoyable. I have just got home from a 3 night stay at Southern Cross Hospital in Wellington after a scheduled operation. I was blown away by the skill, care, attentiveness, professionalism, kindness and generosity shown by ALL the staff. It was very conducive to facilitating a fantastic recovery. The food was wholesome & delicious and I wanted for nothing. They were welcoming and relaxed as other family members visited and I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of such fine care...and very pleased I didn't cancel my private health insurance when I was about to need it the most! It depends on the staff you get as to how you are treated. I got barked at by the cook who I seemed to annoy as I’m lactose intolerant. The wait of 5 hours for surgery is not appreciated

Absolute best service and care taken with me. I had my gallbladder removed here and the service from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left was the absolute best. Actually I don’t l know what to say because honestly we still can not believe what happened, my mom had an eye surgery 6 months ago more or less ( ophthalmology department) and she went more that once to follow up with her ophthalmologist on her case and the feedback was her surgery went good and she was ok and no need any more to follow up, meanwhile she was very sick nowadays and she went for a checkup on her eye and suddenly doctor saying that stitches still inside the eyes and the new doctor in the same ophthalmology department in the same international medical center removed 2 from the stitches and said that was the previous doctor mistake because he didn’t follow up correctly on his case and didn’t remover the stitches and after all mom is very very sick and she needs laser sessions to feel better. She very old and is feeling sick for what happened and we don’t know how to report or how to escalate honestly.

Radiotherapy section is clean. Very polite, friendly and responsive staff. Scheduled time for the session is accurate you come as per your schedule you start the radiotherapy session right away. Very clean dressing rooms to dress in the medical gown. You pay EGP 10 at the car entrance gates. Parking is available. Very clean bathrooms.

A bad nurses behavior even not a smile, not organized at all and in several departments which i deal with, as for the out patients clinics, internal admissions process- their policies are not clear- tr wrong directions as a patient you do not know your responsibilities , or your right they do not gave any medical expectations or procedural- by the way i did a surgery and this is another story to told- for nursing which is a disaster- as a one day surgery- the nurse came holding in her hand all of medications and stuff for doing blood analysis without a tray or gloves - for the operation procedure normally in any respecting hospitals- they always gave scrub - the nurse came at my room which had the number 124 - through the scrub ( in a package which a least something good) on the trash can and told to wear this ?! My way to the operation room is another comic story of none nursing medical procedure behavior- very bad experience- not recommend

Saudi German hospital is like a Chinese car which looks good on the outside and hollow on the inside. Orthopedic doctors are seemingly one of the worse departments in Cairo hospitals, very low standards, although the mighty tone, over confidence, ignorance is spread like soft butter on a toast. Not recommended unless you wanna stay in a hotel like hospital but with butchers as your medics.

I lost my grandpa who was the closest person to me in the ER, doctors are oblivious and ignorant, online it says to admit people with aneurysms to an OR asap yet my grandpa was in the ER for three hours and died there, i saw the doctors walking around fast having phone calls,what looked like they were freaking out because there is no surgeon or an available OR. Its so bad to lose someone like this. I am not mad at the hospital only but at this country. We paid 12k after with insurance covering 40%, so it’s about 20k. They spent one hour doing blood tests and another trying to measure his blood pressure because they didn’t trust their equipment, basically i can say if you have any serious emergency don’t go there, unless you don’t care about coming out. A side note google maps shouldn’t be where we post hospital reviews. But what can we do anyway in this country. It’s a lost cause.

As an Amerivan medical professional, I was in need of Emergency services. I had visited this hospital in the past so I chose to come here. Ultimately, I was admitted for surgery, which was scary being in foreign facility. But let me tell you something, the staff are AMAZING here. They ensured all my needs were met at all times, and even took the time to answer all my questions. Most do speak English.. The building is clean and the rooms are nice. A complete surprise was the food, it was high quality traditional Egyptian meals. I will recommend this facility to any family or friends who come to visit. I want to thank all the staff who cared for me, you truly are amazing people. May God bless your lives abundantly.

Worst experience of my life. Nurses not only asked but forced baksheesh from us. Doctor was over 1 hour late, but they had 12 clients booked for thr same procedure at the same time. I didn't have a consultation pre procedure, I never met the doctor doing the procedure. The nurses asking about my medical history couldn't speak English so I prayed that the procedure, which as u der anesthesia would be OK. After the procedure they informed me I owed double the amount because calculations were wrong, the doctor didn't come in to see if I was OK, he sent his minion. For an International Hospital and supposedly a good one, I have had better patient care and doctor service at a local hospital. For the price of this experience I was highly disappointed

Worst service in a hospital ever. The hospital has a great brand name for what it one day used to resemble. Now, they just operate through that brand name not the actual service, care or help. You pay for an obligatory profile creation!!! EVEN IF you have had a profile created for you in the other "Nasr City" branch!!! "Because we share the same name but different management" -as the customer service agent said. You will always have to wait prolonged periods of times, whether you're in for an inpatient clinic, or even to enter the EMERGENCY room!! Heck! You even have to take a number to get through to the FRONT DESK!!! Unorganized staff, no customer care whatsoever, Worst nursing staff ever. And I'm pretty sure they teach all their staff how to frown in front of clients and patients. I also have been looking into their replies on the poor reviews here, they ask people to send their contact info. BUT NOT INCLUDING A CONTACT METHOD! How can any one "Send you" their info, without knowing where to send it or to whom?! I hate it there.
