That was an awesome experience. I've arrived and within 10min I was already talking to a doctor and the team there solved my problem within another 5min and I could return back home. They've also been really nice and explained everything well that they did. Compared to any other hospital in Vienna this was truly a treat

Friendly and competent staff. I went here after I fractured my ankle and the weekly appointment after. The wait times were not too long and the staff were able to answer any questions I had. If you are in the area and have the option to choose which hospital to go to, I recommend this one.

I had a bad experience. It was very difficult to find someone friendly on the administrative staff. The ladies who schedule the imaging area are rude and not at all empathetic with the patient. How sad that staff training for quality customer service is left to the end.

Appalling! They don't have an emergency laboratory! I went at 3 in the morning to perform some emergency tests and there was no one in the laboratory! They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes… I had to go to another hospital because of the situation I was in!

Bad place to go to an emergency... They pick you up whenever they want and they don't attend to you... I arrived at 10 pm... I was left waiting for 2 hours on the stretcher with the curtain closed so that in the end no doctor would arrive. check me... Good afternoon!! My name is Taynara, and I was admitted to the unit on 11/3/2023... with severe headaches and vomiting, and was soon sent for exams and measurements. I was immediately taken to the ICU, with full medical supervision from Dr Giuliano and his emergency team. On the 4th (Saturday), after more tests, a tumor was seen requiring surgery, which was carried out last Thursday, 11/24. The surgery was a success, the entire tumor was removed without any further complications. Today Monday, 11/27, I left the ICU and am recovering in the room. I would first like to thank God for the entire process, and for the Dona Helena team... from the nurses in the emergency, ICU and maternity ward. Thank you for all the love and care, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, they made this struggle easier, they all brought me a lot of confidence and serenity. Thanks mainly to Dr Giuliano, for all his professionalism and clarity. I've been with my grandmother at HDH twice in the last 30 days. The first time on October 21st in orthopedics, service provided by the doctor Barbara Miroski de Oliveira Pinto. The second appointment was today, a clinical appointment by doctor Murilo Melocra. In both appointments, the doctors were very clear, detailed and were excellent in their consultations. Even though consultations were carried out in the emergency room, the service was very complete and all possible information was provided. Service at reception and screening was also very good and courteous.

On Saturday, 02/08, my wife and I were admitted to the hospital through the emergency ward. We needed obstetric care. The reception was perfect. The nurses were amazing. The doctor who carried out the first assessment did well. But everything fell apart when they told us that there was NO doctor responsible for ultrasounds at the hospital, they were on alert. This specific doctor was supposed to be at the beach, as it took him over an hour to arrive. When he attended to my wife, he treated it as if it were nothing. A cretin. In a moment of total fragility. Irresponsibility on the part of the hospital for not having a team on duty (probably to save a few bucks) and the doctor is certainly from that new generation who only thinks about fundraising. Ultrasound care was vital for us, regardless of whether it changed the result or not. We just wanted an answer. The doctor (whose name I will refrain from mentioning here, but you will find out from the ombudsman) came in, gave the diagnosis and simply left. He left the rest to the other doctor who attended to us first (very well) and to the nurses. There's no point in having a hospital that prides itself on having whatever it is, with each professional identified by the color of their uniform and having emergency medical care that is rubbish. Ridiculous. Unfortunate for a hospital that was once a reference in the region. As for the doctor, I wish him no harm. I just want life to give him the same treatment he gives his patients. And I say this from the heart because there is time to change and be better.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. What I take away from this is that in addition to having terrible service and incompetent nurses, they also lie. Don't go to Santa Paula, they won't solve your problem, and then they will claim that “you were too stunned to understand” which is an absurd lack of empathy and humanity for a hospital to say something like that.

Good afternoon everybody. My 18 year old daughter was hospitalized on 10/06 with teratomas on her ovary. A huge scare, because we went to the emergency room with suspected kidney stones. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I would really like to remember everyone's name (and I recommend that the hospital look at the days of this shift to really recognize these professionals from 10/05 to 11:20 pm to 10/08), but I was very nervous, but, I remember Carol, Kelly, Luana (in the emergency room), Dr Manoel and the team that successfully performed the surgery to remove the teratomas on my daughter. Those whose names I don't remember (especially a nurse who attended to us in the early hours of 10/06 who was so loving), please forgive me, they are no less important in my gratitude, as I said to some of you, for For me, it is not simply a profession but rather a gift of caring for others. I couldn't spend 24 hours with my daughter in the 3 days she was there, but I'm sure that God chose all the people who took care of her correctly. My daughter continues to recover very well. I am grateful for Dr. Manoel's assertive clarifications, which left us calm and confident as my daughter continued. Apart from the reasonable delay for the first pain medication (renal colic) and the first nurse who pierced my arm 3 times (skinny with bulging veins) until she was able to access it), the service was good, everything else.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hospital São Lucas for their service and care. I arrived with what seemed like a simple cough and had to be hospitalized. I am extremely grateful to Dr.Thiago Soares Gomes for his diligence and prevention in decision-making, and to Dr.Filipe Miranda Bernardes for his constant monitoring. When an X-ray was not enough to detect the true cause of that cough, they did their best to clarify the picture so that today I am better and continue with the necessary care. Know that my family, people who love me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and so much humanity of all of you.

This hospital was a huge letdown. My aunty had a major brain surgery here on September 13th, but things went downhill from there. She was moved to a normal ward after 24hrs. They completely failed on monitoring her reoccurring symptoms like vomiting and headache on September 16th. Sadly, my aunty passed away due to their poor care. The doctors and nurses were absolutely useless and couldn't even figure out what went wrong. Plus, the staff wasn't polite at all. It's just really disappointing!

A wonderful hospital and a wonderful medical staff, nice and smiling, and they have the best doctors. Their services are great and I felt like I was in a hotel.

Terrible experience at HerzKlinik Hirslanden Zurich with Dr. Georg Noll.Any questions that my partner asked him were arrogantly dismissed. Rude doctor with bad communication, clueless on what was happening with test results and was very confused about the results and did not know what was happening.Whole experience really poor!We are not sure if we will ever get over this disastrous experience.We would not even give a single star to this doctor.

The Sports clinic in Hirslanden is absolutely great! Great staff and great doctors, special thanks to Dr Inauen for his expertise and reassurance. However, the emergency department is really horrible and should be avoided. Although the nurses are very nice and helpful, the neurologist who came to see me was very aggressive and rude and told me that the tinnitus I have is psycho somatic, which turns out is completely false!

staff is very friendly, everything is kept clean and sanitary. the nurses care about their patients and everything is done quickly. when we first checked how long the waiting period will be, it said 3 to 5 months, my gp sent a mail, agreeing to the waiting period, and around week later i got a letter with my appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later. very happy with all the help and support i got from the staff!

Leiden is famous for outstanding education institutions with legacy of scholars in different fields.This medical college is famous for its standards and atmosphere. The resounding aura of nature and botanical garden makes it more vibrant.

In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

Absolutely horrible service. My father broke his arm and we had to wait like 10-15 minutes just checking in. And then they gave him a terrible cast and diagnosis. We had to come back to the US and go to our local Kaiser Permanente to get actual care for my dad. Please avoid this place, especially if you are visiting from the US. Horrible service. Showed up here with a case of Food Poisoning and was turned away because my symptoms were "similar" to Covid-19. The front desk person told me to wait outside, didn't even ask me simple questions such as if I had a cough or shortness of breath and after "speaking with her supervisor" told me I had to go to the General Hospital because Velmar was "full". Such a lie! If it was full, why wasn't I turned away when I first showed up? I went to Clinica San Fernando after and was seen by a great doctor there. My cardiologist and urologist have their offices at Velmar and I will let them know I won't be able to attend our appointments anymore at this hospital, because they deny service to people in need.

I went to this clinic for an emergency case and an ent (ear, nose and throat) doctor saw my ear and gave me an ear drop with a nose one. The staff was very friendly and helped me with English speaking. They even have the registration form in different languages. Great.

I am very pleased with the care I've been given at Emek Hospital. The staff are top caliber.

This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. I went to the hospital’s emergency during the night just before Good Friday, after having a terrible food poison. The team helped me a lot! After my horrendous experiences in Brno's hospitals, this came as a goldmine. I was hospitalized due to gas leak in my apartment, so they gave me oxygen and there were some other procedures. The doctor spoke English well, the nurses did not speak very well but tried their best. They were very nice, smiling, helpful. I am forever thankful

I’d compromised my wrist month ago and it got worse when I fell down few days ago playing football and went to the hospital “Pod Marjankou” got served there made an X-Ray and there I’ve been told to go to the “Nemocnice Motol”, I thought the doctor said I need to go to any emergency to make a surgery. And decided to go the this “hospital” – surgery department building A8 and there I met the nurse that told that even I’ve been sent to another hospital they can paste my paste wrist back. Eventually, after 5 minutes analysing my X-Ray snapshot results they invite me in and told that finally I ned to go to another hospital. I’m okay if the explain me they policy or bureaucracy but instead, they were rudely yelling at me, that I didn’t need to go the hospital a whole month so I can tolerate another 3 days, because today they cannot fix my worrit wrist. These doctors are amoral, incompetent. They given an gippocratic oath that they didn’t fulfilled. They are just shame of Czech medicine.
