I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

I got broken tooth while was on vacation in Europe. Tooth previously had huge filling. Dental Art was able to fit me in almost the next day, its easy to find them in Riga down town (i am not very familiar with Riga), front desk girls are friendly and helpful. Nice interior with water, coffee and tea provided at the front desk area. Doctor performed x-ray, explained the situation to me, and rebuilt the tooth with a new filling (luckily nerve wasnt damaged). Doctor performed some lidocaine local anaesthetic so i would not feel the pain from a needle as it was a huge work on a tooth and several injections had to be done. I literally felt nothing! Zero pain, no needle pinch, nothing.But my gum was burnt by lidocaine eventually so i had to go back 2 days after the procedure, i called them in panic as my cheek was swollen and i was in pain and i didnt know what was that. They were able to fit me in within next couple of hours, another doctor took a look, explained what happened, put some cream on my gum, prescribed the special gel, suggested herbal mouth wash, offered prescription for a pain killers for my flight (i didnt take it i personally trying to avoid it) and i safely returned back to USA with my tooth fixed and gum healing quickly (i follow their suggestions) . Paldies! Thank you!

All my visits to Dental Art clinic are so efficient, well organised and pleasant experience. I had mouth guard and hygiene there, simply wonderful from the moment I enter the clinic to the moment I leave.

I did a regular dental check, a cleaning for my first trip, and a teeth whitening for the second visit. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service and the results! All staff members were so professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for more regular checks, and already have recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Dental appointments are now a pleasure. Incredibly professional and friendly staff. They discuss all your options and help you lay out a plan. They care about their patients. Poor contact after leaving a message and then be told I should have phoned before 7.30 for a emergency appointment which I had and left a message. Then contacted later that morning after being booked earliest appointment 28th of December ☹️

Best dentist iv ever had for care and personality very welcoming from reception to the dentist and assistant and really friendly and considerate unlike past dentist who can come across cold. The care was great even used numbing gel before the needle as im a wimp with needles in the gums and had some pretty awesome tech iv never seen before and the workmanship was top notch she was awesome the outcome exceeded my expectations left me feeling id happily come back in future something id never felt about past dentist's.

Had an emergency extraction done. Everybody, from the moment I walked in the door, was so warm, welcoming and comforting. I was in so much pain but felt immediately in good hands upon talking to the lovely receptionist and was in the same amazing hands throughout the whole process. Expert technique from the dentist, as was not looking like it was going to be an easy task..... but within 15 or 20 minutes I was walking out the front door and in considerably less pain than I walked in. Amazingly wonderful people!

Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

I had 3 fillings here. Very pristine and clean environment. My dentist was very efficient and professional felt better then New Zealand. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

Seldom write reviews but I arrived in Vietnam and needed an emergency visit to the dental clinic. Found East Rose via Google and omg, they're the best! Consultation and check up was free, and they only charge you for medication if required. By the end, the dentist said it was a simple issue and to go home and do saltwater gargles and that's it. They didn't push any unnecessary products or services AT ALL. Totally trustworthy and both the doctor and staff speaks English. The person who helped me book the appointment did so late last evening as well, past office hours. So glad I found them. I feel relieved after the check up.

I knocked my two front teeth out and damaged two others in a bad fall. I reached out to Rose Dental clinic and they booked me in straight away. Over the last 2 years I have received a bridge, 2 dental implants, crowns, bone graft, and gum graft. My favorite thing about this clinic is their attentiveness to their patients. They are straightforward, the price is great for their incredible knowledge and care. They treat you like trusted friends, and they're quick to respond to questions. I had a new crown, on woe begotten, front tooth, 2 months ago in Sydney, were not heading back for at 6 months, so when i snapped it, i was in panic stations, my wife found this clinic via forensic examination, of reviews on google, and we couldn't be happier. Dr Thuy responded to a Wednesday evening email, and we were picked up, and underway, on Thursday morning, all done in 2 weeks. Dr Phat did the crowns, and i/we are very very happy with the result - my smile is the best it has ever been.

Excellent and quick communication in perfect English, a clean, spacious dental studio and very gentle, professional dentists. I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. I would definitely recommend coming here!!

They repaired my implant prosthetics. The service here is very delicate and has tremendous technology. They did difficult prosthetic repairs accurately and quickly. It's a great dentist.

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

I went in for a cleaning and to have a filling/composite done. The doctor and staff were wonderful. The clinic is clean and the service was great for a very reasonable price. This was my second visit and they’ve been consistently reliable so I definitely recommend.
